Yes currently we prepare outside REX and then have to duplicate in REX once the Listing is created
Absolutely absurd as previously in our old computer program this was never a duplicated task! -

This feature would be highly regarded if implemented, as we are currently needing to list the property to create VPA (through CampaignTrack), which is then converting the appraisal. This impacts our system functionality as we do not have accurate appraisal data to where the appraisal is up to.

C’mon REX , When is this happening? This is a seriously amateur mistake on Rex’s behalf! It’s critical that it exists at the appraisal stage. Every day I’m using a pen and paper to calculate the costs, then months later when the vendors decide to list I don’t know what I’ve included in their schedule or what individual prices I quoted. To have to manually record this in a manilla folder is something out of the 80’s??

I ask that this functionality is noted to the site developers as a priority requirement please. For a function so commonly used and required within the real estate industry, I was quite surprised that this isn't already available. Marketing schedules for VPA to be presented at a listing appraisal is something that is used by basically every single agent within every single agency. It would save our business (along with every other real estate business wanting this same feature) so much time having the ability to generate VPA schedules for our listing appraisals. At present, we are having to create a 'false listing' in order to generate a VPA marketing schedule which certainly isn't ideal. Please make this feature a priority for the next development release, it is highly needed.

Yes please, please, please. It would save an enormous amount of time to prepare marketing quotes etc and assist in accuracy as all the products and suppliers are already entered in. It would then be a simple conversion from quote to invoice saving a great deal of time and streamlining our business. Currently we are trying to trick the system and create false listings just to prepare a quote and product schedule then either convert or delete as withdrawn creating false data.

Yes I agree - REX needs the functionality to create a 'VPA Ad Schedule' in the 'Appraisal' Section and then 'APPLY' the chosen campaign (transfer it to the listing) when the Admin actually take the step to LIST the property! My previous system had this capability and we could create multiple 'Ad Schedules' and choose the selected one once the property was listed...

It would be so useful to print off a Marketing Schedule or Advertising Pack to take to an appraisal. I just went in to prepare one to send on a follow up appraisal and couldn't believe the functionality was not available. Two years since this was raised. If not an easy option to print from VPA via Financials surely a print function could be added to the Advertising Pack section. Please :)

It would be beneficial to add VPA at Appraisal - before property is listed so the prospective vendor can see how much the advertising is going to cost before it is listed. At the moment you cant add VPA until the property is listed!!!
