Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

reverse match tags
Currently when performing a Reverse Buyer Match the only 2 options are: Price only, or Full. I want to be able to select to only match with buyers whose Match Profile contains a specific Tag.
This will create a far more accurate list excluding people who can afford the property but for whom it wouldn't suit, and only showing buyers who are specifically looking for that type of property.

Entering Duplicate Contacts - Open Homes
Hi there, when you type a contact name slightly differently but the phone number is the same, a duplicate notification comes up with the option to 'add anyway'. If in fact it is a duplicate, it is very annoying having to then get out of that screen and retype the name that is already present in the database.
Would it be possible to add another option where you can check the person in using their details that are already in the system within the same screen? I.e. when you get the duplication notification, there is a separate button where you…

Be able to share the newsletter through facebook - a shareable link to the newsletter.
If you have a shareable link for facebook etc that people can click on to see the newsletter that arent subscribed.

Pocket Kiosk - Address and Notes capability
Currently on our physical open home booklets we have a section for the buyers current address and any additional notes they might want to add about what they are looking.
These sections allow us to gather more information from the buyer in regards to their current situation (If they are already local, do they need to sell before buying, do they have any specific or strange requirements for their next home that we should know)
These 2 fields being added to the check-in screen would be a great addition to the app.

Contact Group
Hi! I would like to suggest a REX contact group option. This would be handy for our tracks when sending emails through REX from Sales Agents to our Admin team. We currently have tasks that are set to email which we'd then send an email template from but there is only the option to add individual contacts from it. We use many distribution groups within our outlook email on a daily basis and I believe this could be beneficial from our CRM.

Report for VPA budgets
We need a report for VPA budgets. We are currently doing quarterly reporting and part of this is to show the average VPA amount being requested to vendors by sales agents. Sometimes the invoice amount is less than the budget amount if the rep has request extra funds 'just in case' so the invoice reporting won't be accurate.

The lot description and title number is not drawn through into the legal section of a listing. This would be very helpful

Match Profile Campaigns & Multi Office Locations
For multi office locations, we would love to have the match alert campaign email come from the office location of the listing, rather than the owner of the "contact".

Alerts for recurring appointments so they can be ticked off as completed
When adding recurring appointments the new appointment is then sets rom the day the previous appointment was ticked off as completed. This then makes it useless if the appointment wasn't ticked off the day it was due. Could there be an alert that comes up when the appointment is due so that if it is completed it can be ticked as completed which will then make the recurring reminder fall as it's supposed to.

Automate name in letter through tracks
When doing letters through a track from the contact record the letter already has the contact name address salutation etc in the letter but you have to select the name in the contact name field. Why isn't the name being inserted automatically as you are working from the contact record not the property record.

Make buyer match emails easier to access information
I have attached the screenshot - in order to see more information you need to tap the 'read more' at the bottom which is very small. It would be much better it you could open by touching the photo or text.

Trial Balance Report with More detail options
So you can print a report of funds held in the trust account for sold properties, withdrawn properties or current properties. To double check what funds you are still holding that should have already been disbursed for sold and withdrawn properties.

Emailing a receipt to a purchaser straight from REX
Emailing a receipt to a purchaser who has either:
1. Requested an emailed version
2. Paid VIA EFTPOSAt this time we are only able to generate PDF, print, Sign, Scan back to email and then email a scanned (not the best quality) copy of their receipt. Thank you!

contact read or clicked more than once
Would be amazing if an alert popped up if contact had opened an email or clicked links more than once. Or you can set it as monitor option to be notified.

Additional Category of Property Types
Adding 'conjoined' or something similar to the property type. we have buyers who are looking for properties so they can house relatives next door without being in the same home. (ie. a home split into two, 2 apartments next to each other, house with separate flat)

Automatic Tracks after marking a property as unconditional/sold/settled
Have automatic tracks that are triggered when a contract is marked as unconditional and sold/settled. This would allow reminders to be set up for final inspection, deposit refunds and client gifts

'attach all' function key
It would be good to have a function key that allows the user to 'attach all' documents in one movement, rather than having to click each individual check-box.
The same thing goes for adding features to a property or a listing. When setting up a new property, we are currently required to individually click each of the choices under the various 'Features', "Views' and 'Ideal For..' options tabs. Each time we do this, we have to click back into that field and start our search over again. There are way too many clicks, wasting way too much time.1 vote -

Sold - option to change postal address on purchaser contact
when changing listing to sold and it asks to update the property record / owner with the purchaser information. another box to ask do you want to change the postal address of the purchaser?
