Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

A Choice to publish to e-marketing & printed stocklist separately
For the publish options on a listing, we would like the manual em-marketing, and print stocklist option seperated for a listing. So we can choose to have it available for e-marketing and not for print option.
The reason for the two options, is that we have new developments on our listings, and we have listings and information on all of the units, and we will send out information via e-brochures to our clients, depending on which unit they are interested in.
We do not want to have 35 units, of the same building of new development stock on the printed…

Not auto fill task person when allocating task
When setting Task i would recommend that the person that the task is set for is left blank but have to choose who its set for, as we are working in a team for example and currently set under record holder its easy to miss and forgot to change when i set reminder for my team member or if they set with me and the task gets allocated to the wrong member. I think many teams using this would have this issue and appriciate if its left blank but HAVE to choose who its for prior to the reminder/task being…

Newsletter: Being able to see what property contact viewed
We really need to be able to see what listing a contact has viewed from the Newsletter email out.

Find Records Recently deduplicated through Admin- Record Deduplication - So you can clean after merged
when you are running a manula deduplication through the admin area - you need to be able to find all records merged so you can check that the names are all correct and there is no additional fixing you need to do.
This will save you time and if you already have a super clean database you want it to remain this way.

It would be good to be able to email the contacts from the actions button in pocket so we can email them a pre prepared email template.

Add Commission to Listed Properties
Adding the commission rate to listed properties in the Listing Details section makes sense as it not only completes all details of the Listing Agreement between agent and vendor but is essential for us to calculate projected income for both agents and our office. The commission rate can then carry across to the commission worksheet once the property is sold.

call app selection from pocket app
we use 3CX calling app to allow call recording for quality control, it would be great if we could select which phone app to use when making calls from pocket. currently it uses the default phone app so it would be great if that could be an option that before making the call the app asks which phone app you would like to use to make the call. (I have discovered a work around however its not ideal - change the default phone app prior to making calls and revert back when finished)

Have the ability to add a Title to virtual tours
Instead of just sending through the link, it would be good if we could add a 'Title' with the virtual tour. That way, it feeds through to the portals with a title.

Related property Drop Down when sending an email from a contact file
When merging an email from a contact file, I can attach a related property but unlike in reminders and notes where I can select related properties from a drop down list, I have to find the property manually. Can the drop down feature be added to the email merge function?

Display small blue Ownership logo next to your properties (same as contacts)
When you search contacts, there is a little blue headshot next to contacts if you are the owner of the contact. This helps differentiate between contacts you own and contacts someone else in the office owns. This is a very useful feature.
This feature would be great if also applied to when you search properties. At the moment, you dont know at a glance when typing into the search bar which property record is yours and which belongs to a different staff member

Add a widget from Pocket in iOS to display the day's agenda
Especially useful now widgets can be part of the home screen in iOS14, it would be really useful to have the day's agenda shown as a widget, dynamically updating, without having to open pocket each time. Even more of a sense of achievement when all tasks are completed!

Ability to send email to all buyers who have sent through an enquiry on a property / building.
This would be a massive help in marketing a property. If we get a price reduction or would like to send an update, there is no way to do this other than having to go through and add each email to a mailing list.
Agents often do not have time to go through and do this process - especially when they get dozens of enquiries on each property and usually call the buyer instead of updating through rex. I have had a response from support about this, and they said that it is because some emails are spam, but that…1 vote -
Tag a contact as a favourite and display the Favourites in Pocket Rex.
On the home screen in Pocket, a new category called Favourites would be added to the list. It would then make the frequently called contacts more quickly accessible.
When I'm working on one transaction or one campaign I'm finding I'm calling the same person multiple times. Adding a Favourites categories would be that make easier to make the call, particularly when I'm driving...1 vote -

User gets diverted to dashboard after a period of inactivity
We often have admins/agents sitting in a listing for hours and sometimes all day but they aren't making any edits. It would be handy if after a period of inactivity, say 30 minutes, the user gets diverted to the dashboard or another screen so that they aren't sitting in a listing for hours at a time doing nothing. Often they don't reload the page and not all edits show up with the orange bar so they often override changes made by someone else in a listing.

Tagging Contacts
When adding in a new contact on Rex Pocket, there fields of name, mobile, etc is required of course - but would also like to add in a field straight after these contact details with the option to tag contacts under our categories if necessary, so instead manually navigating to their Contact Record, tagging can be done instantly on the same 'adding contact' page.

It would really be good to be able to add multiple emails to the "Reply to Email" option.
