Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

The ability to navigate to contacts related to listings via a lead OR feedback
at the moment there's no way to get to contacts who have only submitted a lead making future follow up (particularly in the context of similar listings) difficult, we need to be able to have a report that brings up everyone that has either inquired or inspected regardless of whether feedback has been entered.

Report for Settled In Period
We would like a report in the Franchise Centre that will show every listing that has been marked with settled within a time period.

New column required for 'for rent' list view (bedroom)
Under the Properties For Rent list you can select the drop down box on the right side of screen which gives you the option for various different information to appear i.e date created, suburb, property manager etc, can bedrooms please be added to this? So when you are looking at the list the bedrooms appears without having to physically go into the property? Thanks.

Is there a way I can create a list of people eg tag them then attach a reminder to call them all rather than just one at a time?
Eg I go through and search a particular group of people, make a list and would then like to add an activity to call them all and set a reminder to do so so that it shows up on my dashboard. It would also help when delegating old data to new employees to call through and clean up.

Allow the ability to change an Appraisal Agent as a mass action.

Appraisals/OAB accessed by manual buyer matching
As most agents know there can be many sales made by simply matching a good buyer with an appraised but not yet listed property.
It is currently possible to run a reverse match from an appraisal, but not the other way around hence this suggestion.
This could only work with a manual match, not automatic matches.
There would need to be a few simple fields to include when requesting this such as how old an appraisal to include etc but should be very straight forward.

Area to add Licence number to Invoices, etc
It would be nice to have a specific spot to put your agency licence number in so it'll show on invoices, etc.
You can currently enter it in the Admin > Agency Branding area, but there's not a specific spot for it. Can we please have it added.

Ability to Print Commission By Agent Report with seperate page per agent
Currently there is a fantastic report already available under Reporting / Commission / Commission By Agent however to generate individual reports, you have to go through each agent one by one. If this great report just had the ability to "Print One page Per Agent" then this one report would do the trick and be awesome!

GST exclusive
I need it to be able to show the price as GST Ex when entering the VPA but then in the total, to have a GST amount, then a total include the GST amount.

Automatic Vendor Reports
Set up automatic vendor reports to go out weekly/fortnightly (as desired by rep depending on market conditions) - buyer inspection notes, price feedback, home opens completed, marketing completed etc all collates into one report.
We may need to enter internet hits the morning before they go out (eg. import CSV files from realestate.com, reiwa, domain.
Enable agent comments - so we can enter a comment the morning before they go out on what has happened in the market since the last report, agency news etc (goes onto all vendor reports not individual)

Number of Days Calculation from Contract Date
When entering in a new Contract of Sale, could we please have the option for REX to calculate the number of days from the Contract Date for the various due dates (ie. Finance, Deposit, Building and Pest, Settlement etc).
For example, when Finance is due 21 DAYS from Contract date. We love that to be counted out within REX rather than using an external date calendar.
Our previous uploader let us put the number of DAYS in and it would calculate this for us.

Search Appraisals by date
On the default My Appraisal's page, it would be great to have a column viewable as DATE APPRAISED, or have the DATE CREATED as the date it was appraised rather than the date the property was created. I know there is some functionality through the advanced filters to search by date of appraisal.
Appraisals are one of the key functionalities that we work with, and we need quick easy access to all the key information - and one of these is knowing easily when the property was appraised and being able to search around it with ease.

Filter Contacts that are Linked to a Listing
It would be great to have the capability to filer contacts that are linked to a listing.
Currently you can only filter contacts if you have entered their feedback on a listing. However, some people enquire on a listing but don't necessarily view the property or give feedback.
It would be great to have this filter option so that I can let all buyer's know that have enquired on the property of the sold result, even though they haven't given feedback.

Pocket Inbound Calls
If a customer is already in REX/Pocket, we want the ability to be able to raise feedback/add notes for an INBOUND call, just like you can when you initiate an outbound call.

In KIOSK be able to capture buyer SUBURB information
Hello wonderful people at Rex
Why oh why oh why oh why can we not capture buyer suburb details on kiosk??
Do you not understand how important it is to be able to cross reference a name to a suburb as a real estate agent when at an open home?
Often if you ask a buyer will not tell you, however on the current registration method with Homepass, an address field is there enabling me to ask which suburb the buyer is from. The buyer then thinks it’s part of the registration process and freely offers the information.

vendor report by buyer
Sorry not sure if already a requested. But would be fantastic if the report filtered the feedback by Buyer. so any updated feedback was a thread under each buyer. At the moment its so hard to follow all the feedback and track the buyer enquiry, its all mixed up by date order. would be also good to filter by Hot warm and Cold. in Reality you could have the report so you can filter and sort by any of these things.

Previewing a commission agent ledger for a specific period
The option to preview staff members agent ledger for a selected period that is not a pay period. We use the agent deductions frequently and if we need a summary to show what has been charged to them we need to go into each pay period one by one. this is very time consuming and not efficient at all.
