Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Marketing Calendar in Listing
A small monthly calendar on each listing card to mark/colour code the launch date, print advertising appearance date & upcoming auction.

New contact type required
I need a new type of contact added to the contacts drop down selection.
Sometimes, a person is not an owner, past owner, tenant or past tenant.
They may be an agent or some other type of contact for the property.It would be good to be able to define someone as an "agent" or "contact"

Sold listings show in the KPI report
It'd be convenient to show the Sold Listings within the KPI Report.
Keeping the KPI Report the same, just include the Sold Listings also.

Shortcut to add tags on the dashboard while looking at reminders
Currently while you are on the dashboard within reminders you can through quick view add the following to a contact

Group types of feedback together
Group category's together in feed back eg "Private Inspections" Open Home Inspections" , "Email Inquiry", "Phone Inquiry", Walk In Inquiry", "Offers". This would make finding information on a particular feedback much easy and vendor reports would read better.

Tags to be added to System Lists
I thought it would be great to see Tags be added to reporting or system lists. For example if I wanted to run a list on previous buyers so I can quickly go down the list by clicking on the highlighted contact name rather than exporting a CSV which what is available now.

De-duplication of single agent contacts
Is there any chance you could add an 'Owner' criteria for searching duplicates?
Our agents like to list duplicate contacts so they can own them but I have found that there are duplicates within there own contact list.3 votes -
Generic Company Newsletter that can be imported into that Company's various Franchises
I have to manually set up over 210 newsletters every bi-month with 80% same content, but those 210 newsletters are not all for the same franchise. Is there any way I can set this up just the once, and then 'upload it' into every franchise for each specified salesperson relative to that franchise and then just change out specific details to personalise them?
This would save a lot of time, and potential errors.

Adding a new property to an existing client in Pocket
POCKET- Adding a property to an existing client on pocket can't be done unless you add the client and the property separately, then link the 2. This is time consuming for busy agents and not easy to do on the run.

15% GST after agents deductions and with holding tax has been paid
My agents are GST registered so I need to pay them commission plus GST. There is no where for me to add this on the commission worksheet. Instead of a deduction I need an addition. I have tried putting GST in as a negative deduction (which would work fine) however when I saved the worksheet it put the amount back to zero so it doesn't accept the negative number.
This commission worksheet is not useful to me if I cannot add GST as all of my agents are GST registered. Surely this problem has come up before??

Automatic remove buyer or seller tag when property sold
When a property is sold I have found that unless I manually remove the buyer tag and sellers tag from the seller that particularly buyers who literally just brought a property are receiving email alerts for properties for sale so I just think it would be great if the buyers tag was automatically removed once a property was sold or possibly an alert to ask the question once it goes to sold if you would like to keep the buyer tag for example. I am not really sure but I have learnt I have to remember to remove them and…

UNCONDITIONAL CONTRACT STATUS PORTAL FEED TO REA:
It would be great if consideration could be given to the default portal feed for when a property is updated to unconditional in REX, to match the policy requirements of the REA portal feeds (i.e. REA policy requires them to be notified within 72 hours of an unconditional property that the property has been "sold", however REX currently doesn't provide this update to sold in their unconditional portal feed to REA, so the property remains as Under Offer on REA (when this is actually against their policy). Filter Automatic Update between ID & Date range
Quick Filter of Automatic Updates
I there was a quick way to go:
Filter
My contacts
Anyone that received an automatic update (re new property or price change etc)
Between certain dates
then this would create a great list to prospect and cleanse and refine buyer match.
To be able to do the same thing, you will need to look at every new release or price change from any agent and manually go in to find just that one group.

email multiple property owners
If there are multiple owners to one property, I would like to be able to email them all as main recipients without having to search for their email and CC them.

Notification When Clients are reassigned between agents
We assign our leads out on a rotation system. To do this the leads all get assigned to one staff member, tracks added, emails sent, then reallocated to the acting agent. When these leads are relocated we do not receive any notifications between agents.
A simple notification saying "a lead was just allocated to you by x user" would prove to be very handy.1 vote -
Invoices
It would be great to be able to see the description of the invoice on both the statement and also the "invoices and payments" tab without having to generate the invoice itself.

Assign record owner to properties on Pocket to identify who owns what record
Agents when working off a tablet or phone using the Pocket app can't identify that they are the owner of the record when searching a property. This needs to be updated so that agents can easily identify who in the office 'owns' what contact / property when working away from the office.

Update other agents client note from pocket
When calling other agents client to offer feedback or book inspections from Pocket, ability to update that client with a note about the call. Currently denies access to add note...although access is available from desktop REX to add note..but not make changes.
