Vendor contracts legal name and address
There should be an option to use (or not use) the advanced section or re-entering the 'legal name' or 'legal address' for vendors contract, for those of us who initially use the legal names and address, it is time consuming to re-enter the same information. There should be checkbox option to either amend the legal name and address, or leave as is, as we are doubling up on unnecessary work. This is the same for salutation, i do not understand why we would need to enter this manually, a salutation is usually the first name/s or of the contact. This should be automatic, and those who wish to change may. Again, doubling up on unnecessary work for those of us who enter things correctly initially.

The salutation is automatic, the field is there to allow you to override it. Not sure what you mean regarding the other item? Are you referring to the legal tab on a listing?
