When you cancel an appointment in the diary, it shows as the attached image with a strike line through it however if you were in the appointments tab on a property or person it still looks like the appointment is still there and shows very visible.

Is there anyway that this can be striked out (like the calendar view) so that it is visible and clear to all users?

Its so frustrating when you are updating a seller on the phone and you have to go from one tab to another to check the status of viewings!
You have to basically click into every appointment to check that they are actually still happening!

The response from your support team was to 'delete' the appointment but if we did this, it would mean that there is no record of it anywhere!
