overdue count
Can we please have an overdue count show on the dashboard so important reminders are not hidden after two weeks.

Hi Kevan,
I have followed the instructions given below and found the information as you have suggested. The problem with this is critical information, like settlements and contract conditions should be in the contract stream flagged in RED if they have not occurred. Because the condition date filter only allows a specific date OR upcoming & recent, this critical information falls off the stream, when in reality it should remain outstanding at the top of the stream until the dates have been fixed to align with the settlement of the property or marked as settled. It is very easy to lose this information when you have a lot going on. Cheers, Amber -
Hi Andy. You can instantly see all of your overdue reminders on the dashboard by using the built-in filter. Go to the Reminders screen and under the 'Due Date' filter (top of the reminders list) select 'Overdue'. This will display all overdue reminders regardless of due date.
