Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Creating a survey & collecting names & emails and feeding this direct into Rex - Newsletter Subscriptions
HI
We are wondering if there is a way to create a survey with check boxes relating to content people would like in a newsletter and how often they would like to receive that newsletter and also collects names and emails of these people.
Once we have that info can it be imported into REX?

Make Stream Printable
Please make the stream on a listing printable so that we can print these / export to then email or post to an owner. As the stream and feedback tab don't merge information, notes added to the stream don't appear in a vendor report and therefore it would be handy to print or export this information to then provide to an owner of the property.

One screen to process large (multiple property) supplier invoices (REA)
Rather than having to go to every properties VPA screen to manually check the amount matches the supplier invoice and then 'set supplier reference'.
There should be a dedicated admin screen that you can process the whole invoice. Ideally - select the supplier, add in the invoice number (supplier reference). Then you should be able to click the Red + button and search the listing and add in the amount.

Applying individualised VPA schedule notes in finance mode - time/date stamped
I would like to request that within the 'notes' area of the VPA marketing schedule it be formatted so that we have the capability to apply VPA notes individually that set with a time/date/author stamp for the user that is applying the note. This would allow for a much easier-to-follow area visually for all staff members to read and see exactly where a property is at with its marketing campaign, as well as being highly beneficial for the accounts department to look at and see the ‘when and why’ an extra item was added to the marketing schedule outside of…

Ability to add commission to appraisal and property once listed
It would be great if you could include a field for commission at the appraisal stage instead of notes so that it carries across once listed but also if you don't list their property and re-appraise at a later date, it would be good to be able to see what you have already quoted them.

Kiosk upgrade
We were wondering if it would be possible for the following features to be included in Kiosk:
To automatically send out to the viewers:
eg. 6 hours after the open home: "Are you interested? Please contact… "
and "Would you please complete this questionnaire to provide feedback for our vendor…"
then eg 24 - 48 hours later: “We could be dealing with multiple offers on this property. If you are interested please contact…”3 votes -

Add a dialogue box on REA and Domain etc where prospective tenants can pop their email in allowing you to correspond with them before an OFI
Having a dialogue box on REA listings and other REX fed advertising websites where a prospective tenant can insert their email/mobile quickly to allow for correspondence between property managers and prospective tenants to keep them up to date with OFI changes or alerts/register interest for inspection. Rather than/as well as current option where people can email the agent through REA

Pocket Kiosk - Option to delay open home messages
When entering buyers into pocket as they attend an open home, it would be great to be able to delay the message that is sent to the buyer so that the message can read "thank you for attending our open home" rather then "welcome to our open home". If the message can be delayed then it can be sent an hour after each open home.

REX - Add Reverse match menu item - to automatically filter by active campaign option ( excludes unsubscribed email/sms campaigns )
When you perform a reverse match, it brings up everyone with a 'match profile'. However, it does not exclude people that have unsubscribed from sms/emails.
We're seeing occurrences where buyers are getting annoyed because they have unsubscribed from communication, but still have an active match profile in the system.
This issue is compounded by the size of database/contacts that have an active match profile but have unsubscribed from email/sms communication. There is no way to see that in the reverse match list either without filtering further.
I see one of three possibilities.

Re-inspection notification
Notifications to pop up when using the Pocket app when entering OFI attendees that have inspected more than once. For example if this person has inspected the property once before, a notification should appear informing that this person is re-inspecting

Have the ability for Admin Staff to draw up a draft OFI planner for sales team, with the ability to be individually or block approved.

Ability to create E- Books/ Web Books
EXAMPLE LINK BELOW!!!
Rex currently offers the use of E-Brochures that can be sent to clients who check into an Open Home etc.. however they do not have an option for E-Books / Web Books. With technology rapidly changing & with multiple realestate agencies already using E-books for multiple reasons, it would be very useful if this function was available.

Include 'whole campaign' in Vendor Reports
It would be helpful to be able to select 'whole campaign' when creating weekly vendor reports as currently you have to figure out which date it was listed each time you create on if you would like to include the entire history.

We would like to be able to feature a property on the front of the Property Report Lists that we hand out to the public.
The property report lists are very plain and we would like to be able to choose a property to print on the front each week like a feature property.

Add an e-Newsletter opt-in check box to the Kiosk app
We have difficulty making our sales agents sign buyers up for our eNewsletter. Adding an e-Newsletter opt-in check box to the Kiosk app would be an extremely easy way to sign them up when entering an open house. It would be a simple checkbox, so it would be a simple yet powerful feature to add.
