Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Please seperate out commission invoices and vpa invoices.
You have recently put both together in the outstanding invoices. Trying to get the data out about which is outstanding and to put in the balance sheet is a nightmare. Also the invoice assumes both are going in the same bank account....

Completed date for reminders
When you have a reminder that is part of a track it would be ideal if the completed date was added to the reminder when you tick it off instead of the date that the reminder was set for. Most of the time the reminder date is set ahead as you are just "guessing" a date as it is part of a track that asks for in how many days is the reminder due from adding the track.

Report detailing source of appraisals
It would be great if you could have an advanced filter to create a report detailing the source of appraisals and the source of buyer enquiries.

Closed office cant view documents
In a closed office, you can't attach documents to an email merge if you don't own the record the document is attached to. It would be great to have the option to flag certain documents on a listing record as "public".
That way, you could send your buyer a section 32 from a listing where you are not the record owner and don't have access to all documents.4 votes -
UI / Sort Functionality Improvements
I'm not sure where to put this -- maybe each point should be separate, but they all sort of go hand in hand.
--Selecting multiple records in search results--
Currently when you click the check box after you've completed a search, all records are selected. It would be great to have the option to 'Select All' and 'Deselect All' but having the current single checkbox only selecting all the records displayed on that page. VENDOR REPORT - Mass emails and SMS to be recorded
I would like to see mass emails & SMS's recorded against the property, so that they show up in the vendor reports. Mass SMS's is a great feature, however, if it is only recorded against the contact and not the listing, the work done by the agent is not being recorded for the vendor to acknowledge.

Adding Building Details to building record that will automatically populate when adding new property - Pool, amenities, etc
Include the ability to add building details to a Building record. Then, when you create a property from this record, it will give you the option to automatically populate these fields.
For example, adding a pool and gym facilities to a building and having them auto fill when creating a linked property.

Track Listings - ability to print off the tracks
A feature that allows you to print off the track listing so that you can discuss and then duplicate to create your own that allows it to be suited to your requirements.
It is too time consuming to print screen etc and printing directly from the site cuts off most information

Create a Lease expiry field linked to a contact and property
Have the ability to add a lease expiry date to a contact, which is then linked to a property.
The purpose is to contact a tenant and a vendor in advance of the expiry date to see if any assistance is required.
Being able to filter the 'forthcoming' expiry dates gives the agent a list to follow-up for say 6 months from expiry from that particular month.4 votes -
Marketing Credit usage when sending SMS merge to Contact
When sending a bulk SMS you can see how many SMS your campaign will cost. But when you send an SMS from a record, there is no indication of credits used.

Visual distinction between System tags and Custom Tags
Show some kind of visual distinction between those tags created in Admin > Custom Values & Mailing Lists > System Tags (and thus used consistently) and custom tags added to contacts and properties individually. Colour stripe, different colour block etc

Buyer Match - Radius from CBD
It would be great to have an option to add a radius of suburbs from Brisbane CBD. For example a buyer is looking anything 10km from Brisbane CBD you can select that and it would include all postcodes in the 10km area around the CBD

Ability to name photos added to listings
When uploading photos to a listing, the file names disappear. It would be great if the names stayed visible for reference. We often go to find a certain photo used (for newspaper ads etc.) and have to search through our albums to match the photos. Much easier to find a file name/number.

Show all the OPEN HOME that were recorded for the property on the vendor report.

Add Reminder button within Stream/Stepthrough view.
I personally love the stepthrough for reminders.
What would be fantastic would be once you're in the stepthrough, either at the bottom of the stepthrough underneath where you would tick off the task, or within the Stream tab instead of the Reminders tab, the button to add a Reminder instead of a note so from the one screen you can add a follow up reminder.Currently to do so it's a case of clicking out of the stream and then into the Reminders to then add a reminder and select the date for follow-up.

Able to make a custom field 2 columns wide to assist with screen layout
Would be good to be able to nominate a field to be two columns wide, and/or ability to insert a "blank column spacer" that we can assign to either the left or right column.
Currently custom fields simply find the next available space, however this is not always preferential; depending on the context that info is being displayed for.
Being able to put one field (i.e. their holiday home address) that takes up the entire row, while putting the "Need an appraisal" checkbox on the row below.

Hello, option to add multiple properties when adding enquiry feedback on a single contract person. When adding feeback on an enquiry i need to have the option of adding more than one proerty as we have many developments for sale and would like to add all proeprties to the one entry

Commission by agent - unconditional properties in a period excluding properties released in that same period
Could we please get a report showing commissions by agent with a list of properties that are currently unconditional & not yet settled/released. The Commissions by agent report for unconditional properties within a date range currently shows both unconditional and released if they are settled in the date range selected. The commission cash flow report doesn't filter by agent.
If a new report can't be created, maybe a filter option added to exclude released properties.
