Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Delete Events on PocketAdd the functionality to be able to delete Events (Open Homes) from the Pocket Application. 2 votes

List of contact that inspected a list of properties in a period of timeCould you create a report (list) that would list contacts that have inspected properties (not just one but all properties or a select few) for a date range. Example, looking at buyer numbers for the week and agents follow up for that inspection. This would allow us to go through all the buyers for the week and call, sms or clean up the data for them. 3 votes

Contact enteringThere seems to be a lot of double clicking, double handling and back and forth when adding a new contact making it a time consuming and costly exercise. 
 One single pop up screen when entering new contact/lead giving the
 Ability to add ALL owners on one page (pop-up), including, resi and postal address, address of property if investment would help speed up the process plus the ability to add a "track' without then having to select a "target" property. Adding event open times in advanceWhen running a pre-launch or "off market" campaign, it would be convenient to enable the addition of open times to appear at a later date on the listing when it is published. i.e. it appears on our website, the property is pushed out to our database, but the event open times dont display for 1 - 2 weeks etc. This would enable us to encourage VIP inspections, rather than potential buyers waiting to come to the opens. 1 vote

Letter MergesDo not contact, when we mark a property or person as Do not contact, can it please not include the property in a letter merge. Also, when certain people sell properties, they should not be included in the letter merge under the property when they are tagged as "past owner" 1 vote

Commission & Advertising InvoicesBeing able to print both commission fees & marketing schedule on one document that has 'invoice' instead of 'statement' and also a reference as to what the payments are because at the moment it is only invoice numbers which does not explain anything or show what is commission/marketing. If I want the above to work I need to print out a separate commission invoice and marketing schedule and that is time consuming especially on very busy days. Thank you! :) 3 votes

Property and Contact Links should open in new tab on 'ctrl + click' - bypass menuWhen clicking on the Hyperlinked name of a Contact or property, allow the user to bypass the pop up menu and go directly to the property or contact page when using 'control + click' on Windows or 'Apple-key + click' on a Mac. Right click can work as well. Image part 1: Shows the current app behaviour and the pop up context menu that will be bypassed if a user ctrl + clicks the link.

Contacts hot/warm/cold status for a property should adjust for that contact on that property if their interest changesWhen posting feedback for a client there is a hot/warm/cold status. This is very useful when keep a track on the interested parties and the number of interested parties displayed on the vendor report. Currently if you have a contact like John Smith and he has hot feedback when you first meet him but on further follow up he changes his interest level, or if John Smith came for multiple viewings with 3 feedback entries for example, and was ranked as hot on all 3 and on the 4th viewing he decided he had changed his mind, the vendor report… 7 votes

modify email templates on the fly in pocket when you are sending an email to a contactWhen you are sending an email to a contract in pocket and choose an templet it would be good to be able to modify the email templet for that client at the time so you can personalise it. Much like you can in REX. You load the email template then instead of just previewing it you can edit on the fly and then send. 1 vote

Show lease/sale on new sidebarNew side bar should show listing owners noted whether a lease or sale. Example the person is the owner, listing owner and purchaser. This is very confusing - the listing owner was for a rental but does not say 1 vote

log calls on PC with Voip phone system not just pocketWe run a digital phone system (all soft phones ) in our office & we want to see if there's a feature when you click the number in contacts on PC rex version that it will ask you the same questions as the pocket app and log the call. if I click the number now it will open up our digital phone system to call just doent log the call . Add Listing Agent to list of Assignees for Tracks and remindersWould be great to be able to change a task assignee with a track template to listing agent so phone calls for example can be assigned by admin staff as per office policy. Ie when i change a property to a listing and want my to remind my salesman to call the client in a weeks time as part of a set track i should be able to select listing agent rather than have to have a separate track template for each agent or manually edit the track as i would currently be required to do. 1 vote

Add time of appraisal & sync to calendarWould be nice to have a time field when adding a new appraisal which then syncs to your Ourlook calendar and also sends an invite to the Vendor with a message along the lines of "look forward to seeing you". 1 vote

Copy and Paste suburb tags into match profiles for speedy data entryLike many of you, we spend a lot of time on data entry, entering contacts into REX and as part of that process we always generate a Match Profile for the contact. I'm sure other users have noticed there is quite a few clicks involved when entering suburbs into the Match Profiles. You must enter them one by one by typing and selecting the correct suburb from the drop down list and this action must be done separately for each suburb in each match profile for each contact. E-Brochures that provide greater detail!It would be handy to have the ability to customize the E-Brochure with information such as the building year, building size (how many dwellings), outgoings, size, rental info, etc. 
 This would allow buyers to be sent the full 360 on the property they enquire on and eliminate questions about the property.22 votes
