Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

enable contracts and online enquiries to be seen on vendor reports
have more details or allow editing on vendor reports i.e. contracts/ offers and only enquiries - not just feedback

Ability to select which listing category uses required documents
Required documents is a great new feature...but it would be great if we could choose to use this for sales only or vice versa - rentals.

Contacts hot/warm/cold status for a property should adjust for that contact on that property if their interest changes
When posting feedback for a client there is a hot/warm/cold status. This is very useful when keep a track on the interested parties and the number of interested parties displayed on the vendor report. Currently if you have a contact like John Smith and he has hot feedback when you first meet him but on further follow up he changes his interest level, or if John Smith came for multiple viewings with 3 feedback entries for example, and was ranked as hot on all 3 and on the 4th viewing he decided he had changed his mind, the vendor report…

Option with watermarks to specify that only newly added photos get watermarked when sent - to prevent watermark double-ups
We have hundreds, possibly thousands of images with watermarks already, but would like to begin using your watermark feature, which looks better. However, to do so means we would need to remove and then re-add the originals for all those images.
We would prefer to specify that only images added after a specific date get the new watermark.

OFFERS & CONTRACTS SAVED UNDER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
In an effort to ensure no mishap can occur with saving offers under contracts and not just listing documents is it possible to have a documents tab within the Contracts area.
I understand we can identify a contract under documents however this area carries all documents relevant for a buyer regarding a listing and I fear that a massive mistake can occur if agents attach without paying attention and accidentally attach an offer to a potential buyer instead of a blank S&P? A Choice to publish to e-marketing & printed stocklist separately
For the publish options on a listing, we would like the manual em-marketing, and print stocklist option seperated for a listing. So we can choose to have it available for e-marketing and not for print option.
The reason for the two options, is that we have new developments on our listings, and we have listings and information on all of the units, and we will send out information via e-brochures to our clients, depending on which unit they are interested in.
We do not want to have 35 units, of the same building of new development stock on the printed…

Absentee Owner or Owner Occupier search function
I tried to mail merge to absentee owners in my farm area. However the only function enabled is refined search > Postal Address > Yes/No.
It would be great to find Current Owners in my farm area, who have a postal address set in another suburb i.e. an absentee owner.
Please can we creat a refine search:
Postal Address > Is / Is Not > [SUBURB NAME]
or even better yet, a feature to determine absentee or owner occupier contacts

Shared Calendar
It would be great if we could have a shared calendar for the entire office so that we can view everyone's listing dates and times.

Ability to email trust receipts directly out of the trust account section
Once a deposit has been created in the trust section of Rex the ability to email it directly from that section rather than downloading the deposit and then uploading it to the CRM section and emailing from there to the purchaser.

Reminders Notification
It would be useful to have an alert/notification pop up on the day/s you have any reminder/s due, similar to outlook (a notification pops up to reminder you what needs to be completed). Instead of having to manually go into your reminders it would be helpful for a notification to appear to prompt you to complete all outstanding reminders in Rex.

Search for postal
Search for postal address! Would be helpful if you have a contact thats name has been input incorrectly/ you have forgotten someones name but know they have a postal address in rex

Emailing or printing purchasers receipt only
We have just moved to Rex and previously have always been able to generate a pdf of the purchasers deposit receipt so we can email it to them. Unfortunately Rex only lets you print both the original receipt and the office duplicate on the one page. Therefore we have to print the receipts, cut in half, scan the purchasers receipt into our server and then email the purchaser. This is so time consuming and totally unnecessary. Could I please request that the system be updated so we can at least generate a pdf of the purchasers copy only?

Commission tracks for agents on tiered commission structures
Ability to setup tiered award settings for agents for it to kick in immediately without me having to check if theyve qualified.
eg.
Agents start financial year Apr 1 at 60% of commissions awards
Once they reach 280k GCI then it goes up to 70%
Then resets back to 60% 31 March following year
Can I set something up where Rex tracks each agents GCI then automatically switches over 70 once 280k gci is reached?6 votes -
ebrochure
Currently the eBrochure does not include the disclaimer from 'Portals and Publication defaults'. All the newsletters (just listed) we send link to the eBrochure with no disclaimer. Can the eBrochure be modified to add the code-grab for the disclaimer? And also allow ability to edit css?

Your letters and email templates are hard to organise
It would be great if you could have categories for email and letter templates where they could be seperated for who they are intended for this will save alot of time searching through templates that seem to be in no particular order.

Portal Upload Fail Notification
We tend to have an issue where there is an upload fail to Domain portals - typically once the status has been changed.
The only notification is on the listing itself which tends to get missed unless you physically check each time.
Is there a way to get a notifications pop up in an area like reminders so we can amend the listing to feed to the portal?

The days reminders sent direct to the user in a summary email at the start of the day
Every day, an email could be sent direct to the user of the day's new reminders - in a format like a spreadsheet, with the tasks needed to be follow up including a description of the reminder in the email. The email could come through early in the morning and provide a snapshot on the most important reminders to work through for the day (before opening rex or pocket).
This setting should be available to induvial users as an "on/off" setting.6 votes -

Would be great if Aircall could integrate with Rex and have leads from Aircall put into Rex directly!

Add Social Media as a type of feedback
Lots of us use social media as a way of advertising both paid and unpaid - would be good to be able to specify that when doing reports, as well as an inquiry source
