Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Ability to add additional options to the withdraw reason list

    Ability to add additional options to the withdraw reason field. This will allow for greater insight and reporting on why a listing is being withdrawn as well as track any agent patterns and identify skill gaps (vendor management vs buyer depth). Either have the ability to add custom options to the field as an admin user or have the additional options added as standard in REX.

    Currently there are 4 options as well as other. I would suggest the following as additional options to be added to the list:

    • Dissatisfied with service delivery
    • Result could not be achieved
    • Decided to…

  2. Syncing Emails

    Rex allows agents to send emails via Rex and this is recorded on the contact or property/listing- it would be so efficient if the responses were able to be synced this way also. Sending a vendor an email with offer details via rex so the conversation is noted is pointless if their response is not also visible.

  3. Buyer Mode - auto logging Info Packs

    For compliance, when you send an email out of a listing to a buyer they should automatically be logged in buyer mode. This is the only way to ensure that no one is missed when calling a deadline/updating all potential purchasers of a change to a listing.

  4. Add ignore button to duplicate contact cleanup

    When you have multiple agents with duplicate contacts, it would be good to have an ignore button so you don't have to keep going through the same list every time you want to clean up duplicates. Other CRM's have this function and it works really well.

  5. Seprate Key Catorgory

    Adding a dedicated Key Management section to the dashboard would be extremely useful. It would allow users to view all keys in one place and make logging keys in and out much easier. A filter to show all keys currently logged out would streamline tracking, and an option to display all key numbers in order (e.g., 1–140) would help quickly identify which numbers are available. This would make assigning key numbers to new properties far more efficient.

  6. Track items with email merge templates

    I created a track and attached some line items with email templates. But there is a major issue with this, when trying to do the track item you can't edit the template before sending. You can only accept it as it and send or delete the template. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed otherwise what is the point of adding in templates when I can't amend them if I need to.

  7. Drag and Drop for Cover image from CoreLogic

    It would be amazing if you were able to drag and drop a photo directly from CoreLogic to be the main cover image when you're creating a new property.
    Currently you have to save the photo to your desktop as a jpeg or png and then upload it which is a massive hassle.

  8. set default document visibility

    We upload at least 4 documents into every listing, so that open home attendees can receive these via the eBrochure link (typically a rent appraisal, contract of sale, how to complete your contract of sale, and multiple offer form).

    We would like to be able to set the default visibility of documents to public & available, rather than needing to change both of these settings in every document we add.

  9. I would like all components of our commission sheet to be able to be drawn down into an excel spreadsheet on a monthly basis

    We currently have a report which allows us to draw down a report by period on the unconditional sales for a set period BUT it does not allow us to draw down the information relating to referrals and external conjunctionals - we can see they are there because the numbers in the report dont add up without them.   10. set track for others

    When setting tracks, the only current option is to be able to set them for yourself. As I work primarily as a property lister, it would be beneficial for me to be able to set follow up tracks on new properties to other members of my team (in the same style of being able to set reminders)

    Currently there is only the option to select a 'Double Carport' from the Features list, please include 'Single Carport' as otherwise there is no option at all for car accommodation if there is a single carport only.

  13. Open Home Page/Tab

    A dedicated Open Homes page within REX that allows agents to view, add and manage all upcoming open homes in one central location.

    The page would display a list of all scheduled open homes, including the property, address, date and time, assigned agent and confirmation status. Agents would be able to filter the list by date, agent or property, as well as edit or delete existing open homes.

    An Add Open Home button would allow agents to quickly schedule a new viewing for any property currently on the market. Ideally, this would include selecting the property, setting the date and…

  14. Drop down filter for Tracks in listing Reminder Tab

    It would be helpful to have a dropdown filter next to the ‘Sort by’ option in the Listing Reminders tab, allowing users to select which Tracks are displayed in the Reminders stream.

    We often have multiple Tracks running on a single property, which makes it time-consuming to scroll through all the reminders to find tasks associated with a specific Track.

    I know you can click the coloured Active Track button which opens a pop-up showing the Track's tasks, it would be much more practical to filter the Reminders stream directly. This would allow us to view the listing details and…
