Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Vendor hub Stats
I would love to suggest a feature that notifies agents or provides reporting on how often vendors log into Rex Hub during their campaign.
Having visibility on vendor login activity would give us valuable data on how many of our owners are actively using the platform and engaging with their campaign updates. It would also help us identify vendors who may not be logging in regularly, allowing us to provide additional support or communication where needed.
This kind of reporting would be incredibly helpful in measuring engagement and improving the overall vendor experience throughout the campaign.

User Defined Field on the "Listings Page" in order to make quick notation on its ‘Unconditional date” or “Settlement date” or “Invoiced dat
I love the listing page as I can see all the agency listings in one place at one time.
For me being able to make a quick notation on its ‘Unconditional date” or “Settlement date” or “Invoiced date” is super useful as I don’t have to go into each listing
or do it as we do now, which is manually enter it into Microsoft Outlook.1 vote -
Dataroom capability for sales listings
Build dataroom capability into sales listings so that you can share a link to secure files to potential purchasers who would like to view information about the property. For example, leases, financial information, Sale and Purchase agreements and any dud diligence information. The key is for the agent to be able to view activity. For example, see if a potential purchaser has viewed or downloaded any docs. This helps qualifying serious buyers.

Section in Documents to upload Disclosure Statement
Need to have a section in Rex that we can upload the Seller Disclosure document/Public document and then feed that through to portals.
Need to organise it so that the web developer can update the XML feed to the website.
At the moment, we use public documents that are sent out with an auto-response through REA. But, these do not need to all be available on our websites, it will just be the one document that we would like to create a link/download button for.
Similar to the marketing links, but for documents, pdf etc.

Editable Memorandum of Sales
It'd be fantastic if we could edit the Memorandum of Sales PDF to include any further information we like to include and make it more customised to our agencies.
For instance, we like to put in the full address of the councils and hyperlinks to make things as easy as possible for solicitors.3 votes -
Add the name of the days to Pocket calender as well as date
On pocket, the calender only has the dates.. which means sometimes I have to use my phone calender to see what day that date is. Add the day to the calender, I.e Wednesday 4th Feb

Creating Multiple Listings (Sales, Rentals, Short Lets) with the same Property details
Currently if you have a listing for sales but you then want to put it also for rentals (Using the same property but duplicating the file to create a new listings) if you then want to change details on your rental listing ( even though it's a new reference number) it will change the details of your sales listing (ie: removing service charge that is not relevant for lettings, changing bullet point...). We should be able to create multiple listings under the same property without changing the details of the other listings.

Click Stats for Automatic Updates email
It would be really great if we could get a report or easy to see stats on opens and clicks for the Automatic Updates emails so we can can see what buyers to follow up on.
At the moment, we would have to pull a list of the people who received the alert, and then click in one by one to check - this could be well over 1,000 contacts which is a lot of time spent.5 votes -
Adding a TOTAL to marketing budget
Adding a TOTAL amount to the bottom of the marketing budget. Is this a feature that can be added as it takes time to add all items, mistakes can be made ( if we miss something it will be difficult to ask for additional funds later on ) It isnt very transparent for owners as we need to add items up in front of them .I’ve had a couple of owners complain. It also would look more professional instead of a hand written total at the bottom

It would great to be able to have 'Trusts' just like there are 'Companies' in contacts. A huge amount of properties in NZ are owned by Trusts and it would be very helpful to be able to associate them with the listing.

Having the ability to setup automated emails to solicitors (Sales progressions)
This feature enables automated email reminders to be sent to both the buyer’s and seller’s solicitors to help track the progress of a sale. Each email includes a simple response option, allowing solicitors to provide a quick status update along with additional comments if needed. Once a response is received, REX automatically updates the sale progression and notifies you by email that there has been an update on the specific property. These reminders are sent automatically based on the timeframes set at the start of the sale.

Email filter in pocket
Add a filter for "has email yes/no" so that when you finish an open home you can send a bulk email to all attendees (which i know it does) & then filter for no email so you can SMS the rest that you didn't get emails from to ask if they want a contract & to reply with email.
