Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Address line visible
I have Reminders in my list which are anniversary calls but they don’t have the property address.
Can this be added to this view? Both in Rex desktop and so we can make our calls from Pocket which is the easiest way to make and log a call at the same time.
I have to click into the Reminder, click again into the Contact, then scroll down to see their address in the field.

Security/Privacy
Our IT providers noted the PDF files accessed in Rex download to the local PC, not viewed in the web. They noted it may be a concern if information from REX is of a confidential nature since it will be stored on a BYOD device. They recommended REX consider limiting access to web-based views only

Pocket calendar to show the day of the week
Currently Pocket only shows the Calendars appointments as e.g '10th May' can the day of the week be added eg 'Wednesday 10th May' as this will create more ease for agents when looking at appointments at quick glance.

The pdf size for letterhead for mail merges is too small. It needs to be around 500KB

By the time we compress to fit REX the colour images and logo goes fuzzy.
The smallest this file could be compressed is 471KB, too big for REX.3 votes -
Assign more than one Agent to Events
We need to be able to assign more than one agent to an event so it will show up in more than one agents calendar. We only have three people in our office and for rentals the event obviously needs to be assigned to our PM but they're not always the person who conducts the inspections.

letterhead
Would like to have more than one letterhead available. At present when we print letters, only have one letterhead uploaded. Would be great for the ability to choose a letterhead.

Add "Continuing" to Expiry input area of the listing.

***Add "Continuing" as an option rather than having to leave blank.Pros: Reporting on active listings shows listings missing an expiry date. This would help us to avoid missing end dates of expiries that weren't entered and wasting time looking to make sure we do have a current authority to act.

Commercial Sub Categories and Termionology
Under the Commercial Sub Categoriesone of the headings is Commercial Farming??? We dont use this in NZ but Im assumign its realted to Agriculture related commercial buildings.
Would be good to have another few categories added:
1. Commercial
2 Mixed Use - Commercial
3. Mixed Use- Industrial
4 Commercial / Industrial yardAlso would be great if Commercial Terminology was used within the commercial parts of the system - ie Lease Cost not Rent etc

Add Company and Position fields to the Indivduals Contact Card
When Entering a new contact it would be helpful to have fields where in addition to the individuals name and phone number you could also record the Company they work for and their Position within the company. In commercial real estate we often deal with corporates and have contact with multiple people within the same company ie: Managing Director, Head of Property, Head of Developments. I know you can add a Company and then link people but this would be easier and very helpful

Appraisals Lost or on the market integreated with Pricefinder or Corelogic
Adding the integration of appraisals with Pricefinder or Corelogic to REX CRM software would enable agents to easily manage their appraisals and listings. With this feature, agents can quickly see if a property is on the market with another agency and take action accordingly. Other CRM software already have this feature, so it would be beneficial for REX to incorporate it as well.

Assign leads to 3rd agent not on listing
When there are 2 agents on a listing, allow us to assign the leads to a 3rd agent who is not attached to the listing.
Currently we cannot enter the leads dropbox email in the back end of Domain or REA to have the leads assigned to them instead of the 2 listing agents. This would help us direct leads to the right people

Customise the EBrochure
The default EBrochure connects to the office telephone number but not all offices are open for a full day Saturday. I would like the phone symbol to connect to the Sales Agent.

MFA - Implement SMS / Or implement free service provider accounts
Looking to save your clients fees and increase your data security.
As a service provider (SP) utilising the REX platform to support many REX clients (C). What we need is a "partner" login that caters for the following use cases:
a) ability for SP to manage SP employee access.
b) ability for C to authorise SP to have access to C accounts
c) SP logins should be free of charge to C. C should not have to pay for SP to securely login across their employees. This is how PropertyMe cater for this.d) If we dont have this, then…

Auto Responder for Projects
Currently Auto responder for leads is set up per listing, therefor you will only have auto responses for enquiries directly on a certain listing. However we only sell land estates and have projects enabled, which means this does not help for leads that come through from our websites regarding a project, nor our REA leads that come through directly on a project.
Could this be looked into being able to enable an auto response for a project?

Auto Buyer Match - For Residential Land
Auto Buyer match should be applicable for all forms of listings. Other than just Residential House.
Would like to see auto buyer matches for vacant land, rentals, commercial etc.1 vote -
Lead Dropbox - Auto Parsing / setting default mailing list, match profiles & tags
When a lead (contact) auto-parses into the database from lead drop box (REA or Domain), we should be able to select in settings the tags & mailing lists that would automatically be added to each automatic contact entry. This would happen by default.
It should also add their match profile based on the enquiry eg: suburb, price range, type of property & whether for rent & sale profile.

Once a document is deleted from the Documents Tab, it's deleted from the system and share link is broken
At the moment, if a share link is provided to a document from the Documents Tab, there is no way to break this link, even when the document is removed from the Documents Tab.
If an important document is shared in error (with potential private or incorrect information), there is currently no way to remove that document from being visible for two weeks.
This could become a liability to the business, or have privacy implications.
It should be imperative that if a document is deleted from the Documents Tab, the share link is broken and cannot be viewed.

Add STATE to property address preview from Contact screen
From the contact screen, I often click on the property (pop up preview) and copy the address here and paste it into the contact address field which is a quick and easy alternative to not having a tick box that might do this for you, but as it doesn't show the STATE (ie. QLD), I need to manually amend the address for the contact to include this which is time consuming when you are doing a lot of data entry.
