Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Management Fee Tracker
Have the ability to track potential annual management fees for rental properties within the Appraisals section of Rex Software just like sales agents have the ability to see potential commissions.

Adding all Sellers & Buyers Contact Details to Sales Advice
The Sales Advice currently displays only 1 seller & 1 buyer contact details. Could we please feature 2 sellers & 2 buyers contact details on the Sales Advice so all clients can be contacted for the sale and all information provided to the settlement agents?

Option to Add Calendar Reminders to REX Tracks
The ability to create calendar reminders directly from REX Tracks is by far the most requested feature in our office.
This would be especially useful for scheduling key events like a 12-month or 24 month client follow-up calls or projected settlement dates, which are best managed through a calendar.
Could this functionality be considered for future development?

Auto Viewing Follow up email
Email set up to auto send 12/24 or 48hours after you have completed a viewing to the contact in the system. I know you can set a this up but to remind you to send an email, it would be great it it just did this automatically without any human intervention.

Extra Merge Tags
We use the merge tags often. There needs to be more options for example having a merge tag for the Rental Appraisal, Year Build, Land Area etc. The field are there and we there are merge fields for council rates, water rates etc which is under the more info tab.
The fields are already there, so why not get extra merge tags added!thanks!

Document Tab Improvements
It would be great to get some QoL improvements for the documents tab to make the admin side of things a bit easier:
Default documents - a document which is automatically added to each listing and can be set to public/private. For example an In-House Complaints Procedure, or Guide to Buying a Property etc that can be accessed from websites.
Multi-select documents at once to change their document type or public/private status, rather than having to manually change each one.
Document 'bins', one for internal documents and one for public documents to ensure there are no mix ups.

Caller ID showcase notes & property address
When a contact calls you inbound it will show notes before you pickup the call / during and it will also show the related property and if they’re hot/warm/cold. This is good because it allows you to remember previous conversations on the go and be able to address people according to their interest level.

Listing documents being emailed
Currently when it sends the documents it's as a link at the base of the email and if you are on your phone it doesn’t actually let you open them. It would be preferable for them to be attached to the email and not as links, if you dont have an app which lets you download the attachments, it means you cannot see them unless you are on a computer.

Offers received visible in general buyer feedback.
It would be great to have a section within the general buyer feedback area where we could note any offers received. Ideally, this would be visible in the report so sellers can easily see if a buyer has expressed interest at a particular price.

Pocket App Enhancement – Suburb Name Inclusion - buyer/seller leads
I wanted to see if it’s possible to update the Pocket App to include suburb names in addition to postcodes.
When registering attendees at open homes (OFIs), we currently collect postcodes. However, being in a regional area with only three postcodes covering a population of around 80,000—and many different suburbs—it limits our ability to accurately identify where our buyers are coming from. Having the suburb information would give us much more insight and assist in identifying potential seller leads.3 votes -
Rex Kiosk 'Send E-Brochure' Default to Off
In Rex Kiosk, please create a setting where we can turn 'Send E-Brochure' Default to Off, so that it stays off and doesn't automatically turn back on.

Regarding Vendor Reports
Our agents have explained that it is very important to them for their vendor meetings to have the “number of enquiries” on the report, but also frustrating and time-consuming to remove the enquiry “feedback” list from the report if they don't want to include an additional 5 pages of buyer enquiry comments.
At the moment, unticking the "include enquiry feedback" box doesn't seem to even change or do anything to the vendor report.
It just seems odd that our only options are to either exclude or include both enquiries and their feedback all together, rather than being able to separate…

Attach a form/PDF to a Track task
It would be good to have a document attached to a stage/task of a track.
For example, the Track task is - Complete document XYZ - The staff can click and download the attached document from that task and complete it.
Currently, the way we manage this is by having a task state 'complete document XYZ' - staff then need to navigate to the shared folder, duplicate the document, and complete it.
The documents could be saved under the Rex agency profile, similar to saved photos for email merge templates.
This would mean a new blank document is downloaded each…

scheduling an SMS or email to be sent at a specific time
Enable ability to send someone an SMS early in the morning or late at night from Rex but have it go at a reasonable hour or when that client is more likely to see it i.e 7pm weeknight.

Dark mode!
Like many of us, I am using the Pocket app and the Rex CRM until late in the night...
Please can we have a dark mode that adjusts alongside system settings for your device?
Most of the time I am flicking between emails, calendars, WhatsApp etc and then BAM Pocket is bright white.

Automatically expand related contacts on mouse hover
Related contacts can currently only show 3 people unless expanded. As it has become very common to have at least 4 people linked to a listing, it can be awkward if you are making phone calls to click on the "view more" drop down every time you open a listing.
If the related contacts panel simply expanded on mouse hover to show all people involved it would be much more time efficient.

Option to automatically select or deselect "approve for reporting" agency wide
Currently it is automatically ticked for feedback entries but as a prompt for agents to follow up feedback we thought it could be helpful to have it deselected so that it appears in the feedback Stream on the dashboard. Looking into vendor reporting with Rex Home and this could help ensure they have their notes finalised before ticking the button to update the vendors.
