OFI LIST - OFIs to show even if listing is in draft mode
when properties are entered into rex and waiting for photos etc we still need to add them to the open for inspection list so that the scheduling of opens is made easier. We have almost double booked agents for opens because unpublished properties dont appear on the list.

open for inspections need to show on the report even if the listing has not gone live. This will help with planning and avoid double booking times etc. This feature was on the old rex
