Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

The ability to differentiate in the CRM between appraisals and listing appointments

Select contacts associated to specific tracks and be able to edit or update to new versions of that track
Have the ability to update contacts within a certain track with new versions or alternative options of a track.

Adding new contact
When using the search, if it comes back as nothing, there is an option to add new contact. If you have typed first and last name, mobile or email it will auto populate the new contact questions.

The ability to sync all contacts to phone
Having all the contacts in your phone is great for making calls quicky and efficienty when on the run. It's also great to have them on your phone for times when you need to share a contact with someone. Most devices can handle upwards of 50,000 contacts without any drama. Picking which contacts to sync based on their tags is important as well. This gives the ability to preclude contacts that are not needed as well.

Pocket - Add tracks to properties, then link the contact
In pocket we cannot add a track to a property, then link the contact.
I have to go to a web browser to add a track this way

E-Brochure - Enquire Now - Subject to Include Property Address
The enquire now button on the e-brochure. When clicked creates an email. It would be great if that email included the property address in the title of the email.

Tick Box in VPA when invoices are received from Suppliers as a reconciliation
It would be great to see a tick box for each line item for when suppliers invoices are received. A reconciliation to confirm what VPA was charged V's the invoice charge

Bank Upload Button - Add to Property - Trust Accounting
Would love to have the bank upload button added in the actual trust accounting section of the property as a drop down on the payment (from ledger) so we can create the bank upload file straight from there!
Same with changing the upload status!
It takes a lot more time having to go out of the property trust accounting and into the main financials button to find and then do it.15 votes -
Add Chattels field to Listing record outside of contract
A chattel list on the second of the page would be very helpful as purchasers want to know what chattels are staying with the property

Reports for Holiday Rental Bookings
We manage holiday rentals and there is a calendar where we can enter the holiday booking dates (with no guest details - option to include guest information would be great) but there is no reporting option to see booking dates & information on who has booked. This would be a great feature for us as we are getting rid of our trust accounting software & are looking for an alternative to achieve similar results.

Tool Tips over fields
When attempting to insert a merge field, the list and options available are daunting. It takes some reconnaissance and mind reading to work out which field I should select. But more confusing is the path to find it. EG see file attached, the last item on the list is jargon, and hard for the uninitiated to understand. Sometimes, as a user, we know what and where in REX the field is that we want to bring into the merge field. A Choice to publish to e-marketing & printed stocklist separately
For the publish options on a listing, we would like the manual em-marketing, and print stocklist option seperated for a listing. So we can choose to have it available for e-marketing and not for print option.
The reason for the two options, is that we have new developments on our listings, and we have listings and information on all of the units, and we will send out information via e-brochures to our clients, depending on which unit they are interested in.

Not auto fill task person when allocating task
When setting Task i would recommend that the person that the task is set for is left blank but have to choose who its set for, as we are working in a team for example and currently set under record holder its easy to miss and forgot to change when i set reminder for my team member or if they set with me and the task gets allocated to the wrong member. I think many teams using this would have this issue and appriciate if its left blank but HAVE to choose who its for prior to the reminder/task being…

Newsletter: Being able to see what property contact viewed
We really need to be able to see what listing a contact has viewed from the Newsletter email out.

Find Records Recently deduplicated through Admin- Record Deduplication - So you can clean after merged
when you are running a manula deduplication through the admin area - you need to be able to find all records merged so you can check that the names are all correct and there is no additional fixing you need to do.
This will save you time and if you already have a super clean database you want it to remain this way.

Re Open Home Contacts
It would be good to be able to email the contacts from the actions button in pocket so we can email them a pre prepared email template.
