Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Would love to see an update contact details in zapier so that email addresses and phone numbers can be added into contacts with info gathered from the likes of google forms ect

Ability to GROUP or ORDER Email/SMS templates
It can be time consuming when trying to merge a simple Email or SMS from REX to a contact. With Projects, we tend to have multiple templates for different purposes.
I believe it would increase the work flow in your workplace to be able to Group email templates within a folder, or even Order the templates to your use. (There may be some you use more than others) This will reduce the time scrolling through the merge template to find the right one, where I am certain the idea of grouping will allow users to be able specifically pin point…

Tracks - Schedule track items for a specific weekday.
We have recurring track items that we do on specific days of the week -- for example, an email sent every Monday.
At the moment, I reassign this item to the next coming Monday after I set the track, and then the reminder recurs every 7 days.
It would be a handy timesaving feature for Rex to include this functionality along with the due date options. For example, instead of setting a specific date as the due date, setting "Monday" as the due date, with the option to recur.

alpha tag
Create Alpha Tag when sending SMS. When sending an SMS especially to bulk groups it would look more professional to have an ALPHA TAG so the recipient sees the Companies Name apposed to a random-looking number that people may think is a scam.

Tracks & Reminders Added to Calendar.
Be Awesome to have Tracks & Reminders Automatically Added to the Calendar as well. That way reminders to call people, for example, are streamlined and can be seen in the calendar rather that going to each individual listing or contact!!

SMS Credit report
Can I make a suggestion for the developers to consider building a report that we can quickly check in advance what the credits are so we can have them topped up before we start a new campaign as accounts are often managed offsite so we then have to wait for the credit to be applied, delaying our process? Currently you have to go through the process to then find out you don't have enough credits to proceed

Commission calculation option based on sales price
Enter a commission calculation based on the sale price, not tiered and split across two commissions, which is the current calculation available in Rex.
So where an comms negotiation is 1.8% up to $1m and 2.0% if the sale price is $1,00,001 and above, Id like Rex to automatically calculate the correct full commission % based on the sale price using the calculation.
I.e. if the property sells for $990,000 then the commission is 1.8%. if the property sells for $1250000 then the commission in full is 2.0%
Rex only allows me to calculate up to $1m at 1.8% then…

Tagging contacting when quick adding them to a listing in the stream
When adding a contact in the stream of a property I often do the quick add where I can copy and paste the name, email and phone number for to add them in the database and against the listing. The only thing missing from the quick add is the ability to tag them at the same time. Having a tag option would mean we don't have to remember to go into the contact later in order to tag them as a buyer, or vendor etc... It important to us to tag our database so they are correct included in mail…

Add 3 new items under Feedback Type: Contract Holder, Strata Report & Building & Pest Report
Can we please request to add three (3) new items under ‘Feedback Type’ in Listings. That is:
• Contract Holder
• Strata Report
• Building & Pest ReportWe feel that this is a very important form of ‘Feedback’ from our clients and should be noted formally in that section, so that it may also appear in our vendor reports and would be easily searched when coming closer to auction to know who is critical to contact.

Add Drop Down List Option to 'Venue' Field Under 'Events' tab
Could you please add a drop down list option to the 'Venue' field under the 'Events' tab. We have a short list of venues we use for all of our auctions (including the option of "On-site") and would prefer to be able to select from a pre-determined list, rather than have to manually type the venue each time.

Edit Appraisal field to have significantly more fields & be available in pocket to use on-site
To have significantly more fields available (e.g. comparative recent sales listing on the market at the time of the appraisal, agency type, if other agents have been invited to appraise the listing, current market conditions and market demand, seasonal factors, economic factors, recent valuations, vendor's requirements/circumstances, timeline, quotes commission (%), marketing required, etc.) so that you may enter all the information required by legislation in Rex, rather than completing an external/third party form and uploading it against the property into Rex. Commission tiers
Further to Agent Default Commission, we would like to add tiers for the commission the Agent receives. ie Commission amount to increase depending on sales achieved for the year

Capability to export the list of products created against the Advertising Pack and/or Advertising Providers
Suggesting an option to be able to export a list of products that have been created against each Adversitising Provider and Advertising Packs. This would help us easily review the products that have been set-up in the system when we do our annual review of the associated marketing-related items and the associated costs so adjustments can be made where applicable.

Custom Reports
The added ability to add custom reports is great, but these are not available in the group reporting app. If we could build custom reports in group reporting, or see the ones saved in the individual offices that would be great

Once a document is deleted from the Documents Tab, it's deleted from the system and share link is broken
At the moment, if a share link is provided to a document from the Documents Tab, there is no way to break this link, even when the document is removed from the Documents Tab.
If an important document is shared in error (with potential private or incorrect information), there is currently no way to remove that document from being visible for two weeks.
This could become a liability to the business, or have privacy implications.
It should be imperative that if a document is deleted from the Documents Tab, the share link is broken and cannot be viewed.

Lead Dropbox - Auto Parsing / setting default mailing list, match profiles & tags
When a lead (contact) auto-parses into the database from lead drop box (REA or Domain), we should be able to select in settings the tags & mailing lists that would automatically be added to each automatic contact entry. This would happen by default.
It should also add their match profile based on the enquiry eg: suburb, price range, type of property & whether for rent & sale profile.

MFA - Implement SMS / Or implement free service provider accounts
Looking to save your clients fees and increase your data security.
As a service provider (SP) utilising the REX platform to support many REX clients (C). What we need is a "partner" login that caters for the following use cases:
a) ability for SP to manage SP employee access.
b) ability for C to authorise SP to have access to C accounts
c) SP logins should be free of charge to C. C should not have to pay for SP to securely login across their employees. This is how PropertyMe cater for this.d) If we dont have this, then…

letterhead
Would like to have more than one letterhead available. At present when we print letters, only have one letterhead uploaded. Would be great for the ability to choose a letterhead.
