Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Sync Outlook - Appointment address and contact name
When scheduling appointments and syncing with outlook being able to note the clients name/ and address on where you are going for the appointment. Being able to open the appointment time from your phone/calender being able to see more details

Can we add the 'test merge' feature in the template section again please
So you don't have to find a contact or property to test the letter/email settings and you can test the letter/email in the same screen so you can see finish product in case you need to edit things...

Sample merge tag data at this stage is still not supported.

Filter contacts by owning multiple properties
We are using a Tag in Rex currently as "Absent Owner" and manually adding to clients that own more than 1 property or own in our area but live elsewhere. Currently we are only able to add this manually when we come across a contact that fits this criteria but it would be great if we could filter contacts that are linked to multiple properties already and bulk tag. This information is vital for offices that are trying to grow rent rolls by prospecting.

Calendar Days i.e. Wednesday to show when setting appointments & reminders
When you schedule reminders or tasks instead of just having the date, we need to be able to see the day i.e. WED 24 Oct 2018.
It's very hard to set appointments when you're in Pock and on the go without seeing the day of the week.

Store price history so Old Price and New Price can be shown on emails
Capture old price so that it can be merged into emails. This is important for price update emails so that we can include the old price and new price.

Be able to filter the stream by specific listing types - eg For sale or For lease
Some agencies are large in size an have over 100+ transactions per month, so I believe it would be helpful to be able to filter the stream further to show just sale or rentals.

Folders in the Newsletters Tab
I would like to be able to file my Newsletters so I can declutter the space.
For example - October 2018 Newsletters, November 2018 Newsletter etc

pocket kiosk
Pocke Kiosk in New Zealand we are required to have clients sign a health and safety when viewing a open home, could this be added to the sign in process for open homes.

Show 'Publish Date' on Key Details tab (not the list date, but when it was posted Live)
Show the 'Publish Date' on the Key Details tab in a listing so that we can determine when it was actually visible to the public, rather than when the listing agreement commenced (Date Listed). This helps us to establish when advertising timeframes would expire.

Reminders and Alerts to phone
One thing I've found missing from the Pocket Rex app is alerts for any set reminders/appointments.
Eg, When you receive an inbox on Facebook, you get an alert.
( Tone, torch flash and notification panel ).Right now, it seems the only way to be reminded of your appointments and reminders is by having the app open and constantly checking reminder times.
I currently work around this by setting an alarm on my phone for 15 minutes before the appointment so I get reminded of it.Having a message tone, torchlight flash, ect, 10-15 minutes ( obviously would need to…

Allow OFI attendees to add their home address, and self populating would be great too.
This gives your database more weight by getting home address.

Adding Conveyancer/Solicitor details to the RHS of a listing below the vendor & purchaser details
There should be a section (perhaps on the right hand side of the listing) near where the vendor and purchaser details are shown, where we can add both parties conveyancers/solicitors details so they are easier to access.
Rather than having to go to the legal tab and into the contract to find our which conveyancer they are using, this would make sending emails and letters directly to their conveyancers much easier and save a lot of time especially for administration assistants like myself!

Add hyperlink for video listings automatically
many agents have property tours on youtube. It would be great to have these display Click Here automatically on each listing in the grid ofi or grid property listings on the newsletters

Purchaser and Tenant Separate on Related Contact
It would be good to be able to choose "tenant" or "purchaser" on the REX pocket app. Currently the only 2 options on the app are "Listing Owner" and "purchaser/tenant". If the property is tenanted and we get a contract on it, the app does not identify who is the tenant and who is the purchaser.

Customise Unsubscribe Landing Page
Enable the ability to customise the unsubscribe landing page, a unique logo at the minimum, ideally also with the opportunity to customise text.

Track identification
When going in to reminders we see the track at the top. When you enter this area where you can delete or reschedule the track, it does not identify which client or vendor the track is associated with. When added several tracks for different purchasers I cannot identify which track is which.

Auto cleaning/removing clients who have terminated a buyer match from appearing in reverse searches
Currently when a buyer terminates from receiving property brochures in REX they will still appear as a profile match when reverse matching against a property. There is no indication in this search that the buyer has terminated from receiving these alerts either in REX or the exported CSV file.
I am suggesting either the clients who terminate their searches be removed from appearing in these searches or be indicated on the report as having terminated their match profile.
This will allow the agent to either have a clean list of active buyers or be able to contact said client and…

Ability to create additional Stream tabs
At the moment we only have 3 tabs on the streamline:
Stream | Reminders | Feedback
Could we have the ability to create additional tabs (just like we're able to do for listings, properties, contacts, projects etc), so that we can have a more detailed stream?For example if I create a new custom tab for a listing, I can name it and add in a field, select the type - which could be select box, check box, date or number etc.
If we had options like these to work with but with regards to leads that would incredibly helpful!…3 votes
