Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Add Newsletter Templates as part of Tracks
Would like to add Newsletters to a task Track.
For example, we'd like to create a series of emails explaining the benefits of dealing with our agency. One benefit for each Newsletter.
Build into the Track that Wk1 send Newsletter Template #1
4 Days later send Newsletter Template #2
14 days later send Newsletter Template # 3 etc.....Make a note against the contact's history that this Newsletter was sent

Add more information to listing
For example vendor name & contact information, legal details, solicitors, rates, GV which is in the core part of the REX listing.

Add reminders categories
Being able to sort reminders by priority has been a welcome addition, however it would also be handy to be able to add categories to reminders, to enable grouping a day's reminder tasks into say 'prospecting calls', 'buyer follow up calls', 'vendor calls', etc.

Not For Sale (NFS) Status - Warning before hold/contract
Hello REX,
Thanks for implementing the NFS status for listings. This has been an extremely helpful feature for us. Especially now that you can visually see within the listing and projects view that its not for sale.The issue we have is that although its "Not For Sale" you can still create a hold / contract.
Could you considering an error message stating: "Please mark listing 'for sale' before creating a hold/contract"
Then not allow a hold / contract until this is done.Thanks in advance.

Problems within a listing
When a problem has occurred with a listing that prevents you from 'publishing' - allow you to click and REX will then take you to where the actual problem lies and it direct you to what needs to be added/changed.

Once emails are sent - allow yourself to be able to view all 'sent' emails

Making Rex work for 2 agents who have teamed up together.
Hi it would make life so much easier for 2 agents working together as a team if their accounts were merged for billing, reminders and tasks. i have been informed that you are not able to make the 2 agents as one on rex however are you able to make so more than 1 agent can be billed for the same thing and it automatically 50/50 the debt and also that any tasks and or reminders would go to both agents.

match
Hi Team can we please have the match option search on Postcode rather than specific suburb. We have north sough east and west all with same suburb but if a listing only falls into one of these suburbs they wont pick it up unless it is specific.

Rental & Sale Booklet/ Report Templates
There has now been an update to show open for inspection times on both reports - but it will only list the next open time.
So if we are opening that property twice a week it will only show the first one for the week and not the second and will only show the second once the first has been completed.
We would like it to be modified so that it will list every open time for that property in that week to make it easier for the clients coming in to collect the rental list and sales list and…10 votes -
Additional conditions wrongly including today as due date
In the Change Status screen - Finance and Deposit in ‘additional conditions’ – when ticked automatically inserts todays date not date satisfied and not option to change [We have been adding in all conditions in the ‘conditions’ section so the satisfied dates can be changed]. We do not use these becuase of this and they are all showing as overdue on agents dashboards

View solicitor details
Under Legal tab, vendor solicitor, can we please be able to click on their name and see phone number, email etc?

Search under location
To enhance search capabilities to enable search under contact's location -for when they have bought in the area, you have not appraised and added them to property section but may wish to contact them based on their street address in the future.

Listing expiry defaults
Could you please have an alert is an agent forgets to put an expiry date in. Recently one of my salespeople entered a listing and forgot the expiry date. There wasn't anything to alert them to this. The listing was published on our site. Because there wasn't an expiry date it didn't appear on our report to remind the salesperson

Ability to change/edit a condition date
The ability to change a date from the dashboard instead of having to go into the property and then selecting legal etc etc etc.
Contract conditions often get extended and the ability to easily edit the condition date would save so much time.

KPI reporting
We would like to be able to customise a KPI report that can show the following information
1. # of appraisals within a period
2. # of new and current listings within a period
3. # of sales within a period
4. $ value of VPA within a period
5. Database entries - ie Activity completed & feedback added
6. Gross commission income earnt within a periodWe want to be able to measure these KPI's by individual agents. At the moment we would have to get this information from 4 or 5 different reports.

The difference between a property page and listing page should be more visibly different ( different page colour maybe ? )
I would like the property page and the listing page to be visibly different from one another . In administration when working with both and jumping from one to the other it would save time . I am constantly interrupted by calls, walk ins, staff etc so if the listing page was for example YELLOW then I would not have to recheck where i was at . Both pages look the same at a glance and a small house or sign icon just isn't enough .

Inactive option for staff who still have outstanding contracts.
We need an inactive option for users once they finish up, regardless of the status of any outstanding contracts/settlements. This would allow us to cancel the 'user' without affecting the listing/contract record.

Stocklists
Under stocklists when we print the lists only one open home comes up we would like both our upcoming open homes (saturday / sunday) to appear as we use these flyers to give to buyers so all our weekend open homes are showing with viewing times

Add individual Solicitors
It would be great it you could add individual solicitors to the firm as well. Solicitors company first and then individual acting for the Vendors, so you have both the firm and the individual on the listing and merging through to REINZ
