Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Totals on Marketing Schedules
could we add the function of having a total on the bottom of the marketing schedules when its not grouped by anything. At the moment the only way I seem to be able to generate a schedule with a total spend is to generate it grouped by “Invoiced/Uninvoiced” before you start invoicing (Once you start invoicing it generates a total for Invoiced and a total for uninvoiced) which isn’t what I’m after.

Requesting the ability to create your own archive reasons for appraisals. This way, agencies can create archive reasons to suit their needs.

For example vendor name & contact information, legal details, solicitors, rates, GV which is in the core part of the REX listing.

Save on each individual feedback in OFIs
I have just lost all of my feedback for 24 contacts, resulting in a lot of extra and unnecessary work. Currently, when you add individual feedback for a contact that came to one of your OFIs, it does not save once you have clicked "done". Instead, it saves as a group only once you have clicked "save" after every entry has been added. This poses a huge risk when it comes to connection loss, computer crashes or even simply closing the browser window by accident. Vendor Feedback Reports
The current set out for vendor feedback reports is rubbish.
I would like to see separate 'boxes/fields' for different feedback so it is clear and better set out in the report. For exampole

A report for enquiry source
A report that indicates the most successful to least successful inquiry source. For example it could allow you to see if domain is providing more enquiries then realestate.com is. This could be show in a pie chart or bar chart also.

Calendar reminder
When setting a reminder and selecting the date it would be more effective to have a calendar view to select the date vs a scrolling menu - that way you can see what day it is also, not just the date.

Make data filtering more accessible in Rex's contact and listing record screens to avoid having to export to CSV and sort.
Currently can't filter all search result columns and it would be great to add certain data fields to the columns for more specific sorting:
• Allow sorting on all current columns – ID, Contract Status, Listing Agents, Owned By, Created By, Modified By currently unable to sort results by these columns
• Multiple levels of column sorting – Eg. Sort by Creation Date as the primary sort then further sort by Listings Agent allowing for easier bulk actions. I can’t remember the web app I’ve used but a column sort, then a control-click on the secondary column would sort the…

Date to be put next to buyer match
We would like a date added with buyer matches, so that we know how long they have been added and if they are out of date.

User gets diverted to dashboard after a period of inactivity
We often have admins/agents sitting in a listing for hours and sometimes all day but they aren't making any edits. It would be handy if after a period of inactivity, say 30 minutes, the user gets diverted to the dashboard or another screen so that they aren't sitting in a listing for hours at a time doing nothing. Often they don't reload the page and not all edits show up with the orange bar so they often override changes made by someone else in a listing.

Bulk re-assignment for Reminders within Tracks
When there is a specific person against a number of reminders in numerous tracks, it would be a good feature to be able to bulk re-assign that person to another person. I know this feature is against reminders in general, but it doesn't work for people listed within the track templates.

OFI LIST - OFIs to show even if listing is in draft mode
when properties are entered into rex and waiting for photos etc we still need to add them to the open for inspection list so that the scheduling of opens is made easier. We have almost double booked agents for opens because unpublished properties dont appear on the list.

Sales person Activity Reports- calls, emails, tasks
Ability to run reports on activities completed by listing and for appraisals and for contacts- calls, emails, tasks completed
Used to help track activity levels.
Could also incorporate targets that the agent and manager can set and then review weekly and monthly progress.15 votes -
Agents that share a contact can't remove the contact from another agents mailing list
Hi,
It would be awesome if when more than one agent has access to a contact, agents can only add or remove their own mailing lists that are attached to that contact.not any other agents.
The contact will unsubscribe from any mailing lists they don't want to receive.

Calendar Days i.e. Wednesday to show when setting appointments & reminders
When you schedule reminders or tasks instead of just having the date, we need to be able to see the day i.e. WED 24 Oct 2018.
It's very hard to set appointments when you're in Pock and on the go without seeing the day of the week.

Pocket Agenda - feedback to show amongst the stream notes
Would be great to show feedback with the notes in pocket agenda. Currently only showing 'notes' written in stream.

Bank Upload Button - Add to Property - Trust Accounting
Would love to have the bank upload button added in the actual trust accounting section of the property as a drop down on the payment (from ledger) so we can create the bank upload file straight from there!
Same with changing the upload status!
It takes a lot more time having to go out of the property trust accounting and into the main financials button to find and then do it.15 votes -
Bulk SMS from pocket so it send from phone rather than marketing credits
It would be good as suggested in other bulk SMS feature requests if this could be done from pocket for OFI and or private viewing attendees or even contacts attached to feedback or a choice of each or all 3. For example to thank them as a bulk for coming to open homes or viewing the property, to text them all an update to property documents, to invite them to an auction or notify them that a property has sold and how much for.
