Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Ability to workout what buyer is clicking on what property and how many times

    REX knows how many times a property has been clicked and how many time a buyer has clicked , however it does not join the dots to tell us who the hottest buyers are! All the good CRMs do it and IReality
    Even sms you when a buyer looks at a property so many times! 101 of marketing, who is you hottest lead

  2. Remove a user's access from certain categorised listings.

    Remove access of a user from sales listings but that user will still have access to rental listings.

  3. Sending Newsletters from Multiple Agents

    It would be great to be able to send newsletters once but from multiple agents rather than having to duplicate to get the template personalised. Very time consuming especially for offices with more than a few agents.

  4. Mass deduplication

    At the moment, you can only view 10 duplicates on a single page. There is also no way to filter said search to owning users.

    Would be great to view more duplicates at once, and also filter owning users.

  5. Be able to share the newsletter through facebook - a shareable link to the newsletter.

    If you have a shareable link for facebook etc that people can click on to see the newsletter that arent subscribed.

  6. Kiosk - Buyer enquiry source

    Pocket Kiosk should absolutely have a mandatory field when completing contact information "Enquiry Source" or "Where did you hear about this property" Make it a multiple choice question

    -realestate.com.au
    -domain.com.au
    -Newspaper
    -Word of mouth
    -Facebook

    (these should be editable for each office)

    I understand we can gain this information at call backs, but it doesn't always happen. This information is crucial to feedback reports and can be done at the time of entry.

  7. Extra stats field in rental appraisal

    Have more than one line available for adding stats to a rental appraisal. Sometimes you might want to quote both 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Or give stats for two neighbouring suburbs.

  8. Ability to print a bank upload summary

    It would be good if we could print what transactions are in a "Bank Upload Summary" or ABA file. Currently there is only the ability to view the upload id, the contact, the amount, the created date and the transaction id over two different screens.

    When you have a second person processing the payments in the bank they can't see what they are paying, what bank account numbers the payments are going to etc.

    Currently the only way around it is to either print the ABA file which is not ideal OR print the days cashbook payments which gives you…

  9. Rotate Listing Photos Button

    Photos uploaded upside down or flipped should be rotatable within Rex and not externally. A simple button like all photo viewing applications should be added to correct rotated images.

  11. Individualised tracks, sms and email templates

    My work flow involves sending many emails and sms's from my crm. I would like to see the ability for each agent to add templates for their own use (not system wide which would confuse others). I have personalised emails, sms and tracks which I set up and therefore don't have to copy and paste from elsewhere, the ability to add form fields to auto-populate certain information is a real time saver.

  12. Upload photos to listing from Pocket

    Upload photos to listings from Pocket and not into documents.
    If property photos are on your phone they should be able to be uploaded directly onto the listing and in bulk - not one at a time.

  13. attachment size increase 2mb and remove vote system

    Hi Rex
    I have two ideas, please increase attachment size, 2mb is pitiful, as most pdf with a photo on is min 5 mb.
    Second idea is to remove voting system for ideas, what is the point of having ideas that have a constraint on them? especially in this era of the internet, I would encourage more ideas not stifle with a voting system ???

  14. Customise Caller ID Overlay

    Having caller ID that can overlay an incoming call is awesome. However, being able to customise the data overlaid would be amazing. For example, having the name and address pop up would be better as some contacts are easier to remember by address.

  16. Stop shutting the program down and having to re-sign in al the time. Drives me nuts!!!!!

    It is terribly annoying when you were just using the program a minute ago, and then you have to sign in again. Can you please stop this?

  17. Would love to be able to "live chat" the helpdesk

    To have help "at the ready" when I have a question (currently cannot find a phone number for the helpdesk and emails take too long).

  18. Relating a Contact to a Building.

    It would be handy if there was the option to relate a contact to a Building as you cal already relate a property to a building and a contact to a property.

    this feature would make managing related contacts to shopping centers and large buildings easier.

  19. Sending Brochures to 'Reverse Match' Contacts

    It think it would be really helpful to be able to have the brochures (not the link) sent in an email to contacts who are selected in a "Reverse Match" situation for a listing.
    We can then use this when we just list a property and send it to our database, if there is a new price change or if the property goes from one sale method to another (private treaty to auction for example).

    I'd like to see an option in the "template" that says something along the lines of "Property Brochure" or whatever, so when it is chosen…

  20. Property listing status: Off Market

    Can you please add a property status of "Off Market". Off market sales are becoming more common in the industry and we need a way to differentiate these listings on our website (i.e. not include them in currently For Sale listings). Note that Off Market listings are the same as For Sale, just a different flag or status. They are not withdrawn - they are for sale. Most other software has it under the Status property, along with For Sale, Withdrawn, Sold, etc.
