Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Ability to add custom unsubscribe reasons
It would be good to be able to customise the list of unsubscribe reasons so that we can add in reasons that are more specific to our company, currently the list is quite limited.

Tick boxes
Tick box list for the property features rather then adding one at a time then it going back to the top of the list each time... Some people do not like typing each feature each time. It's alot easier if you could go alphabetically and tick which ones you want to add.

Sales Advice "deposit" breakdown to allow for initial deposit date paid/due & full deposit date paid/due
Since buyers can pay their deposits in various ways & at different times i.e. an initial 0.25% deposit on a particular date with the balance due on another date OR no initial deposit but a full deposit due on a particular date, it would be clearer if we can note a breakdown of when they paid each amount &/or when it's due rather than only 1 "deposit date" under Selling details on the Sales Advice as this isn't clear as to whether it's actually been paid or if it's DUE to be paid. VENDOR REPORT - Marketing and promotional activities should be included in the report
I would like my vendors to be able to see on the Vendor Report where and when their property has been advertised eg. newspapers, websites, letterbox drops, email newsletter, Facebook etc..
For instance, the date it appeared in the newspaper, which newspaper it was in and the size of the ad.
For websites, which portals it was on, whether it was a standard or feature listing and if featured when that expires.
For Facebook, when it was posted, and if it was a paid/ boosted Facebook ad the details of that.

Stop Calendar allowing conficting appointment times
Currently there is nothing to stop anyone from organising a conflicting appointments in a calendar. For instance if you have made a vendor appointment for 12 oclock on Saturday on your calendar, an office administrator can still book you in to show a property AT THE SAME TIME, which is obviously going to cause some problems. (see attached example of one that occurred in our office) It would be good if you could add a feature that gave you a warning when you try to make a conflicting appointment, as happens with other calendars like outlook. Add option to apply a cash / % discount to an invoice
Please add an option in the VPA Invoice section to apply a discount to the final campaign amount due -- like how the agent deductions work in commission worksheet 2.
We offer a % discount to vendors that pay their campaign account upfront and would be great to just apply that discount to the total cost (also outlining what they're saving by paying upfront) rather than creating all our Advert Pack campaigns again with that % discount applied.

Booking Advertisments
When I list a property, I insert all the marketing that we do and add in the booking dates - sign, internet, title search etc all on one date then tick as booked as they are completed then each of the newspaper ads for their campaign i put in for those Saturdays we want them to be booked on. I generate the To be booked report for each Saturday every week which shows me all the listings due to have an ad for the weekend. When deposit is received it should automatically update in the contract details

Sale Price of property to be on the Commission Worksheet
On the Commission Worksheet the agents want to see the Sale Price of the property and the commission that has been charged.

Days on Market
The current Days on Market in REX reports calculates from the day the listing is entered into REX, as opposed to the number of days since it is "published" which is when it's actually hitting the market. Be great if the reporting could be updated to pull from the "Published Date" so that the reports were then accurate.

Buyer Match - Radius from CBD
It would be great to have an option to add a radius of suburbs from Brisbane CBD. For example a buyer is looking anything 10km from Brisbane CBD you can select that and it would include all postcodes in the 10km area around the CBD

Sales advice custom details
It would be nice if we could add a notes section, or some custom fields at the botttom of the page. There's plenty of left over space at the bottom of the sales advice so some customisabililty would be nice.

Area Marketing Mapping
have an intergrated area map that shows which houses/contacts are registered on data base and which are yet to be contacted. Also to indicate status of house (eg. Renting, owner occupied ect)
Colour coding would be incorporated for hot/warm/cold leads.

Filter contracts by address
Need to be able to filter contacts by address, even if its any word in the address field of the contact details. Understand you can filter by associated property, but with a database merged from another CRM, this is not possible. The basic functionality to target contacts in your patch or a street has been lost.

Forecast list for upcoming listings
On the property page it would be great if there was a simple drop down box with months and years to put the property on a listing forecast list. eg. Oct 2017. The ability to easily pull this list would be great as well. Currently I use an excel spread sheet and it is a hassle maintaining it.

Linking the Lead to the Listing via Stepthrough
When you do a step through from the leads section and you want to email a contact, it should link the lead to the listing automatically so you don't have to enter the address, then the subject heading, then the email body. The less an agent has to enter the easier it is to get them to use it :)

Multiple Open Home Times on Brochure
If you have 2 open homes on during a day, the current REX template brochures can only insert a merge tag for the FIRST open home.
Rather, it would be helpful if the brochure could have both open home times showing by being able to insert a merge tag for the FIRST open home and also a merge tag for the SECOND open home during the one day. This means that the brochure for a listing will show all open home times for a specific day rather than just showing the FIRST open home.

Search for keywords within the Marketing tab
It would be ideal to be able to search for keywords or phrases used in the Marketing tab of properties to bring up a list of properties that have used that. Example: Searching 'renovate' and all properties that have the word renovate within their marketing text are now in a list form that you can choose from.
This would assist greatly with writing future marketing text, or being able to provide a list to buyers who have a specific need.

Show booking date and product cost on VPA invoices
It would be beneficial for the vendors to see on their invoice, the date the service was provided and the actual costs of the service. At present we are producing a marketing schedule to send out with the invoice. The only additional information this is giving the vendor is the date and creating additional work inhouse to produce!! It would also be of value to include the cost amount of each product so that vendors can see there actual savings.

A rule where anyone we add into rex (buyer, seller, realesatate.com, hompass) be automatically added to a specific mailing list
