Settlement Statement Merge Field
The ability to customise the {{settlementstatementtable}} merge field would be great.
If we could have all the fields as individual entries, clients would be able to customise settlement statement letters to suit their office. Currently the fields in the {{settlementstatementtable} are not available individually.

This realistically should already be implemented and would make life a lot ealier with clients accountants and solicitors.

We need to have each of the items that show in the "Settlement Statement" (e.g. deposit held) to be available as separate merge fields.
I want to have an email template that we use to notify solicitors how much we are holding in trust on a sale. This is an email that we send at least twice for each sale, so it would save a lot of time to just be able to use the template and hit "send" without having to look up the deposit in the financials tab, highlight, copy, merge the email template and then paste the dollar figure in there.
I know Rex can get the information from {{settlement_statement_table}} - it seems crazy that we can't also get those figures as separate merge tag fields.

The ability to modify the {{settlement_statement_table}} template to suit our office would be excellent. I find myself modifying every letter I produce which is time consuming and was not necessary in Rest Professional once the template was set up.
We do not always send the balance of deposit to the Vendor Solicitor, in the majority of cases we are instructed to account to the vendor directly. Thanks.

merge fields required for amount held in sales trust/outstanding VPA/Commission/GST/amount payable.

Agreed, it is very time consuming to go and edit the statements due to requirement from solicitors.
