Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Add ignore button to duplicate contact cleanup
When you have multiple agents with duplicate contacts, it would be good to have an ignore button so you don't have to keep going through the same list every time you want to clean up duplicates. Other CRM's have this function and it works really well.

Seprate Key Catorgory
Adding a dedicated Key Management section to the dashboard would be extremely useful. It would allow users to view all keys in one place and make logging keys in and out much easier. A filter to show all keys currently logged out would streamline tracking, and an option to display all key numbers in order (e.g., 1–140) would help quickly identify which numbers are available. This would make assigning key numbers to new properties far more efficient.

Track items with email merge templates
I created a track and attached some line items with email templates. But there is a major issue with this, when trying to do the track item you can't edit the template before sending. You can only accept it as it and send or delete the template. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed otherwise what is the point of adding in templates when I can't amend them if I need to.

Drag and Drop for Cover image from CoreLogic
It would be amazing if you were able to drag and drop a photo directly from CoreLogic to be the main cover image when you're creating a new property.
Currently you have to save the photo to your desktop as a jpeg or png and then upload it which is a massive hassle.3 votes -
set default document visibility
We upload at least 4 documents into every listing, so that open home attendees can receive these via the eBrochure link (typically a rent appraisal, contract of sale, how to complete your contract of sale, and multiple offer form).
We would like to be able to set the default visibility of documents to public & available, rather than needing to change both of these settings in every document we add.

Saved Export Filters
It would be great to have saved export filters so that regularly used export filters can easily be used. Once set up, it would make it easier for less competent users to take advantage of the export feature

The ability to enter commission & referal fee details at time of listing
When entering the details from the form 6 it would be beneficial to be able to enter commission details along with any referral fees for example when the listing is generated from a leads generating company. Instead of waiting for a contract to be accepted.

Newsletter reporting
When looking at the sent newsletter report.
And looking at who has clicked a link, we need to know what property address they have viewed rather than the property ID.2 votes -
Allowing Salespeople to Access and Add a Limited Number of Tracks
It makes sense that only admin/support has permission to add a track to a 'Contact' or a 'Property' as the range of tracks created can be numerous and quite specific. Control is important.
However, there are instances where sales people should be able to add a track themselves, such as attaching a repeat follow-up track to a contact or property after an initial follow-up track has been completed.
It would be useful to create permissions that allow salespeople to access a limited set of predetermined tracks and attach them as they see fit.

STOCKLIST - More information required on Public Listing Reports
We are missing the following features when printing out our public listing reports:
*inclusion of QR codes
*ability to include a header and footer

VENDOR REPORT - Serious interest from buyers on report
In feedback report I would like to be able to identify clearly those that are interested to those who are not. So we can just click a button so they are at the top of the inspection until such time as they are no longer interested

Homepass Buyers from OFI's into Rex
As we have a separate database for each agent, it is awkward when Homepass automatically finds an already existing contact belonging to another agent and automatically adds permissions for the new agent to that entry. Is there a way to create a new contact for the new agent through Homepass.
Also when doing a vendor report, Homepass lumps all the ofi contacts as one comment - not allowing for individual comments per buyer - because of this reporting is not possible for individual buyers.2 votes -
Contract overrides - two options, one for accepted and one for unconditional
At the moment, when a contract is accepted, you send the listing as 'under contract' to the portals. This is a bit of a hassle at the moment because we have to monitor the overrides manually - turning them on and off.
We would only like to send them as 'under contract' once the listing is unconditional. It would be good to have two different marketing overrides - the one we have already, plus one that shows listing as available, until it goes unconditional.

Ability to Lock out another user when updating a record
We've run into an issue a fair few times where more than one user is accessing & updating the same record.
When one person clicks save, it will update for them - but when the other clicks save, it overwrites the first person's changes.
It would be great to to lock other users out or provide read-only access when another user is already viewing/updating the record.

Reminders
When selecting reminders and tasks you have to always select and asignee.
It would be great if it defaulted to the logged in user and you had to select someone else in the office. The greater majority of instances where these cases are being completed I would assume to be user notes to chase up and seldom for others in the office.

Unsubscribers Report
The ability to produce some form of report/CSV export for those who have unsubscribed from a particular list.
Its great it automatically unsubscribes but it'd be handy to know who has unsubscribed.

Contact Enquiry Listing Additional ID Information (Rental or Sale)
When you have a property with two listings (one for rental/one for sale), there's no way to tell these two apart when adding feedback unless you know the ID number by memory. It would be really helpful if when you search for a listing, it indicates that it is a "CURRENT LISTING" or a "CURRENT SALE" instead of just indicating that it is "CURRENT".

KPI reporting
We would like to be able to customise a KPI report that can show the following information
1. # of appraisals within a period
2. # of new and current listings within a period
3. # of sales within a period
4. $ value of VPA within a period
5. Database entries - ie Activity completed & feedback added
6. Gross commission income earnt within a periodWe want to be able to measure these KPI's by individual agents. At the moment we would have to get this information from 4 or 5 different reports.
