Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

exterior
Can we have at least four exterior options - as we have in the features? Currently we can only have one and have to set tons of combinations up in the custom tab e.g. cedar, brick, linea, etc

Ability to show more than one OFI time on stock list
For example if a property is open more than once on the same day or a mid week and a Saturday - currently only the first occurring time for that week is showing.

Non admin users to see only their data
It would be great if sales agents could only see their personally entered data.
We can do this through filters but there is unnecessary mess when a new agent can see everyone contacts, properties and listings.
Ideally each user would only see the data they have personally entered and this could be done easily with a privilege setting. By only seeing personal data you could watch your database grow with relevant contacts that you have met or entered personally.
This would prevent agents marketing to others databases and allow new agents to build relationships with everyone they meet.3 votes -
Only see the correct tracks for the correct module
Right now you can see all tracks for all modules even if, for example, you're trying to assign a track to a contact, you can still see all the tracks for all the modules (contacts, listings and properties). It's annoying to have to sort through them all and it seems like an easy fix.
I think this will impact the learning curve for new agents and new users.

client login
Hi,
It would be great if there was an ability to give out a client login when listing a property and when it goes under offer. From there the clients could see due dates, status updates, see what VPA is spent or anything else that would help inform the client. Not all clients are available during the day or evenings to speak to someone.

Ability to switch between billing details for invoices.
When updating Billing details under Admin > Agency Setting and Branding it would be great if you could nominate multiple options and then have the ability to switch between theses options when creating invoices.

add appointments tab on the left side of home screen like the app shows.
there is no where to remind us to tick off appointments like reminders on the desktop.. there is on the app only

Commission Worksheets to be emailed
Commission Worksheets to be emailed to the salesperson with their statement. Each month, i am asked by the salespeople if they can have a break down of the commission split & any deductions as the statements don't show this. I have now started emailing these separately each month, as you can imagine with 7 agents in our office & more to come, this is very time consuming

A report that can be generated to show the source of a listing - eg. door knocking, phone prospecting.

RP Data imports - Garage to import not the open space
When importing from RP Data can we have the garage amount updated not the open space

Default/Long/Short Ad Exports
When exporting to brochures from external sources (LJ Hooker Promote) we would like to export the Long Ad not Default Ad as the Default Ad is too long for brochures, however, this is good for the internet adverts.

Better format for printing contacts by street for prospecting
I feel it would be hugely beneficial to be able to print out contacts on a street by street basis with out having to export the info. A format similar to how we print reminders/tasks from dashboard would be much more user friendly.
Maybe a small issue but for fma prospecting I think it would help a lot.1 vote -
Contract Date Reminders
I would be great if you could set tracks to look for dates within a contract. For example, you might want a reminder to send an email 1 week after a contract was supposed to Settle. Because contract dates can be different, you can't use the current way a track assigns. But if you could select contract dates - in this case 1 week after 'Settlement date' - it would change based on the contract.

change phone reminder's default "note type" to phone call
it would be good if the default "note type" for a phone call reminder was set to default to phone to be able to track the number of calls made.
It currently is set to default note, which doesn't add to the calls tally

comments for vendors on first page
Can we please have comments from buyers at the start of the vendor report instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom to view feedback/comments.

Have more Contract Status such as Hold, Contract Issued, Contract sent to Vendor, Contract Date, Cooling off Expiry date, Unconditional
It would be good if we could have more contract status rather than accepted, unconditional and settled. It helps in reporting when using the Projects App when dealing with multiple contracts in the one project.

Other Agents Board needs an Auction category
When entering OABs we need to have a category for Auction and somewhere to put the auction date so the property can be monitored

Data base privacy.
We would like individual agents to only see the data they have entered and company contacts (eg solicitors, etc).
It is very messy and creates issues when each agents can see every appraisal, and contact from the whole business even if they cant edit this info.
If it were a privilege option business owners could restrict who sees what. Agents would still have the ability to share info with other agents if desired or retain their contacts as their own.
I would like a user privilege setting to prevent a user from seeing any contact or property they have not…3 votes
