Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Move the 'navigating . . .' slightly to the left

    Hello fellow REX lovers and users; I'm here today to gain support of moving the 'navigating . . .' thing slightly to the left.

    Vote now to end the monotonous waiting to simply push the + button. Push it with ease, any time, any where, all because the 'navigating . . .' thing has been moved slightly to the left.

  2. Our main thing is that we don’t know if the auto response was received because it says auto-response sent but when I sent it to myself it di

    requesting a feature to CC the agent into a properties Auto-response in the leads section. I have set up auto-response for properties and some of them don't reach the clients. If we were able to CC the agent in, we can ensure that the potential buyer/tenant has all the information they need. And if it didn't come through, we won't miss out on any potential client.

  3. Auto pop-up to set up auto generated Anniversary email

    Would be helpful if there's a function, once a property is marked unconditional, there is a pop-up window to auto set up Anniversary email that allow email template attachment with customized client's name (also with ticked box to select for it to be sent out annually on the same date and option to select end date). Where it was set up, it should have a Edit button to allow changes anytime.

    Currently it need to add reminder, then add track on the reminder and set up recurring, which I am not quite sure how it works. Many Thanks.

  4. Public Stock List: Option to select/deselect features

    It would be handy,
    1. if there is an option of not to include Date Time & Page number at the bottom of page when generating brochure under Public List.
    2. when ticked Show Open Home time, organize properties with Open Home first and in time sequence.
    3. the sequence of listing arrangement is the sequence of how we ticked on each property when doing the selection.

  5. The Trust Account module needs to be able to produce creditor ledgers and remittance statements.

    We can only generate a ledger for the client essentially. A ledger for creditors would be useful, especially from an auditing/risk management point of view. The ability to set date ranges on the ledgers would also be useful. Also, remittance advices for creditors please.

  6. Mass Action - add Features and Views Lists

    Currently, adding a 'Feature" or a 'View' to a property or a listing from the list of options requires a single click per selection, which the screen then returns to its normal position, awaiting the next selection. This process wastes too much valuable time.
    A check box next to each item with a final 'confirm' tab at the end would allow the user to quickly make multiple selections from the drop-down list in one go.

    Filters
    When going through OABS, it would be great to use the Filter to select More then/less than, days since seen/first listed. rather than a specific date.

    Eg. OABS, More than, 90 days

  8. Off-line(no data needed) check in

    When I was doing the open homes the other week using pocket and Pocket Kiosk as usual, apps had trouble checking in open home visitors. (my phone had data connections. My colleague was also having a same issue as well) If there was "an off-line check in feature" available, it would have been helpful..
    When we go to the remote area, this feature would be a good one to have because not always data access is available.

  9. Bulk SMS from pocket so it send from phone rather than marketing credits

    It would be good as suggested in other bulk SMS feature requests if this could be done from pocket for OFI and or private viewing attendees or even contacts attached to feedback or a choice of each or all 3. For example to thank them as a bulk for coming to open homes or viewing the property, to text them all an update to property documents, to invite them to an auction or notify them that a property has sold and how much for.   10. REX Pocket: Include option to edit Attendee's address and other custom fields when registering attendees.

    Currently, the input fields allows us to update name, phone number, email address.
    However, Agents would need some customizable fields that they might possibly need to access during data entry. Example would be updating the current address, match profiles, tags, or adding trackers.

  11. For Rex Pocket to have an offline version.

    For Rex Pocket to have an offline version so if the internet is not available you can still add contacts into the app for your open homes and it will update Rex once back online. This means no paper and pen needed or using another product to get by.

  12. Daily email for reminders for overdue tasks/scheduled sends for that day

    It would be great if an email could be sent every morning to the allocated user containing all of their individual overdue reminders/tasks/tracks. The email would ideally also include an overview of any scheduled sends for that day.

  13. Force Fully Available option

    It would be good to have an option to continue to market a property once a sale is agreed or to put a property back on the market if a sale is stalling.

  14. When filing an email to a contact, it would be great to attach it to a property too.

    I forward my emails to emaildrop and then file them against the contact. Some of this information is important for a property and would be good to be able to file against a specific property too. Some contacts have more than one property and we could then file the email to the relevant property. Ideally, when you "file against contact" and the search box come sup, it would be beneficial to have "file against property" too so important info re: a property can be logged and filed to the property.

  15. Auto Communicate Open Homes to persons who have shown interest

    We would like to see EVENT (open homes) automatically communicated to contacts that have expressed interest in a vacant 'For Lease' property. This could also be applicable to For Sale events.

  16. Feedback interest level

    Hello Team,

    Hope your all doing well. I notice when I have multiple feedback for the same property the individual feedback can have different interest levels. So if their interest goes from hot to cold I have to go back to old feedback and make sure it is consistent.

    Otherwise, owners ask why they have hot interest and cold interest.

  17. Set the open home qr code to add the buyer in as the appropriate/correct agents contact. Rather than selecting the wrong agents contact card

    It would be great if the qr code is generated to create and/or add the buyers contact card in as the listing agents contact card. We have multiple agents that use the qr code and have other agents contact card added which results in them not being able to access buyer info

  18. attached ebrochure to email

    When sending an email if you would attach an ebrochure of either a single property or multiple properties similar to when you send a match profile to a customer.

    Example of this, when replying to a lead through email I can attach the ebrochure of the properties I require

  20. Permission notification

    Can users that are requesting permission to access a record, be notified either by email or within Rex once permission has been granted? This will save a lot of time in checking.
