Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

When adding a Listing Block into a newsletter and selecting the Listings to appear within it, could we please have the Listing Main Photo appear when a Listing is scrolled over? It would make it easier to determine which Listings are to be included when dealing with a lot of apartments that are numbered similarly. Thank you.

Event times in Newsletters
When adding an Event Block to a Newsletter, the system currently displays all events in Rex. It would be good it this only showed future events (rather than seeing events from months prior).

View Selected Records Option
When making a selection of properties from a list it would be useful to be able to view just the selected records. Additional info or notes can then be added by scrolling through the selected records.

Include link to web version of newsletter
Hi. A standard practice for sending email newsletters is to include a link to " a web version" of the newsletter. This is because not all email clients display newsletters the same way and some won't display images, so have a link to a web based version helps by displaying the newsletter the way it was intended.

organise better so when you are in contacts and click 'back' arrow it doesn't take you back to all contacts
I get frustrated when I am in my contacts and enter someone new in and then click 'back' arrow and it takes me back to all contacts our company has! I want it to leave me in mine only.

Chinese language integration. Please allow to update the content with Chinese
Could we able to upload the content in Chinese. So that our brochure could have Chinese content.

Entering Enquiries/Leads - How do you tell the difference between a rental & sale listing?
Does your office have a receptionist that takes client and customer enquiries?
Did you know... if you have a landlord that would like to try and sell his investment while it is vacant, but is also looking for a tenant at the same time, there is currently no way that you can tell the difference between the two listings in REX when entering a new enquiry / lead.
A simple fix would be to put 'Residential Sale' or 'Residential Rental' showing beside the listing when searching for the property address in the Leads section.

Pocket Agenda Update
Show the clients email address
Show the last note left against the client/property
This will help improve the speed in which the sales agents can complete their calls.

More detailed user settings and privilege sets VPA Finance Tab
It would be Great when setting up users if we could have more detailed options in relation to the privilege sets under the VPA and Finance tab.
For example who can Delete items on the VPA Tab or not , who can create them. Who can invoice them , who can void them and who can delete them. What is happening is agents are creating and then just deleting Finance information willy nilly.

Property suburbs to be entered in capital letters
All properties to be able to have the Suburb all in capitals as once uploaded to portals it will help the properties stand out more

Add sub categories (house/ apartment) of residential listings in report
When generating a report (public/ internal) for residential listings, can we get the sub-categories shown?
It's easy for clients to see what the properties are and don't need to generate multiple reports.
Because we usually send client all residential listings under 1 agent name or in a certain area.1 vote -
Open homes
I have noticed a new feature that the open times appear on the sales/rentals list. However, if there are 2 open times scheduled for that week only the first one appears. Also on properties that don't have an open time come up with 'open time: contact agent' which I don't think looks very good. I think all open times should appear and the properties without an open time should just have nothing there at all.

Approve or deny features in a quicker manner
Votes being returned or more votes given per user given the time it takes to approve or deny features. Some have over 100 votes and are over 18 months old yet the feature has not been approved for development or denied for development so peoples votes are just siitting idle.

Sales Detail Report
The Sale Detail form should incude VPA.

New Report - Contracts with status marked as Offer/'Not Accepted
Could we please have a new report made available that allows a user to search for Contracts where the status is Offer/Not Accepted?
This would allow a user to easily identify any contracts that have been entered but not yet marked as accepted. Without this capability at present the only report that provides this information is the 'Contracts – New in Period ' report however this also includes all other contracts (regardless of their status) so can be particularly unwieldy with large sales volumes.

delivery failure
Failed delivery on email - Delivery failed emails - when the delivery to one email address fails it shows in the Listing stream as "delivery failed" despite being received by the other recipients. We then can’t view the Email Interaction (delivered/opened etc.) for the other recipients.
