Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Show when a listing is 'Under Offer' in the search bar
When a listing is 'Withdrawn' or 'Sold' it shows the listing status clearly in the search bar. However, when a property is 'Under offer', it shows the listing as 'Current.' It would be great if we could have the listing showing as 'Under Offer' and not 'Current'

Alerts for co-workers you've added to your calendar appointment
When you invite a co-worker to your appointment in calendar, they don't receive an alert or option to accept/decline like outlook would.
You have to physically tell them that you have added an appointment to their calendar, make sure they saw it and find out if they can make it, otherwise it just slips in there undetected and can easily be missed.3 votes -
Reverse match sellers with properties you have sold keeping them updated and touched
Just like the buyer match with the automatic email or SMS that is sent out, I would like to be able to do this for all the tagged sellers in our system that have property attributes and details listed against their property to match against just sold properties.
For example we just mark as sold a property at 123 Swan Street in Melbourne which was a three bedroom 2 bathroom double garage on 800 square metres, all sellers in our system that have a property that is within the same suburb (or if possible a radius of that sale location),…

Adding where enquiry came from to the feedback note when reporting for vendors
Adding where enquiry came from to the feedback note when reporting for vendors. If a vendor comes from Canvassing, REA, RCA or CRE you cant see on the actual feedback note from that person, agents are manually noting it above notes from their calls.

Easy access for prospective clients to sign up for our newsletter
Currently there is no widget or link that for prospective buyers/interested clients to sign up for newsletters. We have to add them!
If we could add a widget to the main page of our real estate website this would allow all traffic that visits to sign up for our newsletter, allowing us to keep in contact with new, old and current clients. A great opportunity to gain new business.
This is not available currently and needs to be made!!
The more business we have the better REX will do. Roll on effect!

enquiry link that is coneected to an agent and can be sent via text to an enquiry so they can add their details and match preferences
Create a html link/qr unique to an agent that can be forwarded to an enquiry on the fly allowing them to enter their details and match preferences including specific property (not mandatory) which goes directly into rex linked to the agent. Would be awesome if it could be done out of pocket too.

Address line visible from Contacts view
In order to make relevant calls to relevant contacts, the address fields should be visible from the contact view in Rex desktop.
This would allow prospecting, tagging, adding reminders, etc based on address.
Whilst Related Properties is a function in Rex, a large imported database needs time to add these, and the use of this field would aid the data entry process as well.1 vote -

I have Reminders in my list which are anniversary calls but they don’t have the property address.
Can this be added to this view? Both in Rex desktop and so we can make our calls from Pocket which is the easiest way to make and log a call at the same time.
I have to click into the Reminder, click again into the Contact, then scroll down to see their address in the field.

Archived Key Report
A list of all archived keys within a specific period.

When sharing the e-brochures, feature a property photo on the left hand side, where currently just a grey box shows
When sharing property e-brochures, the link shows a grey box to the left of the link.
It would be a great feature to show a photo of the property in that area.
I believe this would increase the number of click throughs to the property listing and look much smarter on social media.2 votes -
Security/Privacy
Our IT providers noted the PDF files accessed in Rex download to the local PC, not viewed in the web. They noted it may be a concern if information from REX is of a confidential nature since it will be stored on a BYOD device. They recommended REX consider limiting access to web-based views only

Pocket calendar to show the day of the week
Currently Pocket only shows the Calendars appointments as e.g '10th May' can the day of the week be added eg 'Wednesday 10th May' as this will create more ease for agents when looking at appointments at quick glance.

The pdf size for letterhead for mail merges is too small. It needs to be around 500KB

By the time we compress to fit REX the colour images and logo goes fuzzy.
The smallest this file could be compressed is 471KB, too big for REX.3 votes -
Assign more than one Agent to Events
We need to be able to assign more than one agent to an event so it will show up in more than one agents calendar. We only have three people in our office and for rentals the event obviously needs to be assigned to our PM but they're not always the person who conducts the inspections.

letterhead
Would like to have more than one letterhead available. At present when we print letters, only have one letterhead uploaded. Would be great for the ability to choose a letterhead.

Add "Continuing" to Expiry input area of the listing.

***Add "Continuing" as an option rather than having to leave blank.Pros: Reporting on active listings shows listings missing an expiry date. This would help us to avoid missing end dates of expiries that weren't entered and wasting time looking to make sure we do have a current authority to act.

Commercial Sub Categories and Termionology
Under the Commercial Sub Categoriesone of the headings is Commercial Farming??? We dont use this in NZ but Im assumign its realted to Agriculture related commercial buildings.
Would be good to have another few categories added:
1. Commercial
2 Mixed Use - Commercial
3. Mixed Use- Industrial
4 Commercial / Industrial yardAlso would be great if Commercial Terminology was used within the commercial parts of the system - ie Lease Cost not Rent etc

Add Company and Position fields to the Indivduals Contact Card
When Entering a new contact it would be helpful to have fields where in addition to the individuals name and phone number you could also record the Company they work for and their Position within the company. In commercial real estate we often deal with corporates and have contact with multiple people within the same company ie: Managing Director, Head of Property, Head of Developments. I know you can add a Compnay and then link people but this would be easier and very helpful

Appraisals Lost or on the market integreated with Pricefinder or Corelogic
Adding the integration of appraisals with Pricefinder or Corelogic to REX CRM software would enable agents to easily manage their appraisals and listings. With this feature, agents can quickly see if a property is on the market with another agency and take action accordingly. Other CRM software already have this feature, so it would be beneficial for REX to incorporate it as well.
