Predictive analysis & geospatial mapping = Stronger sales leads
Analyse and link contact behaviour (ie click on links, opening of emails) to:
a) their physical location
b) their home or business address
c) the address of what they're clicking on;
On a map, so you can visualise and predict their interest
if they're clicking around their home, they're likely interested in selling.
If they're clicking around their home, and in another location, they're likely interested in both selling and buying
If they're clicking in another area, they're likely interested in buying.
Then providing the analysis results as high priority contacts in a visual way that allows agents to target calls/communications more effectively (for example in pipelines, or buckets).
It's the way of the future and several CRM's already offer this - Active Pipe (integration to MyDesktop), Salesforce etc.
