Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

A report for enquiry source
A report that indicates the most successful to least successful inquiry source. For example it could allow you to see if domain is providing more enquiries then realestate.com is. This could be show in a pie chart or bar chart also.
16 votesThanks for the suggestions everyone! We’ll be looking at ways in which we can support this, as we agree that better exposing enquiry sources provides a lot of value. We will keep everyone posted if this feature progresses.

Mass Action option to add properties to a builiding in property list
Sometimes the add associated properties function does not work in a building (the properties don't show up) . To have the option to add them to a building from the property list page would be a second way to do that in bulk

GCI to show in agent dashboard
In other similar software programs, each agent is able to see exactly what GCI they have written in a chosen period. This is a good motivator and certainly people talk about it between each other as healthy competition. When we used CD, it was a great accountability measure and for strong performers, they want to know anyway! The data is there, it would just be an additional feature to the dashboard, and certainly one that is found in most other CRM's for real estate. Happy to provide more details, but it's really as simple as that! Thanks for considering.

Match Alert Engagement Statistics
It would be great to be able to see/track the engagement / results of match alerts (new listings etc). We are able to view the subscriber activity for newsletters however not for match alerts.
It would assist in accurately targeting buyers / showing our sellers who is engaging with their property.13 votes -
Key register report
Key register report to be printable in alphabetical order of address, as well as, key order. A1, A2 etc

OFI call backs - see notes while calling them back
When making call backs would be great if had a easy to use system to quiclky look at the list of OFI attendees with notes they made, and interest level. At the moment (attachment) you have the contact deatils and number but would be great if another row had there comments, if a section 32 was sent, there interest level in the property, if they want to be kept in the loop on the property or no further interest

Listed Price to appear on the Stage Stock List
On the Project Stage Stock List tab, to add a column for the listed price and possibly the sold price..

Report for automatic update alerts
When an automatic update is sent once a property goes live – it would be great to be able to download a report to see who has clicked on the property and viewed it once they have received the alert?
This would be beneficial to show our vendors as well as follow up on the individuals who have clicked on the property as we would know that this may be of interest to them.
Saves time as well for us having to create a newsletter specifically for that property just to see the activity.

Create brochure
When clicking on Brochure it defaults to the photos in order as per the listing.
I would like an option to select which photos go on brochure/window rather than the default.
No point creating our own brochure as the photo number would be different for each property..............10 votes -
Commission Deductions & Agent Invoices: to show up on sales persons Commission Statement in payrun
It would be great if a sales reps deductions listed on the commission sheet was shown on the sales persons commission statement when doing the pay run. So they know why their cut of the commission is less than they might think.
Examples are when the rep spends more on marketing than the vendor agrees or there is a PA that needs to be paid etc.
At the moment the only way we can do it is to go from the listing card to the agent ledger screen and put them in.
It seems quite clunky.
Also with agent invoices…

Vendor property preview
We would like to be able to send our Vendors a preview of what their property looks like before it goes live as often they want to make changes to the photo order and wording etc, so that they can view the whole property details and photos.

Second Agent on Open Home
At almost all of our open homes, we have two agents attend and work with the buyers, this helps when we have very busy open homes or if one agent is caught up talking to a buyer.
I would like the option to add two agents to an open home so that we can both register buyers while the open home is on or add notes while the other agent is talking to the buyer.23 votes -

vendor report
When creating a Vendor Report I'd love the opportunity to have a few selectable timeframes available. 'Entire Campaign', 'This Month' and 'This Week' make sense to me. I usually email the report through to my vendors so to speed that up pre-filling 'To' with the attached property owner and 'Regarding' with the property we're doing the report on would be idea. A stretch request would be to have a variable subject that is set somewhere in settings which would let us pull in variables like the property address etc so we could set a subject like, 'Vendor report for [property]…

Allow agents to amend the commission worksheet/settlement statement
As an agency who want to use the commission worksheets without having the trust accounting function activated, we would like to be able to state that we have received the deposit and have the worksheet calculate this. We want the total commission owing at the bottom to be commission, plus what is outstanding in VPA less the deposit that has been paid. Maybe providing us a tick box option to say that it has been paid. Or even allowing us to make changes to the final commission worksheet before finalising it to send.

Different Projects Views
The ability to have different views for Projects would be beneficial to us. When we have a project that is 'inactive' it would be great to have it show in a separate area - much like the Listings section has a 'Current' and 'Sold' section.
