When a buyers added to REX, there should be a feature where REX will automatically add a track to the buyers. We use a Buyer track 24/7.This would allow for easier use of the platform and remove manual tasks.
I am wondering if there is any way for REX to automatically add a "Buyer Track" we have created to leads that come in automatically.
For example, John Smith enquired on a house we have for sale, when the lead comes to REX, John's profile then receives a track, for the agent to then complete the track.

You can do this easily enough in Zapier (even the free edition as it's a two step Zap).
Create a zap, add "Lead Created" as the trigger, limit to "Listing Enquiry" in lead types. Then In the second step, add "Create Track", then assign whatever track you are using.
