Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Mass action "add mailing list"
Allow multiple mailing lists to be selected when conducting a mass action with mutliple contacts.
Currently if you select mutliple contacts and add mailing list you can only add one mailing list at a time. Other sections of Rex (ie. within an individual contact) allows you to select multiple mailing lists so should be a simple fix to mimic the same selection type.

Updating Reminders & Tracks and highlighting when assigned to self
I would love when looking at reminders or notes from property screen if it highlighted my name so it gets my attention
Rex reminders screen would love to be able to edit bulk reminder due dates at once, and also add a "STATUS" note as some reminders might be pending other information or a task.

Currently - the system is cumbersome and it would be better and more useful to have the Offer amount along side the contacts name. Currently - I have to go into each one and pull up the offer.. It's powerful for a prospective vendor to see the…2 votes -
Automatically tick "approve for vendor reporting" numbers at OFI
Even though we call the vendor(s) after an Open For Inspection to advise how many people came through the open, it would be a great option to have this automatically ticked for reporting when sending vendor reports. We understand the need for us to tick for reporting when it comes to feedback from prospective purchasers, however, the Open for Inspection numbers should be automatic.

Add listings to emails
Be able to add listings including picture and short description easily to emails. Great to email leads and open home attendees a list of your other listings

Add an address line to Pocket kiosk, it would greatly improve our database.
By adding an address line in pocket it would make our customer database complete

Mobile Number Contact Name
We are unable to associate a name to a mobile number on a contact card. This is something we should look at, VaultRE has a note section next to each mobile number that allows you to put in a name or small note 'only call after hrs' for the number. Definitely something we need here!

Commission Invoices
Option to receipt funds "commission for sale" or "commission for lease". Dropdown option when creating a commission invoice. In particular for commercial rentals.

Add a new option of currency to the custom field type drop list, which automatically adds dollar sign, commas and decimal points.
Would it be possible to please request that a new option be added to the custom field type. That is, an option of currency, which automatically adds dollar sign, commas and decimal points, as required. This would be of great benefit to merge fields in SMS', letters and emails.

Contacts
When adding a contacts have a mandatory drop down to be able to select what type of contact they are, applicant, vendor, landlord etc.

When sharing the e-brochures, feature a property photo on the left hand side, where currently just a grey box shows
When sharing property e-brochures, the link shows a grey box to the left of the link.
It would be a great feature to show a photo of the property in that area.
I believe this would increase the number of click throughs to the property listing and look much smarter on social media.2 votes -
Customise the EBrochure
The default EBrochure connects to the office telephone number but not all offices are open for a full day Saturday. I would like the phone symbol to connect to the Sales Agent.

Better contact grouping
We need to be able to categories contact in more than just company and person.
We should be able to have separate lists/ groups for:
Tenants
Vendors
Past Owners
Past Tenants
Solicitors
etcor have the capability to create groups ourselves. It's not enough to just assign to a user when enquiries online get placed into the contacts with our important contact etc

Could we add the option to include an "Introducer" in the Commission Estimate section?
We take on quite a lot of business from Introducers, so this would help keep track of that, and would also help us to track just how much commission the company itself is taking away from deals after introducers have been paid.

One click to all property viewings (per property)
On a listing record, it would be great if you could click on the number of viewings and open a new page which lists all of those viewings, even if they're without feedback. To me this is would be a very useful feature when providing a seller with an overview and also if you ever need to send a list of buyer to another agent it is far quicker!

Contract Sending/Opening Tracking
It would be great if contract tracking was an option. For example, anyone who was sent a contract, who received a contract and who opened a contract for a particular listing could be searched and a report generated.

Mail Merge to Rental Applications (rental offers) the same as Sales Offers
There needs to be the ability to easily sent offer made/rejected and accepted emails on rental offers. The offers themselves get added into the Applications tab, but that only gives you the option to send the applications to the Landlord.
As these are offers and we have to confirm the offers to the applicant and the landlord (just as with sales), having a mail merge option on each offer would be extremely useful.

Listing stocklist for agency sales listing booklets
We create A5 agency booklets of our available listings via the Reporting, Listing Stocklist, Public Lists option. The formatting option for how many listings per page is 2-6 listings. This allows for very minimal property information to pull through, the photos are quite small as to is the agent contact details.
It would be good if there was a 1 listing per page option.

Download chain information on a transaction
Since we have to share chain information with solicitors or other agencies, it would be very helpful if a chain can be downloaded or shared. It will also be good for my own record keeping purposes.
