Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Ability for agent's EBU to filter their lead agent's enquiry through PocketMost agents have a team of assistants/sales associates around them. We would like for these team members to be able to filter their lead agent's email enquiries through Pocket so they can respond to enquiry. 4 votes

Converting email newsletters into PDFIt would be awesome if we could download a newsletter sent to our database in PDF format, or be able to generate a web link so the newsletter web link can be distributed via Social Media such as on our company Facebook page. Please!!!

Pocket Inbound CallsIf a customer is already in REX/Pocket, we want the ability to be able to raise feedback/add notes for an INBOUND call, just like you can when you initiate an outbound call. 5 votes

View which contact have received & opened a Reverse Match when instigated from a ListingWhen you do a reverse match from a listing, it would be ideal to be able to: 
 1) track that this was actually done - currently there is no way of knowing if it has been sent and moves into the realms of spam if someone else in the office does it again
 2) track who it was sent to, and if they opened the email
 3) add this stuff into the Vendor Reporting module too please7 votes

buyer matchIt would be helpful if you were able to use a map (perhaps google maps) to select suburbs for a buyer match rather then type in individual suburbs. For example if a buyer want suburbs in the East of Adelaide, you would be able to draw an area/select various suburbs. This could then link with current listings if they come up or already exist in those areas. 4 votes

Match Profiles - Ability to select to come from different agents (not only contact owner)We suggest to be able to create match profiles allocated for each agent/ different agents, so that when “Agent A” creates a match profile for that contact an email will come from “Agent A” rather than the “Agent B” who is the “owner” of that contact as buyers come through and speak to many agents and not only the one person. We want to avoid having once person set up in REX with 4 different agents. but our agents able to create a match profile for that person (even if they don't "own" that contact/person. 25 votes

Permissions to stop access reports showing Commissions etc while allowing KPI reports etcWe have come across a major problem with the permissions in REX. There is no way to use permissions to stop the viewing and printing of Commissions Earned by Agents, Sales by Award, Sales by Participation, Gross Commission, High Level Sales. We just need the option for a user to generate KPI reports, VPA reports and generate pending contract conditions without access the confidential commissions etc. We need permissions to stop the ability to view the confidential information. 9 votes

Ability to save and print full REX email messageOccasionally it is necessary to send people a correspondence trail for a property. So the ability to be able to save a REX email message content including the to/from/date/message content & list of attachments would be very helpful. Currently you can only screen capture parts of the message which is both messy and time consuming. 3 votes

Add/Integrate REX to Facebook LeadsLead ads are the best way to run lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Lead ads let people show their interest in a product or service by filling out a form in the ad with their details and allowing a business to follow up with them. we would like REX to be on the panel of CRM's that Facebook can link to so these leads come through automatically into REX. 32 votes

Invoice dateWe currently charge out advertising only when the property is advertised (week to week) however when we raise the actual invoice the actual date (of advertising) does not show on the invoice, raising doubts to vendors that the property was actually advertised. We particularly find this when a vendor withdraws a property from sale and we issue a final invoice...if it doesnt print with a date they get suspicious. 7 votes

A report for enquiry sourceA report that indicates the most successful to least successful inquiry source. For example it could allow you to see if domain is providing more enquiries then realestate.com is. This could be show in a pie chart or bar chart also. 16 votesThanks for the suggestions everyone! Mass Action option to add properties to a builiding in property listSometimes the add associated properties function does not work in a building (the properties don't show up) . To have the option to add them to a building from the property list page would be a second way to do that in bulk 4 votes

Match Alert Engagement StatisticsIt would be great to be able to see/track the engagement / results of match alerts (new listings etc). We are able to view the subscriber activity for newsletters however not for match alerts. 
 It would assist in accurately targeting buyers / showing our sellers who is engaging with their property.14 votes

GCI to show in agent dashboardIn other similar software programs, each agent is able to see exactly what GCI they have written in a chosen period. This is a good motivator and certainly people talk about it between each other as healthy competition. When we used CD, it was a great accountability measure and for strong performers, they want to know anyway! The data is there, it would just be an additional feature to the dashboard, and certainly one that is found in most other CRM's for real estate. OFI call backs - see notes while calling them backWhen making call backs would be great if had a easy to use system to quiclky look at the list of OFI attendees with notes they made, and interest level. At the moment (attachment) you have the contact deatils and number but would be great if another row had there comments, if a section 32 was sent, there interest level in the property, if they want to be kept in the loop on the property or no further interest 6 votes
