Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. SMS ALL leads/buyers

    It would be great if the App had a function to SMS ALL Buyers (open attendees and Online Enquiries) from what I can see you can only SMS ALL leads/buyers from a desktop – which is not practical at all . . . This way I could quickly notify my buyers (ALL buyers) of an offer, expression of interest, Auction reminder etc. . .

  2. SMS the vendor feedback

    It would be great to be able to SMS the vendor feedback after an open much like attendees are able to be messaged – “Hi (Vendor) today we had (number) attendees through the home open – I will be in touch soon.” This should be a button under the Message Attendees: called “Message Open Feedback”

  3. Pocket E-brochure SMS template upgrade

    I’d like to propose a small but valuable upgrade to the default SMS message sent via Pocket when we add a buyer prior to an inspection.

    Current SMS:

    Hi [Potential Buyer],
    Welcome to [PROPERTY ADDRESS]. Tap the link below for listing information.

    Proposed SMS Upgrade:

    Hi [Potential Buyer Name],

  4. More flexibility in newsletters templates

    To make our newsletters better and save time:

    Agent Signatures: We need a way for the agent's signature to be added automatically, maybe merge flied with photo. This would save us from having to manually type or paste it into every newsletter.

    Main listing Images: Instead of uploading a new main image for each newsletter, we'd like to be able to simply type in the listing's address. The system should then find and use the correct image.

    Event Times: In the event section, we need all of the open times for a listing to show up, not just one.

    We would like to suggest an enhancement to the reminder filtering functionality within REX.

    Currently, the system only allows the "Due Date" and "Track" filters to be saved as default. However, it would be extremely beneficial for our workflow if we could also set "Property" as a default filter.

    Organising reminders by property provides a much clearer and more actionable view for our team. Instead of viewing a long list of reminders, being able to group them by property allows us to focus on specific tasks related to a particular listing or client more efficiently.   6. OFI Attendee Lists - 10-15 Attendees Per Page

    OFI attendee lists - 10 to 15 attendees per page rather than 2... would be so much easier when completing call backs for an Open Home where 65 groups inspected

  7. Viewing Cancellation

    Click on a viewing in the diary, then select “Actions” → “Cancel Appointment” and add a cancellation reason, it could automatically trigger an email to both the vendor and the viewer, notifying them of the cancellation. Similar to when booking a viewing. It would be great if this is possible, rather than doing everything manually.

  8. Map view for propeties

    Currently can only view properties in list or thumbnail view. Add in an option for map view allowing users to view all properties in a map. This will allow users to see what properties they currently have in the system along with looking at target suburbs and what areas might be lacking properties/ contacts in. Allow users to target specific areas, great for prospecting. This would be a live view mode that automatically populates the pins on a map of properties in the system.

  9. Appointment Locations defaulting to current listing

  11. Lead Auto Response - Add Text Message Follow Up (As Well As Email Response)

    The idea of this feature would be to insure the person enquiring knows they've received an auto response email regarding the property they've enquired about. A large number of people are missing the auto-responses as the email is sitting in their junk/spam/other folders. This in some cases as caused frustration that they never heard back.

    Idea being that the auto response goes out so does a text with something similar to the below response via text/.

    Example of text could be a simple as " Hi Thank You, for your enquiry on X property we've sent you though some key…

  12. Add a source field to appraisals that feeds to reports.

    Add a source field to appraisals that feeds to reports.ie. Source may be referral, Open house, Past client, social media, mailout, DL dropper etc. This would then give agents & offices the ability to see which sources are the most prevalent to add resources to.

  14. appraisal

    Archiving Appraisals - we need more options than the 4 currently available. Then when running a report on past appraisals to see who we can follow up it's not just a long list of 'Not Interested/Cooled off' but can be more specific to the reason to help with follow up. Having the reasons customisable per agency would be very helpful

  16. Editable Memorandum of Sales

    It'd be fantastic if we could edit the Memorandum of Sales PDF to include any further information we like to include and make it more customised to our agencies.
    For instance, we like to put in the full address of the councils and hyperlinks to make things as easy as possible for solicitors.

  17. Reminders get set to the person who creates the reminder as a default

    I work in an office with a shared database with 3 others.
    at open homes, I meet many prospective buyers who also have their own homes to sell
    I get back to the office, create a reminder to follow up with them next week for an appraisal, only to get there next week and see i cant see my reminder.
    This is because, an agent from another office was the first person to meet this buyer. HOWEVER, the agent that first met this buyer didnt prospect them as a vendor, therefor to them, this is just a buyer.

  18. Ability to add additional options to the withdraw reason list

    Ability to add additional options to the withdraw reason field. This will allow for greater insight and reporting on why a listing is being withdrawn as well as track any agent patterns and identify skill gaps (vendor management vs buyer depth). Either have the ability to add custom options to the field as an admin user or have the additional options added as standard in REX.

    Currently there are 4 options as well as other. I would suggest the following as additional options to be added to the list:

    • Dissatisfied with service delivery
    • Result could not be achieved
    • Decided to…

  19. Syncing Emails

    Rex allows agents to send emails via Rex and this is recorded on the contact or property/listing- it would be so efficient if the responses were able to be synced this way also. Sending a vendor an email with offer details via rex so the conversation is noted is pointless if their response is not also visible.

  20. Buyer Mode - auto logging Info Packs

    For compliance, when you send an email out of a listing to a buyer they should automatically be logged in buyer mode. This is the only way to ensure that no one is missed when calling a deadline/updating all potential purchasers of a change to a listing.
