Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Custom field pocket open home
Pocket Open Homes; for the buyer input filed, name, number, email address are standard, the other fields should be customisable based on the agent needs.
For example, current address, match profile, etc.
It'd be good to have more flexibility in the pocket app.

TradeMe PDF Vendor Reports
When TradeMe vendor reports come into REX via a direct email from TradeMe, the attachment is removed. It would be good if this didn't happen so the attachment can be opened and used accordingly

Ability to workout what buyer is clicking on what property and how many times
REX knows how many times a property has been clicked and how many time a buyer has clicked , however it does not join the dots to tell us who the hottest buyers are! All the good CRMs do it and IReality

Reporting for high volume of feedback
Projects typically have a high volume of enquiries.
Currently, vendor reports show 'Follow up' feedback as a separate entry.
If we contact 120 leads, an average of 5 times each, this makes the report very difficult to read as there is now 600 separate entries!
It'd be great if we could sort the vendor reports for projects similar to the attachment.
The ability to sort by cold/warm/hot would also be massively advantageous.
Due to the current set up, we can't use these reports for our developers.

Automatic Removal of the Auction Date when the listing authority is changed from 'Auction' to 'Exclusive'
As per the header, when a listing authority is changed from 'Auction' to 'Exclusive' (particularly after the Auction Date has passed with no sale), the Auction Date does not automatically remove from the 'Events' section on the listing record. Further to this - the past auction date remains on the eBrochure.
If possible - requesting for this to be an automated process to ensure that this is not missed by admin staff.

How can we get bed bath in open home?
I want to get bed /bath/garage in api which provides event type open_hone and api name is the "ListingEvents::search.
There is a api where I fetch bed/bath/garage but I want to get merged in same reponse in single api only so my api call fire very less.
Please give me solution.

Custom suburb lists
Ability to create custom suburb lists - so that when adding a match profile to a contact you may be able to easily add a pre-made suburb list. Most clients will be looking in particular areas, and we will have to type in each suburb individually or search by postcode to add relevant suburbs for their pmatch profile. If you could develop custom lists of suburbs, for example in the Hobart region I may create a custom 'Eastern Shore' list that will addi all suburbs on the Eastern Shore (different postcodes) - rather than searching for multiple suburbs/postcodes which is…

Individualised tracks, sms and email templates
My work flow involves sending many emails and sms's from my crm. I would like to see the ability for each agent to add templates for their own use (not system wide which would confuse others). I have personalised emails, sms and tracks which I set up and therefore don't have to copy and paste from elsewhere, the ability to add form fields to auto-populate certain information is a real time saver.

Caller ID to link with SMS sent from REX
Have the caller ID function link with SMS sent out of Rex (as it does with calls) I often receive return texts from buyers or vendors in the system that I don't have in my personal contacts. Iit doesn't display the owner just a number when an SMS is sent directly from REX. I then have to manually go in and search the number again to see who it is.

Pocket opens
New pocket opens it terrible! There is no predictive Buyer feature. It would be easier to put it in through Rex. I had to use notes today as I couldn’t ask the same people for the same details half an hour apart and regular clients shouldn’t have to give us their details when we know their names. Please fix before next week or I will have to go back to pen and paper or home pass. I will now be cleaning up duplicated data for the next hour..

Link an email to multiple properties
When an email is sent to a buyer making enquiries, and we are sending them details about multiple properties, which does occur often, you can only select Regarding 1 property or listing. We need to be able to link the email to the various listings, otherwise we have to duplicate or copy and paste the enquiry into notes (email), sometimes double and triple handling. You then don't have the recipient response details showing whether they've opened the email or clicked links etc. Rex support advises that currently there is no way to attach to multiple properties? Sending Brochures to 'Reverse Match' Contacts
It think it would be really helpful to be able to have the brochures (not the link) sent in an email to contacts who are selected in a "Reverse Match" situation for a listing.
We can then use this when we just list a property and send it to our database, if there is a new price change or if the property goes from one sale method to another (private treaty to auction for example).I'd like to see an option in the "template" that says something along the lines of "Property Brochure" or whatever, so when it is chosen…

Property listing status: Off Market
Can you please add a property status of "Off Market". Off market sales are becoming more common in the industry and we need a way to differentiate these listings on our website (i.e. not include them in currently For Sale listings). Note that Off Market listings are the same as For Sale, just a different flag or status. They are not withdrawn - they are for sale. Most other software has it under the Status property, along with For Sale, Withdrawn, Sold, etc.

Pocket add Lead with simple process
There needs to be a simple process for when a buyer calls an agents mobile direct for adding this to the Leads for Stepthrough. When on the go this process needs to be much smoother and quicker.

Share contact/call Info from my phone to Pocket app
A feature in Pocket that would allow me to share a recent caller (ie: their phone number) who was not previously in my database with Pocket.
This would then send the new callers phone number to Pocket and it would prompt me to create a new contact.
Alternatively, a method to add the name and phone number from my phone directly from my phone into Pocket.

Leads and vendor reports not matching
Currently the leads come in and sit waiting to be processed. Once this has been processed against the person and listing, currently the system does not recognise this as an enquiry. You then have to enter the details again under the contacts enquiry tab. If you do not do this, the vendor report does not recognise there has been an enquiry. This is double handling and taking up precious time.
It would be more efficient for the system to see a lead as an enquiry (as this is technically what they are) That way you don't have to do the…

Vendor Reports
it would be helpful when doing a vendor report and you download it to email, is there a way of clicking on the to button to automatically bring the vendor details up.
As you can when you are on the property and and go to merge send email you can click on the button next to the to box and gives you the vendors details so can't this be done when you go into vendor report to save typing in the vendors name. thanks1 vote -
Export contact details to PDF file
Could you please look at creating this option please?
When you choose feedback tab and all the people who came through the property (view list of contacts attached to feedback) - when you click all the contacts I would like to see the option of creating PDF file on this. If so it would be so easier to keep on track on people instead of exporting on Excel file.Hope we can see some improvement on this.
