Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Search Box Functionality
Hey guys! I think it’s fantastic you can finally load a Mr & Mrs under the one contact rather than having to add two. However, I’ve noticed in Pocket you now can’t find them by first name. As an example, Chris & Ally Toft are loaded as Mr & Mrs and I can’t search their first names. Only their last. Hope this makes sense. Give me a call to discuss if required. Cheers!

Social Media Links in REX User Profile
In the general details tab of the REX user, where the email, mobile and direct line is, it would be nice to include social media links or provision for and videos, youtube, Instagram, facebook, snapchat, etc.

E-brochures need to have the links to tours, video and anything else we add. It's an e-brochure yet does contain e- features

Adding Tracks to Tags
Adding Tracks to Tags. Would be very convenient if Joe came into our database today and once we tagged Joe as a "buyer" tomorrow that a pre-set track would start a contact plan or whatever so that we are reminded to call Joe 10 days later, 20 days later and so on. Similarly if we tagged Jane as a "potential seller" that an automated track of tasks would start to streamline the process.

Updated Drop and Drag Module Feature in Email Marketing
I just had a trial with a different CRM yesterday (not that we are thinking about switching) just to have a look. They did have one great email marketing builder similar to MailChimp where you can drop and drag modules into an EDM. The modules where on the left hand side of the email and you could click say reviews, agent profile, two property feature, single property feature etc etc. I thought the REX team might be interested in checking it out. Enquiry source in Project Vendor reports
There should be one Chart for Enquiry Source and another for say follow ups, private inspections. etc. Enquiry Source is great for showing where enquiry is coming from and also to relate it back to Ad spend.
There should be only one enquiry source note per enquiry. Ie a buyer enquires on Unit A, then gets followed up, maybe a few back and forward emails (ie more feedback notes) then an appointment etc., that should be counted as one enquiry from say REA. In the current setup you could mark all the follow ups, appointments etc as the enquiry coming…

Tag List Export Report
it would be great if you could export a report with all of your tags and how many contacts/properties they are assigned to. That way you could sort your most popular tags and any that aren't being utlised you could delete - it would save so much time than doing each tag individually :(

Add Suburb to pocket for possible buyers
When adding potential buyers into REX it only gives you the option to add email and phone number.
Could we add a SUBURB to get an idea of where they are coming from. This helps in finding potential sellers in your market area.

OFI List - Filter Agent Option
When generating an OFI List Report, it would be great to be able to filter specific agents only and not every agent in the office.

Notes Section on the Trust Account tab
Similar to the VPA tab to make notes on what the funds are held (especially sold properties) for instead of having to keep a seperate list.

Have the ability to resend newsletters to only bounced email addresses once they have been updated.

Emails to be locked
If multiple agents have update permissions to a contact, they should only be able to see their own emails that are sent from Rex. The same way that Notes are locked down.

Make data filtering more accessible in Rex's contact and listing record screens to avoid having to export to CSV and sort.
Currently can't filter all search result columns and it would be great to add certain data fields to the columns for more specific sorting:
• Allow sorting on all current columns – ID, Contract Status, Listing Agents, Owned By, Created By, Modified By currently unable to sort results by these columns
• Multiple levels of column sorting – Eg. Sort by Creation Date as the primary sort then further sort by Listings Agent allowing for easier bulk actions. I can’t remember the web app I’ve used but a column sort, then a control-click on the secondary column would sort the…

deleted user appraisal
Currently when a user is deleted, their name is also deleted from an appraisal so that once an agent is deleted, if we find an appraisal that they have previously done we can not see who has actually done it. The name is blank. When an agent is deleted, we should still be able to see the agent's name on the appraisal the same as we can see that agent's name on the ownership of the record.

Custom field date format to carry across in merge templates
Currently, when you add in a date to a custom field on a custom tab, it will show as (for example) "13 June 2018", but the format of this date does not carry across to merge templates. On merge templates, it will show as 13/06/2018.
This improvement request is to have the date format to carry across to templates.
