Colour Code Current Listings to differentiate it from the Property page.
It is easy to add data to a property page instead of a current listing page. If current listings were a different colour this wouldn't happen.

it would also be helpful to clearly mark a property as managed (and ideally allocate to a specific property manager) to make it clear the bills/invoices etc. are to be given to the right PM rather than sent out to the client directly
