Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

In KIOSK be able to capture buyer SUBURB informationHello wonderful people at Rex Why oh why oh why oh why can we not capture buyer suburb details on kiosk?? Do you not understand how important it is to be able to cross reference a name to a suburb as a real estate agent when at an open home? Often if you ask a buyer will not tell you, however on the current registration method with Homepass, an address field is there enabling me to ask which suburb the buyer is from. Ability to add commission to appraisal and property once listedIt would be great if you could include a field for commission at the appraisal stage instead of notes so that it carries across once listed but also if you don't list their property and re-appraise at a later date, it would be good to be able to see what you have already quoted them. 1 vote

Kiosk upgradeWe were wondering if it would be possible for the following features to be included in Kiosk: 
 To automatically send out to the viewers:
 eg. 6 hours after the open home: "Are you interested? Please contact… "
 and "Would you please complete this questionnaire to provide feedback for our vendor…"

Pocket Kiosk - Option to delay open home messagesWhen entering buyers into pocket as they attend an open home, it would be great to be able to delay the message that is sent to the buyer so that the message can read "thank you for attending our open home" rather then "welcome to our open home". If the message can be delayed then it can be sent an hour after each open home. 1 vote

Re-inspection notificationNotifications to pop up when using the Pocket app when entering OFI attendees that have inspected more than once. For example if this person has inspected the property once before, a notification should appear informing that this person is re-inspecting 1 vote

Ability to create E- Books/ Web BooksEXAMPLE LINK BELOW!!! 
 Rex currently offers the use of E-Brochures that can be sent to clients who check into an Open Home etc.. however they do not have an option for E-Books / Web Books. With technology rapidly changing & with multiple realestate agencies already using E-books for multiple reasons, it would be very useful if this function was available.

Include 'whole campaign' in Vendor ReportsIt would be helpful to be able to select 'whole campaign' when creating weekly vendor reports as currently you have to figure out which date it was listed each time you create on if you would like to include the entire history. 1 vote

Trust receipts - We are moving to another banking institution and your trust receipts don't have any reference to which trust account. ie. BTrust Receipts - Please put bank name on receipts.

Contract summary sheet - buyer detailsAt the moment the summary sheet doesnt merge the buyers phone number or email across. It only merges the sellers. It would be great if a merge field for the buyer phone number and email could be created. 0 votes

Address calendarEnable the address of the appointment to be entered into the calendar "address / location" field. This enables the appointment location to be easily read (if different to the property this is related to), as well as being able to easily select the address and open in maps for navigation. 1 vote

Vendor Report - Be able to editIt would be ideal to be able to edit the vendor report - change around the order, make it more concise, save paper etc. The ability to duplicate and edit it as similar to brochures. The current design is non-environmentally friendly and we'd love to be able to change and edit the layout. 12 votes

Having ability to email REX commission statements to agents personal email addressWhen we post payroll commissions through REX we only have the option to email commission statements to work emails, there should be an option in the staff user settings to send commission statements to an alternative email address as this is confidential information. 2 votes

Vendor Reports need HOT COLD WARM leads fixedOn the vendor report, the HOT/WARM/COLD breakdown is referencing the entire list of enquiries, when it should only be talking about customers that have actually inspected. 2 votes

Reminder FiltersA way to filter reminders by tags on a contact or possibly add a custom filter in the reminders section. We have created a 'team' profile in Rex and there will be at least 3 people using the profile (as part of a team) and we are wanting the ability to filter their reminders so that they can see their own reminders. 0 votes

By Appointment option in EventsI'd really like to see a By Appointment or Inspect By Appointment in the Events tab options. Being a country and rural area numbers for Open Homes are not large for weekends. We also do printed ads in the newspapers. To fill a 6th, 8th or 10th spot we often add a By Appointment. This might seem superfluous but people DO book it for the Saturday. It also balances the ads. It would be great for the Open For Inspection weekly newsletter to emulate the printed versions and to have By Appointments listed. It would be great for Rex to… 1 vote
