Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Unsubscribers Report

    The ability to produce some form of report/CSV export for those who have unsubscribed from a particular list.

    Its great it automatically unsubscribes but it'd be handy to know who has unsubscribed.

  2. Contact Enquiry Listing Additional ID Information (Rental or Sale)

    When you have a property with two listings (one for rental/one for sale), there's no way to tell these two apart when adding feedback unless you know the ID number by memory. It would be really helpful if when you search for a listing, it indicates that it is a "CURRENT LISTING" or a "CURRENT SALE" instead of just indicating that it is "CURRENT".

  3. KPI reporting

    We would like to be able to customise a KPI report that can show the following information
    1. # of appraisals within a period
    2. # of new and current listings within a period
    3. # of sales within a period
    4. $ value of VPA within a period
    5. Database entries - ie Activity completed & feedback added
    6. Gross commission income earnt within a period

    We want to be able to measure these KPI's by individual agents. At the moment we would have to get this information from 4 or 5 different reports.

  4. Enter commisssion for agent who has left

    Ability to enter commission for an agent who has recently left hence not a Rex user – ability to type in a name rather than select from drop down menu.

  5. OFI list amendments

    For the OFI list to pull through the sale's reps photos and have an option to pull through less listings per page enabling description text to pull for each listing.

  6. Email leads/enquires

    feed straight through to the listing and add to the feedback, therefore they are straight on the Vendor report

  7. Edit "Cheesy" Vendor Reports Intro

    Hi team, would like the ability to edit the intro content for each section of the Vendor Report to remove current "Cheesy" and unprofessional

    "...want to show you how hard we are working..."

    and allow us to use words that are more professional and more suitable to our client demographic.

  8. Sort listings by contract status

    It would be great to be able to sort listings by contract status - when viewing the list of current listings, it would help to be able to sort by status, to see all 'unconditional', 'under contract' etc. listings grouped together, rather than having to scroll through all the listings looking one by one.

  9. Properties

    Properties and Listings. All new agents starting with us seem to end up double or triple listing property because the system allows this. I think it would be awesome if a simple pop-up that said "this property is already listed do you want to go to the listing" would prevent this from happening. It is frustrating when a property gets listed multiple times and then needs to be archived.

  10. View Address for Clients when in (My Contacts) and vise versa when in (Properties)

    Currently we cannot see a clients address unless we click into the client and same for properties. We should be able to view a clients name when scrolling through properties and see the property address when scrolling through clients.

    This was a feature i was used too with Box & Dice.

  11. Colour Code Current Listings to differentiate it from the Property page.

    It is easy to add data to a property page instead of a current listing page. If current listings were a different colour this wouldn't happen.

  15. Sub folder in Documents

    It would be good if we could have a sub file in the documents to archiving past documents but still able to go back and look them up. The only documents in there then will be current and relevant to the listing.

  17. Change to car parking spaces

    At the moment for commercial properties we have to enter a number for car parking spaces in key deatails box

    Most of our listings have public car parks and not designated car parking so we say in the text of the listing - Ample parking available or on site parking - however when listings go up to commercialrealestate.com.au we cannot type text in Rex - key details car spaces it has to be a number. We then have to leave as zero as we have no idea the number of car parks available - this then means our online listings…

  18. Legal details in property eg LOT and DP

    It would be good to have the legal details on the property rather than just the listing - Lot # DP# and legal description -

  19. Vendor contracts legal name and address

    There should be an option to use (or not use) the advanced section or re-entering the 'legal name' or 'legal address' for vendors contract, for those of us who initially use the legal names and address, it is time consuming to re-enter the same information. There should be checkbox option to either amend the legal name and address, or leave as is, as we are doubling up on unnecessary work. This is the same for salutation, i do not understand why we would need to enter this manually, a salutation is usually the first name/s or of the contact. This…
