Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Could we add the option to include an "Introducer" in the Commission Estimate section?
We take on quite a lot of business from Introducers, so this would help keep track of that, and would also help us to track just how much commission the company itself is taking away from deals after introducers have been paid.

One click to all property viewings (per property)
On a listing record, it would be great if you could click on the number of viewings and open a new page which lists all of those viewings, even if they're without feedback. To me this is would be a very useful feature when providing a seller with an overview and also if you ever need to send a list of buyer to another agent it is far quicker!

Contract Sending/Opening Tracking
It would be great if contract tracking was an option. For example, anyone who was sent a contract, who received a contract and who opened a contract for a particular listing could be searched and a report generated.

Mail Merge to Rental Applications (rental offers) the same as Sales Offers
There needs to be the ability to easily sent offer made/rejected and accepted emails on rental offers. The offers themselves get added into the Applications tab, but that only gives you the option to send the applications to the Landlord.
As these are offers and we have to confirm the offers to the applicant and the landlord (just as with sales), having a mail merge option on each offer would be extremely useful.

Listing stocklist for agency sales listing booklets
We create A5 agency booklets of our available listings via the Reporting, Listing Stocklist, Public Lists option. The formatting option for how many listings per page is 2-6 listings. This allows for very minimal property information to pull through, the photos are quite small as to is the agent contact details.
It would be good if there was a 1 listing per page option.

Download chain information on a transaction
Since we have to share chain information with solicitors or other agencies, it would be very helpful if a chain can be downloaded or shared. It will also be good for my own record keeping purposes.

MFA - multiple users
MFA - Property management department have 1 user account - but multiple users use the account. When MFA comes in this means this won't be available, therefore more accounts needing to be purchased. Surely there are other agents out there with same issue.

Open Home Feedback
When we add Open Home Feedback to a contact, it does not appear in the Contact Stream, it's in a separate tab.
This means we are going to a separate location to add the feedback but it's not easily visible when we are in the contact again.
It would be beneficial if the feedback copied into the stream.

Central store for files and attachments for email merge templates
When creating an email merge template (e.g. to be sent out automatically as part of a track), you cannot have attachments. You can have these when you send an individual email to a contact, but not in an email merge template. It would be really useful if there was file storage within Rex so that you could store and add files to be sent out in automated email merges.

Private Opens Home (Not advertised)
Having a "Private Open home" option would be good. You could set the time like an open home but the time is not publicly advertised. For example, a tenanted property who doesnt want opens or an owner that doesnt want opens. You can invite a number of people to attend the private open home "by appointment". This would enable you to check them in as normal and run it like an open but no open home has been advertised so no random neighbours etc wandering in. FINANCIAL - VPA report by property
Rather than pulling up a report of what has been booked and what is yet to be booked and it appearing by the product type we need to be able to pull up a report that details it by property showing exactly what has been booked and yet to be booked per property.

Listing Summary Report
A report that can be produced at the end of a Listing (whether sold/leased or withdrawn) showing number of opens, number of people that came through, any price adjustments, sale/rent price etc. This would be handy for future reference to listing similar properties, as a training tool to new agents or just for the licensee to have an overview of activity in the office.

Print VPA Pack
Ability to print an Advert Pack to use when pricing marketing plan for property in appraisal stage. It may be a mix of a standard package + or - some products.

Hold 'Shift" to select multiple mailing lists when choosing an audience for Newsletters etc.
When mailing to multiple lists I can only select one list at a time currently, it would be great to be able to hold Shift and select multiple mailing lists so I don't have to keep going back to the drop down menu to select another list. Very often we're sending to 15 or more lists. This would also apply when selecting filtering on contacts. i.e You have to select each criteria separately rather than being able to select multiple mailing lists to filer contacts from.

Separate information within current excel exported columns
It would be great to sort by surname or street name then export the list to excel to assist our agents in defining targets for listings. This would require separating the first name from the surname in the current exported field, and the number from the street name in the current exported address field.

The ability to add more than 1 type of valuation for a property.
Giving users the ability to add more than 1 type of property valuation under the more info tab would be fantastic.
Currently you can only add one type of valuation, for instance in NZ we could use RV. However, many offices, including ours use other types of valuations for marketing materials such as Land Value (LV).
Giving us the ability to add more than one type of valuation would fix the issue of having to create a seperate custom tab for this information, and would make the property information much more accessible and practical, by having all the valuations in…

Insert a tick box to attach E-brochure under the property selection field in emails to clients
Insert a tick box to attach E-brochure under the property selection field in merge emails to clients. this would avoid having to go to the property id to send brochure. Would be good to be able to put in multiple properties and attach respective brochures

Notify task assigner of task completion
When assigning a task to a Rex user, it would be great to have the option to notify the assigner when it is marked as complete.
It would be great to have this sent as a single email at the end of each day (rather than an individual email for each one) or some sort of a drop-down stream.

Property Type Default
Recommend an agency nominate at setup up if residential or commercial or both. If residential when adding a property the default would be residential, saving ket strokes on set up
