Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Email Merge Templates - Option to merge in the record owners profile picture
When creating an email merge, it would be great if we had a merge field to pull through the profile image for the user that is assigned to the track.

KPI Target Vs actual Dashboard
Could we have an option to put in Agent's targets ie Listings, Sales, Market Appraisals, Inspections and OFIs in a graph for their target each month vs their actuals. Ideally it Management could enter in their Agents KPI targets and pull reports each month V their actuals. If these graphs could appear on the agents individual dashboard too this would help

Increase Image Upload Limit
I would like to see a change in the number of images you can upload per listing. Currently its 50, which seems a lot and is usually adequate, however on certain properties (Larger, more appealing, multi million pound homes) I often have more than 50 images I would like to use, but cant. This frustrates me and often the client.

My Appraisals Pipeline
My Appraisals Pipeline - PENDING Appraisals Column. You can't always get immediate access from tenants so having a column for appraisals you haven't completed yet, will help to not have uncompleted appraisals fall through the cracks and get forgotten.

Include Commercial Leases in the Dashboard
Is there any way we can get Commercial Leases (Rentals) added as a category in the dashboard?
Commercial sales and leases are treated as the same thing by franchisors, so it makes sense to have these included, not excluded.
We run our sales team meetings using the Current Inventory section of the dashboard as our standing agenda. Really good tool to talk through the agent/team pipeline.
Unfortunately, this is not useful for our commercial sales and leasing team as the commercial leases are not an option for some reason. Surely this is easy to add to the Categories section?3 votes -

Improve Sales Progression side of Rex
I have noticed a few things as a sales progressor that i feel need improve and certainly being made easier.
1. When adding split chains having the option to add a branch off and end the chain on one split and not another.
2. Be able to have a different solicitor acting for a client for their sale and their purchase.
3. To be able to add broker details for the rest of the chain if needed not just a branch sale.

Add Available Date Field Into Rental OAB
Most of the rental listings advertised by other agents have available dates which is an important piece of data that is required to comprehensively track other agents rental boards and should be included as a data field in the Rental OAB section.

more options for a simpler export
From a marketing perspective, rex export file is incompatible with a majority of the programs we use to export the data into mainly because the "bare bones" data still contains too much data and there isn't options to do things like split first name and last name (even though when importing these are seperate fields we aren't able to have seperate name fields in the export. If i could suggest the barest export you can do would include name, email, phone number- with the option to split the profiles name and add a column to export which tags have been…

Undo Option or Recycle Bin Option
If we can have the option to undo an action or a recycle bin option, this way in case feedback is accidentally deleted, then we have the option to undo it or look for it on the recycle bin, this way we wont need to re-enter the entire thing and start all over again, thank you :)

When using the 'search' bar, only generate the records that are owned by the logged in user.

AI filtering Contacts based on Feedback
The AI filtering is amazing – it would be great if we could simply ask to AI and filter Contacts by feedback - Eg. "show me all of the people who attended six Smith Street open homes in the past four weeks" or "show me all contacts who have a high-level of interest in 6 Smith Street"

Match alerts - garage only - why not car ports and open spaces?
We need a way where we can amend the garage requirements in match alerts on REX to also have car ports and/or open spaces? See attached.
Often buyers want a car space but not necessary a garage (or are open to both) and if we fill out 'garage' it literally only sends garage properties and not any that have open spaces or a car port, so I feel we are missing buyers because of this.

Meta Integration for data
Can we look to integrate data with Meta so we can strategically target our audiences through Facebook and instagram ads without having the third party import this data. This will ensure we can target ads specifically to clients needs and searches

Prospecting: Categorising contacts at OFI (Investor or Owner Occupier)
When you are checking in an attendee for an open inspection, you are able to categorise them via the pocket app. For example Investor or Owner Occupier, or something customisable.

Mass Trash Contacts
I would love the ability to delete hundreds of contacts at a time - at the moment you have to individually delete them, I've got thousands of contacts to delete from the system that were not transferred across properly, i.e, number and email are missing or contact has been made into a business. I would of previously assumed there was a button under mass action, but there was not to my surprise.

Providing vendors with a draft listing in the form of an e-brochure for their approval before it goes live will ensure accuracy
To streamline the process, it would be highly efficient to share the listing directly with vendors for their approval before it goes live on online portals. This would eliminate the extra step of emailing them photos and descriptions, saving time and ensuring accuracy.
