Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

When activepipe adds match status in REX, add something to the feed to make it more visible
When activepipe adds match status in REX, add something to the feed to make it more visible because the customer is making these changes and the agent may not be aware of it unless they are manually checking the match tab. Adding something into the stream will make it clearly visible

Disclose or Undisclose Price When SOLD
It is really frustrating that when you mark a property as sold that you MUST put the price. Some vendors/purchasers do not want to disclose the price and this should be a feature in Rex where you can choose whether the price is shown or not once a property is sold.

change the m2 field in the listing reports
Currently the Build Area m2 breaks on a separate line of this report. It should be formatted on one line, the same as the Land m2 field.

Is it possible
Could you add the ability to upload photos onto Pocket?
Can we have a QR code that will take the potential buyers details from Private viewings - the QR code at the moment only takes details for those who attend open homes not private viewings.

We would love an e-brochure freshen up/update. They have looked the same for a long time and are looking a little dated.

We would like to be able to produce unbranded property brochures as well as branded brochures
Other agents introducing buyers usually request an unbranded brochure, so this feature would save us a lot of time!

Mass Database Compare Function
For our prospecting, we collate a list of properties that are available through other agents. Would love to have a function where we can compare a mass list (.xls or .csv) against our database to see if we have details for those owners in the system already....

Feedback interest level
Hello Team,
Hope your all doing well. I notice when I have multiple feedback for the same property the individual feedback can have different interest levels. So if their interest goes from hot to cold I have to go back to old feedback and make sure it is consistent.
Otherwise, owners ask why they have hot interest and cold interest.

Have the ability to do the following:
1. Newsletter send from & signature sign off from the first point of contact including head shot image of the agent with mobile number & email address.
2. The ability to add a hero listing to the newsletter. Only option is a list of smaller image properties.
