Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  2. Search Notes

    It would be helpful to be able to search through notes.
    We have a fair bit of information on our notes and the ability to search through these would help us greatly.
    Some of our older contacts have notes with old property information, being able to do a keyword search through these notes would help us to find these records..

  3. A System User Report.

    I'd like to suggest a way of printing off a progress report for Staff members.

    For my particular role i need to keep track of my work load as i need to provide to the Principal what i have been doing with my time. so tracking the calls, emails and actions made either per day, week or month.

    I think a feature like this would be useful for the following people:

    *Principals to follow up with staff members productivity
    *Agents who are needing to keep up with prospecting calls
    *any one who is commission driven and wanting to hit specific…

  4. Filter for "unconditional" Contract Status

    Currently REX is able to filter all Contract Status areas, except the "unconditional" status. It would be most helpful to be able to filter the list of current "unconditional" status Contracts along with all the other ones currently available.

  6. Google Docs Upload option for Documents tab

    The ability to link to shared Google docs in Rex would be very helpful. To be able to put a file in your own google docs account and then have Rex able to send the link to contacts.

    This way there wouldn't be any issues with files/links expiring.

  7. AGENT LEDGER's must be printable

    Agent Ledgers MUST be printable, otherwise it is difficult to have agents check and approve their payments.

  9. commission wont accept $ value or 3 decimal places

    Agents commission wont accept $ value or 3 decimal places - eg Barca Commissions wrong as the system doesn’t support 3 decimal places. Rex have advised the agents commission in the workbook is a guide and no support will be offered? Becoming an issue with new agents rates also as are all out by cents.

  12. Able to make a custom field 2 columns wide to assist with screen layout

    Would be good to be able to nominate a field to be two columns wide, and/or ability to insert a "blank column spacer" that we can assign to either the left or right column.

    Currently custom fields simply find the next available space, however this is not always preferential; depending on the context that info is being displayed for.

    Being able to put one field (i.e. their holiday home address) that takes up the entire row, while putting the "Need an appraisal" checkbox on the row below.

    If it squeezes both onto the one line, the holiday house address is…

  13. Change List Agent

    It would be great to have a "mass action" button on listings, to change the listing agents in bulk.

    This would help when agents go on leave and another agent needs to be the "listing agent" whilst they are on leave....

    Then when the agent returns off leave, the mass action could again be preformed to put the orginal agent back on as the listing agent.

  14. Being able to attached contact to emails sent (Regarding) not just properties

    When we send a quick email we are able to select the property it is regarding. It would be great to do the same thing with contacts. Currently if we send an email to our agents regarding a contact the only place that email shows is in the agent's stream. It would be good if it could be seen it the contacts stream as well.

  15. Add Award Allocation (commission split) to the commission cashflow sheet

    Currently use the commission cash flow sheet to import into our company cash flow. It would be great is this commission sheet showed where there is more than one contract agent. Example, the award allocation is 50% each across two agents. Some of our agents are paid commissions at different rates so it would be good to see all agents that are part of that sale. My cash flow will then be able to calculate commissions payable more accurately.

  16. Automatic events 'Triggered' from Dates

    REX needs to create some sort of ‘Auto-Alert’ system (separate from a Track) that enables the user to set up automatic events triggered from an event/date.
    My previous CRM used to have this and it was AWESOME! You could set up an alert to email you a reminder say 7 days out from the triggered ‘settlement date’ etc. Please see the screen shots attached to give you some ideas as to what one could create “Alerts” on so they didn’t have to take the time to ‘count back’ from dates/events and try to assign some sort of track.

    For the OFI list to pull through the sale's reps photos and have an option to pull through less listings per page enabling description text to pull for each listing.

    Create a report which has all property information on one download.

    1. Current Listings
    2. Listing Price
    3. Date Listed
    4. Date Expires
    5. Sold Properties
    6. How much sold for and date
    7. Who is the agent for each
    8. Withdrawn listings

    Also would like a single report for properties under contract:
    1. Address
    2. Agent
    3. Contract Date
    4. Sold Price
    5. Commission Rate
    6. Building & Pest Date
    7. Finance Date
    8. Unconditional Date
    9. Settlement Date

  19. Sort listings by contract status

    It would be great to be able to sort listings by contract status - when viewing the list of current listings, it would help to be able to sort by status, to see all 'unconditional', 'under contract' etc. listings grouped together, rather than having to scroll through all the listings looking one by one.

  20. Update Contact Information Automatically

    Another CRM that we used to use allowed every contact in the database to be contacted twice a year to update their details. Can you please do this?

    An email goes out with a form for the contact to update and then it automatically updates in REX
