Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Assign more than one Agent to Events
We need to be able to assign more than one agent to an event so it will show up in more than one agents calendar. We only have three people in our office and for rentals the event obviously needs to be assigned to our PM but they're not always the person who conducts the inspections.

By the time we compress to fit REX the colour images and logo goes fuzzy.

enquiry link that is coneected to an agent and can be sent via text to an enquiry so they can add their details and match preferences
Create a html link/qr unique to an agent that can be forwarded to an enquiry on the fly allowing them to enter their details and match preferences including specific property (not mandatory) which goes directly into rex linked to the agent. Would be awesome if it could be done out of pocket too.

Reverse match sellers with properties you have sold keeping them updated and touched
Just like the buyer match with the automatic email or SMS that is sent out, I would like to be able to do this for all the tagged sellers in our system that have property attributes and details listed against their property to match against just sold properties.
For example we just mark as sold a property at 123 Swan Street in Melbourne which was a three bedroom 2 bathroom double garage on 800 square metres, all sellers in our system that have a property that is within the same suburb (or if possible a radius of that sale location),…

Alerts for co-workers you've added to your calendar appointment
When you invite a co-worker to your appointment in calendar, they don't receive an alert or option to accept/decline like outlook would.
You have to physically tell them that you have added an appointment to their calendar, make sure they saw it and find out if they can make it, otherwise it just slips in there undetected and can easily be missed.3 votes -
Show when a listing is 'Under Offer' in the search bar
When a listing is 'Withdrawn' or 'Sold' it shows the listing status clearly in the search bar. However, when a property is 'Under offer', it shows the listing as 'Current.' It would be great if we could have the listing showing as 'Under Offer' and not 'Current'

Add 'Address' to Sort By in Contacts List
When searching a street in Rex and viewing the multiple contacts with an address in the street. Add a feature to be ticked where you can sort by Address (Name and or Number).

Have lead enquiry and OFI attendance flow into Vendor Reports stats without being approved for reporting
The vendor report currently only adds leads that have been processed and provide feedback on the front page of the vendor report.
All leads and OFI attendance should be counted as an enquiry and should be reported at the high level. Its useful data to discuss with vendors particularly if enquiry isn't translating to offers or price feedback3 votes -
Make cancelled appointments more visible
When you cancel an appointment in the diary, it shows as the attached image with a strike line through it however if you were in the appointments tab on a property or person it still looks like the appointment is still there and shows very visible.
Is there anyway that this can be striked out (like the calendar view) so that it is visible and clear to all users?
Its so frustrating when you are updating a seller on the phone and you have to go from one tab to another to check the status of viewings!

For Rex Pocket to have an offline version.
For Rex Pocket to have an offline version so if the internet is not available you can still add contacts into the app for your open homes and it will update Rex once back online. This means no paper and pen needed or using another product to get by.

Filters
When going through OABS, it would be great to use the Filter to select More then/less than, days since seen/first listed. rather than a specific date.Eg. OABS, More than, 90 days

Mass Action - add Features and Views Lists
Currently, adding a 'Feature" or a 'View' to a property or a listing from the list of options requires a single click per selection, which the screen then returns to its normal position, awaiting the next selection. This process wastes too much valuable time.
A check box next to each item with a final 'confirm' tab at the end would allow the user to quickly make multiple selections from the drop-down list in one go.3 votes -
Our main thing is that we don’t know if the auto response was received because it says auto-response sent but when I sent it to myself it di
requesting a feature to CC the agent into a properties Auto-response in the leads section. I have set up auto-response for properties and some of them don't reach the clients. If we were able to CC the agent in, we can ensure that the potential buyer/tenant has all the information they need. And if it didn't come through, we won't miss out on any potential client.

Open house contact entry
Is there any reason why a person attending an open house with someone else cannot be added as a related contact at the point of entry in Pocket rather than just as an additional name on the primary contact which is clearly creating bad data?

Make agent ledgers inactive
We need the ability to make an agent ledger inactive. It looks like this would be an easy add as there is already the status column that the only option is active. We need to have the option to make them inactive as well so they are not in our main list.

Add more distance between 'Cancel' and 'Save' buttons (ON EVERYTHING)
These buttons are so close to one another, and the amount of times I've accidentally clicked cancel, especially when writing a long note, saving a record change or even feedback. Just move them apart, or put save on the right, and cancel on the left. Cheers!!

Contact Filter: Filter contacts by reminders option
I am finding that a lot of contacts are being lost because the next reminder has not been set. It would be very useful to have a filter that shows which contacts don't have a pending reminder so you can ensure that no contacts have been missed.

To be able to enter "areas" as opposed to an actual suburb
Can we please be able to click on a location such as north, south, east or went in the Suburbs field rather than only having the option to select a specific suburb. This is for the purpose of marketing, because the suburb cannot be overided and removed from marketing. We sell rent rolls and real estate businesses, so we need an area rather then a specific suburb for the purpose of marketing.

Vendor Report - Improvements
Include additional information into the report for a full overview of the campain for the Vendor:
1. Leads should be noted as enquiries on the property
2. Open house dates conducted so far
3. Ability to add in VPA to show marketing campaign so far3 votes -
Auction date on e-brochure should just show auction start time, not end time
Auction date on e-brochure should just show auction start time only.
It currently shows an end time which is 1 hour away, yet we don't have an option to put an end time for the auction in the events tab.
One hour is too long, the auction starts on the dot - the scheduled time should only be shown.
