Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.

  1. Ability to put disclaimers on auctions only

    It would be great if we were able to put an auction disclaimer that are on an auction listing authority.
    This could be done by maybe having a drop down box to choose what disclaimer you want on a particular listing, or being able to select an authority type when setting up the disclaimer.

  2. REX Application to upload, rearrange and delete photos

    Please enable us to upload photos, rearrange or delete photos from the app. Often we're on the go and want to make a change while we're with a client or (for rentals) take a photograph that we can upload instantly.

  3. Non automated key status

    The new feature where you can untick a box labelled 'Update keys for this listing' when a listing is marked as Sold - would be great to have the option to automatically set this box to be unticked across ALL listings when it comes to marking them as sold? (As opposed to unticking this box every time).

  4. Key reservations & reminders

    1. Be able to reserve key's for photographers/cleaners/etc who are coming to pick them up on the specific day they are coming. This way receptionist's and other staff in the office aware of who is coming to collect keys and can confirm they are able to hand them over (particularly beneficial when agents are not present).
    2. Assign "check in"/return times to contacts when keys are checked out and send an automatic text reminder to them, if they are late, to return the keys to the office.

  5. Extra Column in contacts linked to feedback

    An extra Column in contacts linked to feedback section clearly showing if they are HOT/COLD or WARM on a property so that you don't have to click into the Contact to see if they are interested.

  6. Tracks- items set in the track to activate x days from last completed task(like daisy chan)better workflow

    instead of having your whole track start from the start date and roll out from there. it would be far better to have each activity set in the track to be launched (x amount of days from last completed task) this will give you way better workflow and stop any overlapping or huge pile up of things if you need to go away or stop work for a certain period of time.

    Would help with way better workflow and stop the need to defer tracks and any overwhelm that you might be activating things out of sequence if you need…

  7. More flexibility with automated Image Cycling

    Ie. being able to set that only Residential or Rural properties have automated image cycling as we may only have one or two photos of blocks of land or businesses.

  8. enable contracts and online enquiries to be seen on vendor reports

  9. have match alerts for Sellers (is Seller or is Buyer)

    match is an awesome feature and I feel its under utilised being only for buyers and if we could put property owners on match alerts so they can keep and eye on whats listed and sold similar to there's that would be awesome. I think this is a simple fix by adding is buyer or is seller in Match profile

  10. See statistics from multiple newsletter's on one dashboard

    It could be really beneficial to be able to select multiple newsletters that have gone out and see their collective signatures.
    Ie, one dashboard to see all selected newsletter mailouts number of bounces,unsubscribes ect.

  11. projects reporting on new EOI, track current sales and unconditional contracts

    All sales should be tracked from EOI to unconditional and there status and progression needs to be added to the report.

  12. Ability to Select Which Listing/Listing Category Uses Watermarks

    It would be great to allow users to select different watermarks for sales or rentals, and also have the ability to include watermarks or not on singular listings.

    For example, a listing that is in conjunction with another agency wouldn't have one agency's watermark branded when there are two working on the listing.

  13. Include 'Sale' or 'Rental' next to listings when attaching a related on in Notes

    When you attach a related listing in Notes (and feedback), you can only see the address and listing ID - you can't actually see if the property is 'for sale' or 'for lease'. This causes issues when you have a property listed twice.

    When sending out an email from an email template on Pocket Rex, the address relating to the email template should pop up only, instead of scrolling past all templates to find the one suitable for a particular email to send out.

  16. Search bar

    When a property that is rented and sold several times and one particular file is required, the search bar brings all listings up but each one has to be opened to see which is the one you actually want. Date of sold or rented or even listing owner would make this easier.

  17. Saving original merged letters, not the current letter

    Make merged letters get saved with the content that was printed and sent.

    It is useless to have this message whn looking back over what was sent as a merged letter. Please note the merged content shows current information. The information may have changed from when the original correspondence was sent.

  18. Request to add a 4th option for a contract's status. 1. Accepted 2. Unconditional 3. Settled 4. Released (Section 27 in Victoria))

    Settled/released in the State of Victoria don’t have the same definition.
    Under Section 27 of the Sale of Land act, the deposit can be ‘released’ to the vendor after 28 days from sale date, once authorised by the solicitor we are able to also draw our commission. So frequently the release date is not the same as the settlement date. It would be good for REX to have 'Released' as an additional contract status, and commission is payable to agents based on the 'release date'. Commission statements are then paid in a more timely manner.

    It would be great for individual reps to be able to customise a message to update and keep the message fresh, ask for feedback or offer more info/viewings etc.

  20. Allow Pocket to search for contacts via a Siri shortcut

    Create a Siri shortcut for users to be able to do a voice search for contacts. Would be ideal to be able to find contacts hands free when driving.
