Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Filter Contacts with missing address or postal address

    Once again this would be handy before doing any bulk mergs to filter all your contacts with a missing address or postal address so you can correct them before doing a bulk letter merg.

  2. Filter Properties with or without a related contact)

    This can help you connect the dots with owners you are yet to speak to and can give you good visibility. to be able to see what properties done have a related contact means you can work on these to get them into your pipeline.

  3. Completing reminders inside a contact record

    When completing a reminder inside a contact record - would be great if it popped up and asked if you would like to leave a note as it does when you complete them from reminders area. just think this would be great workflow.

  4. Please itemise deductions on commissions by agent report

    Currently the Commissions By Agent report under reporting lumps deductions together without description, rather than itemising them as they are entered into the commission worksheet. Please have these itemised on the report so that agents can see exactly what has been deducted from their commission on a particular sale, and for what amounts. Unfortunately printing the summary within the commission tab shows all agents on the sale and doesn't have the capacity to select just one specific agent. Thank you

  5. Copy Email Template name to description button to save time(no need to copy past)

    When setting a reminder email and choosing a template u need to put in a description before it will let you save. I suggest a copy template name to description button to save time here.

  6. Search for contacts without a track on then would be so handy.

  7. Find Records Recently deduplicated through Admin- Record Deduplication - So you can clean after merged

    when you are running a manula deduplication through the admin area - you need to be able to find all records merged so you can check that the names are all correct and there is no additional fixing you need to do.

    This will save you time and if you already have a super clean database you want it to remain this way.

  8. When activepipe adds match status in REX, add something to the feed to make it more visible

    When activepipe adds match status in REX, add something to the feed to make it more visible because the customer is making these changes and the agent may not be aware of it unless they are manually checking the match tab. Adding something into the stream will make it clearly visible

  9. Disclose or Undisclose Price When SOLD

    It is really frustrating that when you mark a property as sold that you MUST put the price. Some vendors/purchasers do not want to disclose the price and this should be a feature in Rex where you can choose whether the price is shown or not once a property is sold.

  10. change the m2 field in the listing reports

    Currently the Build Area m2 breaks on a separate line of this report. It should be formatted on one line, the same as the Land m2 field.

  12. Is it possible

    1. Could you add the ability to upload photos onto Pocket?

    2. Can we have a QR code that will take the potential buyers details from Private viewings - the QR code at the moment only takes details for those who attend open homes not private viewings.

  14. We would like to be able to produce unbranded property brochures as well as branded brochures

    Other agents introducing buyers usually request an unbranded brochure, so this feature would save us a lot of time!

  15. Mass Database Compare Function

    For our prospecting, we collate a list of properties that are available through other agents. Would love to have a function where we can compare a mass list (.xls or .csv) against our database to see if we have details for those owners in the system already....

  17. Feedback interest level

    Hello Team,

    Hope your all doing well. I notice when I have multiple feedback for the same property the individual feedback can have different interest levels. So if their interest goes from hot to cold I have to go back to old feedback and make sure it is consistent.

    Otherwise, owners ask why they have hot interest and cold interest.
