It would be good to have a document attached to a stage/task of a track.

For example, the Track task is - Complete document XYZ - The staff can click and download the attached document from that task and complete it.

Currently, the way we manage this is by having a task state 'complete document XYZ' - staff then need to navigate to the shared folder, duplicate the document, and complete it.

The documents could be saved under the Rex agency profile, similar to saved photos for email merge templates.

This would mean a new blank document is downloaded each time, minimising staff errors or accidentally filling in the 'master' PDF file.
