archive keys
Finding old keys: A set of keys is removed from the system, and weeks or months down the line another set turns up, and you've no idea what property it relates to. Some of us re-tag keys with the same label, and it would really help to have the ability to search for keys that were tagged in the past so you can find out what property these keys were for.

When adding appointments to the calendar, have the viewer/buyers name first, then property address, and then appointment type
When adding appointments to the calendar, have the viewer/buyers name first, then property address, and then appointment type. This would make it much easy to see as a snapshot in your diary.
Currently the appointment type is first, then the full address, and then you have to open it up to see the person's name.

Recurring Task with an end date
It would be good if we could set a recurring reminder to end after a number of times instead of a set date. We are having issues that if an agent attaches a track and doesn't adjust the date correctly they miss the reminders.

Business listings need to be loaded and identified by business name rather than address
It would be logical to create a business listing linked to a business name rather than an address as some business do not operate out of physical building. There would a need for an option to display the business name or a more general name on advertising. This would help with being able to search for business rather than an address.

Pocket Rex fast login authentication improve user experience
I used Pocket Rex for my site visit yesterday and it was too slow.
Loading was slow, login was slow, the app leaves the code page and reloads when you go to authenticator and sometimes by the time it opens the code has changed. This took up too much of my time and I won't be using it again as it's too slow and inefficient.
Please can you add something to your developers backlog to get this fixed as a priority as it the user experience is very poor.

Contract documents available in Pocket app
being able to access your offer documentation in the pocket app, which is stored in the documents tab, under contracts, in the legal tab in REX.

Ability for agents to access the key report without needing full access to contract and commission reports.
This has an affect on agents that are in a closed office environment and we are not allowed access to contract and commission reports (unless there was a way to set permission to only the agent logging in to view their own data, and no one elses in the office). This impacts on the agents processes, not being able to monitor key numbers, completing key audits. This is something that I think should be accessible to all users of REX, without needing advanced privileges.

Listing stocklist for agency sales listing booklets
We create A5 agency booklets of our available listings via the Reporting, Listing Stocklist, Public Lists option. The formatting option for how many listings per page is 2-6 listings. This allows for very minimal property information to pull through, the photos are quite small as to is the agent contact details.
It would be good if there was a 1 listing per page option.

Newsletter Merge - For Agents name/details
As we have mailing lists with different agents clients on it, we need to be able to use merge fields so that when newsletters are sent they are agent specific

Owner & Vendor
Owner and Vendor is the same thing. Suggestion would be to enable Vendor to be selected from a Contact, with also the Vendors Solicitor in the field. We use repeat vendors using the same solicitor and having to double entry this all the time.
Also would be beneficial to be able to select Solicitor from dropdown or autosearch section

Auto fill Contact name when searched & they are not there
Just like when you are adding related contact or Property - you type in the name or Address and if they aren't there you can Add and it auto fills with what you have already typed there to search for... Add this same feature to the main search bar because now when you type in a name, its not there, you add it, you then need to write out that name again... I have older salespeople so the less typing for them the more they will actually use the system. Thanks!

Rental property 'per night' rate (holiday homes)
It would be great if there was a way of adding a 'per night' rate on the appraisal tab and when you list a property for rent.

Agent Ledgers MUST be printable, otherwise it is difficult to have agents check and approve their payments.

Ability to add Listing Search to other pages
It would be great if we had the ability to add a full Listing Search function (similar to the one on the home page) to other pages within the site such as the BUY page. If this could be added as a widget or short code, even better. Cheers

Ability to switch between billing details for invoices.
When updating Billing details under Admin > Agency Setting and Branding it would be great if you could nominate multiple options and then have the ability to switch between theses options when creating invoices.
