Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Contract Sending/Opening Tracking

    It would be great if contract tracking was an option. For example, anyone who was sent a contract, who received a contract and who opened a contract for a particular listing could be searched and a report generated.

  2. Appraisal reporting filter date range

    When you search for appraisal reports, the filter for date range is fixed on searchable appraisal creation period. I personally think that it should be searching off the appraisal conducted date not the creation date. We don't need to know when an appraisal was inputed in to the system, more than we need to report on when it was conducted or sent to a seller.

    It would be really helpful if tracks could feed over and sync to the individual agents' calendar in Rex or Outlook.

  5. The ability to easily see who clicks on New Listing Alerts

    The ability to easily see who has opened your match profile/new listing alert email. I'd like to see the same function as the newsletter where you can see the who has opened the alert and how many times. Currently to do this you need to go to each individual contact which is not possible if the alert got sent to hundreds of buyers.
    This would be helpful to then track which buyers are interested in the property and to follow up with a phone call.

  6. Have 2 agents for OFI (to sync with two calendars)

    Need the ability to add two agents to OFI's to ensure that it is synchronised with the two calendars

  7. E-Brochure Required Info - Tax Band/EPC/Leasehold Rates

    The ground rent/service charge/lease remaining information as well as the EPC and actual Tax Band should display somewhere on the E-brochure if entered into the specific sections allocated in the record, whether as part of the Key Details or a separate section, especially with the increased regulations coming into the UK over displaying this information. Currently this has to be duplicated into into the description text to have it appear in the e-brochure.

  8. Rich Text Format template documents

    It would be great to be able to use RTF documents as mail merge templates - much easier to create forms etc. using Word rather than the current setup.

  9. Mail Merge to Rental Applications (rental offers) the same as Sales Offers

    There needs to be the ability to easily sent offer made/rejected and accepted emails on rental offers. The offers themselves get added into the Applications tab, but that only gives you the option to send the applications to the Landlord.

    As these are offers and we have to confirm the offers to the applicant and the landlord (just as with sales), having a mail merge option on each offer would be extremely useful.

  10. Undo Option or Recycle Bin Option

    If we can have the option to undo an action or a recycle bin option, this way in case feedback is accidentally deleted, then we have the option to undo it or look for it on the recycle bin, this way we wont need to re-enter the entire thing and start all over again, thank you :)

  12. more options for a simpler export

    From a marketing perspective, rex export file is incompatible with a majority of the programs we use to export the data into mainly because the "bare bones" data still contains too much data and there isn't options to do things like split first name and last name (even though when importing these are seperate fields we aren't able to have seperate name fields in the export. If i could suggest the barest export you can do would include name, email, phone number- with the option to split the profiles name and add a column to export which tags have been…

  13. View appointments through a contact record or property/listing

    I'd like to be able to see appointments against the contact and property/listing details in pocket please.
    I've been using pocket more and there's no way I can quickly see what appointments clients have and properties have. Is this possible please? Kind regards Laura

  14. My Appraisals Pipeline

    My Appraisals Pipeline - PENDING Appraisals Column. You can't always get immediate access from tenants so having a column for appraisals you haven't completed yet, will help to not have uncompleted appraisals fall through the cracks and get forgotten.

    • Self-service open home/inspection pre-registration

  16. Multiple Listings for SMS

    When sending multiple listings via SMS, it would be great if we can automate the message to include the names of the address and number of bedrooms, rather than just the link? It’s difficult for our clients to easily find a listing as they can only see multiple URLs without anything related to the listing. Please see below screenshot

  17. Improve Phone Number Entry for Open Home Attendees in Pocket

    When entering a phone number for open home attendees in the mobile app, the keypad is too small. It would be much easier if we could use a larger keypad, like the one used for dialing a phone number. This would make entering phone numbers quicker and more accurate.

  18. Docusign integration synced with "contacts"

  19. REX Pocket: Include option to edit Attendee's address and other custom fields when registering attendees.

    Currently, the input fields allows us to update name, phone number, email address.
    However, Agents would need some customizable fields that they might possibly need to access during data entry. Example would be updating the current address, match profiles, tags, or adding trackers.

  20. Create a shareable contact link on Rex App
