Welcome Rex Users!
Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Create a one page reporting dashboard that shows sales, listings, sales and appraisals

archive keys
Finding old keys: A set of keys is removed from the system, and weeks or months down the line another set turns up, and you've no idea what property it relates to. Some of us re-tag keys with the same label, and it would really help to have the ability to search for keys that were tagged in the past so you can find out what property these keys were for.

Owner’s Name on Appraisal List
When searching properties >> all appraisals, it would be helpful to have the option to display the homeowner’s name on that main screen, rather than needing to click into each individual property. It would also be great to have a quick option to add a note directly to the contact (rather than just to the property), to make updating information more efficient.

MFA - multiple users
MFA - Property management department have 1 user account - but multiple users use the account. When MFA comes in this means this won't be available, therefore more accounts needing to be purchased. Surely there are other agents out there with same issue.

Click Stats for Automatic Updates email
It would be really great if we could get a report or easy to see stats on opens and clicks for the Automatic Updates emails so we can can see what buyers to follow up on.
At the moment, we would have to pull a list of the people who received the alert, and then click in one by one to check - this could be well over 1,000 contacts which is a lot of time spent.5 votes -
Central store for files and attachments for email merge templates
When creating an email merge template (e.g. to be sent out automatically as part of a track), you cannot have attachments. You can have these when you send an individual email to a contact, but not in an email merge template. It would be really useful if there was file storage within Rex so that you could store and add files to be sent out in automated email merges.

Vendor hub Stats
I would love to suggest a feature that notifies agents or provides reporting on how often vendors log into Rex Hub during their campaign.
Having visibility on vendor login activity would give us valuable data on how many of our owners are actively using the platform and engaging with their campaign updates. It would also help us identify vendors who may not be logging in regularly, allowing us to provide additional support or communication where needed.
This kind of reporting would be incredibly helpful in measuring engagement and improving the overall vendor experience throughout the campaign.

References on VPA Invoices
It would be great if the Rex listing number would automatically generate in the reference field in invoices as there is not an easy way for us to search invoice numbers across all franchises.

Show Property Owners under my properties
when I filter properties by record owner ie: me the columns show me as the owner, which I already know. I would like to see the actual owners of the property.

Match Profiles - Ability to pick an office location
When setting up a match profile for business's that have multiple office locations it would be handy to simply check a box for any listings meeting their criteria from a particular office location to be sent to them rather then having to select all the suburbs within that town/city.

Flag the training videos after watching
Flag the training videos after watching to show that they the user has been thru the training. When a user goes back to the training videos they have no idea of what they have watched and what they haven't.

Set dates in tracks rather than number of intervals.
Specific times are important when dealing with personal situations in tracks.

Hover over merge fields on Templates to make sure you have the correct one
When there are multiple clients with the same name you cannot tell which one you want in the merge field. Hovering over the name allowing the email / phone / postal address to show (depending on the merge) which one is correct

Import Contacts from Address Book
Would be great to be able to import contact name/address/email/phone number ourselves! The current way of getting this information imported is quite time consuming and a bit of a headache.

Default Marketing Overrides
We just set up our marketing overrides to default, so we didn't have to manually override on every listing however the default settings don't differentiate between a sales listing and a rentals listing. Can we please separate the default marketing overrides for sales/rentals.

Account Sale with GST showing
We are in Victoria and some conveyance has asked to add the GST information into our Account Sale.

Under Contract Status shown on Thumbnail View of Listings For Sale Page
When properties are viewed in the thumbnail view of the Listings for Sale page, it would be beneficial if the properties that have been marked as 'Under Contact' have a banner in corner or something similar to make it easier for users to know which properties have been marked 'Under Contract' when looking at the full page of all listings rather than have to click into each individual property to see this status.

Rep access to send own newsletters but not to others mailing lists
We want to give our reps access to send their own newsletters, however we are worried that another rep could send a newsletter to someone else’s database/mailing list.
We would like a privilege to set for each rep so that they can send their own newsletters but not to someone else’s database.
