Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

REX and Rate My Agent - Option for Automatic Review Feature
To replace requesting reviews manually, reviews via RMA can be set up as automatic requests. Rex is currently isn't set up to opt in for this feature. This would save many hours of manual requesting reviews.

Properties Appraised to have appraised under them so its visable from contact section. More visability.
I think it would be great to see what properties you have appraised for a contact without opening the properties. Wondering if you can just add Appraised under any property appraised for that contact?

Off-line(no data needed) check in
When I was doing the open homes the other week using pocket and Pocket Kiosk as usual, apps had trouble checking in open home visitors. (my phone had data connections. My colleague was also having a same issue as well) If there was "an off-line check in feature" available, it would have been helpful..
When we go to the remote area, this feature would be a good one to have because not always data access is available.

Whatsapp Integration
We communicate a lot with our sellers/buyers via Whatsapp and have to copy and paste the notes from Whatsapp onto the clients stream eachtime. I think it would save a lot of time if there is a way to have this integrated

Section in Documents to upload Disclosure Statement
Need to have a section in Rex that we can upload the Seller Disclosure document/Public document and then feed that through to portals.
Need to organise it so that the web developer can update the XML feed to the website.
At the moment, we use public documents that are sent out with an auto-response through REA. But, these do not need to all be available on our websites, it will just be the one document that we would like to create a link/download button for.
Similar to the marketing links, but for documents, pdf etc.

Default for buyers requirements email & sms
the buyer match regarding notifying them via email or sms could be set at a default. I am finding that i am spending alot of time clicking match and then having to turn on notifications etc by time frame day expiry etc...

a report showing advertising expenses for listings for a specific rep, showing budget and remaining budget, listing & expiry dates.
We need a report that shows advertising expenses for listings for a specific rep, showing budget and remaining budget, listing & expiry dates, so we can determine how much has been spent on the budget so we know whether to market the property further.

Update forwarding addresses when sold
It would be great to add a forwarding address field for contacts with tick boxes to:

Can we get a report for sold listings which incudes the sold price? Handy for salespeople putting appraisals together.

View only your contact records in searches
It would be ideal if agents on a closed office privilege set could only see their contacts in the search field.
Eg. If a contact has been entered numerous times, then the agent has to find the right contact by opening each one.7 votesIn our global search overhaul we recently released, we now "boost" contact records you own in the search results. We are looking to eventually roll out a similar search mechanism app-wide so you can select the right contact quicker.

Brochure - Social Media Templates
It would be awesome to be able to save a brochure as a Facebook post ready image with a sash and or other info overlaid on it. Basically be able to create social media posts or adverts instantly straight from Rex. Simply save and upload.

Add Award Allocation (commission split) to the commission cashflow sheet
Currently use the commission cash flow sheet to import into our company cash flow. It would be great is this commission sheet showed where there is more than one contract agent. Example, the award allocation is 50% each across two agents. Some of our agents are paid commissions at different rates so it would be good to see all agents that are part of that sale. My cash flow will then be able to calculate commissions payable more accurately.

If there are multiple owners to one property, I would like to be able to email them all as main recipients without having to search for their email and CC them.

Manual match listings automatically attached to feedback
It would be great if the manual matched listings, sent out in emails were attached to feedback automatically. So that when you do a Vendor report, you can show the Vendor all of the people that you directly emailed the listing to. And also on the flip-side, when you are in the Buyer's profile, you can see all of the listings you have mentioned to them in "view list of listings attached to feedback"

My Appraisal Page - Highly Inefficient
My Appraisal - Highly Inefficient
My appraisal page needs the ability to add columns. So when we are touching base with past appraisals, we can easily identify the property (already added), but add the contact name, contact details, email, appraisal low range, appraisal high range. As such, when we are re-visiting clients we have already appraised, we can have all this stored information on one page versus having to click on the property, click on the contact, make the call and then go back to the original page and start all again.

Invoice date
We currently charge out advertising only when the property is advertised (week to week) however when we raise the actual invoice the actual date (of advertising) does not show on the invoice, raising doubts to vendors that the property was actually advertised. We particularly find this when a vendor withdraws a property from sale and we issue a final invoice...if it doesnt print with a date they get suspicious.

View which contact have received & opened a Reverse Match when instigated from a Listing
When you do a reverse match from a listing, it would be ideal to be able to:
1) track that this was actually done - currently there is no way of knowing if it has been sent and moves into the realms of spam if someone else in the office does it again
2) track who it was sent to, and if they opened the email
3) add this stuff into the Vendor Reporting module too please7 votes
