Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Tracks and SMS templated merges
I feel like this isn't as much a suggestion, rather a imperfection. When working in a team it is important to be able to delegate tasks to other members therefore I have created a track for buyers. This track is assigned to my assistant Jess who will send an SMS on my behalf welcoming the buyer to our club and what to expect. Only problem is that when Jess goes to her reminders/tasks for the day and selected merg and send it sends the message from her number. I feel there are many solutions to this problem. I am also…

rental price guide figure
Is there a way to have the rental price guide added to either the More info tab near the rates information or added to key details on a listing? This would make it faster and easier to find a rental guide figure of other agents listings when on the phone.

Invoice date
We currently charge out advertising only when the property is advertised (week to week) however when we raise the actual invoice the actual date (of advertising) does not show on the invoice, raising doubts to vendors that the property was actually advertised. We particularly find this when a vendor withdraws a property from sale and we issue a final invoice...if it doesnt print with a date they get suspicious.

Improved Vendor Reporting via salutations & intro
Why is there no auto salutation in the comments. This seems a basic programming thing that would make the Opening/default phrase more friendly and customer like'
ie Dear ( Bob) and (Helen), Hope you are well. Your property has attracted (xx) visits on the internet this week bringing the cumulative total since listing to(yyy) for "on-line viewings" -Then edit individual comments.
This should be easy as each vendor has this data already populated. If you are doing vendor reports for 50 clients it is a drag to have to keep checking all this stuff. The Sales Secretary need only populate…1 vote -
Change vendor report to have Photo first, then client feedback
Simple change, just to have the Address first, photo second, then the feedback from buyers that have inspected below.

Brochures; On the A3 Window Cards, is it possible to have a leased sign - on a slight angle at the top left corner of the property photo

Make "source" field optional in leads, so they can be processed quicker
we tend not to use the source field for enquiries that much,and it's VERY frustrating that for Every. Single. Lead. I have to click "edit details" then select the source, then click save, THEN process the lead....
The source is great if you're interested in tracking those things, but if not, its a highly annoying set of steps to go through when processing every single enquiry. Other than for statistical purposes and reporting, I don't see why the source field is a required field in order for me to reply to the lead....

Filter Option for Buildings

Date
It would be useful to have a today option below for the calendar to save filtering through the arrows to get to todays date. Some reports automatically start at other irrelevant months, just a suggestion.

Rename of Trust Account Payment Receipt
Please can we request that the 'Trust Account Payment Receipt' be renamed ' 'Trust Account Payment Remittance' as this is showing a payment is being made, not received. Our Auditors brought this up last year.

Other Details & 'Key Features'
In the "other details" & "Features" tab under "more info" there are only a few options for other details that show on Realestate.co.nz. We would like to see alot more features added like other companies have so our purchasers can see ALL features to the property not just a few. We think this is extremely important and can see other businesses can do this.

Allow Template emails to include nominated contacts in the template (i.e. mortgage broker, PA) who also receive it
Allow Template emails to include nominated contacts in the template (i.e. mortgage broker, PA) who also receives it when I send it to the primary contact.
Some template emails need to "CC" certain people (i.e my mortgage broker or VA).
For example, when we refer a customer to a mortgage broker, we have a template email that introduces them to the broker.
As part of the current process, we need to manually add the broker in the "CC" section AND we need to add our admin team (my VA) to receive the email.

Hi REX team,
Can you please have your developers work on a solution to eradicate the need for the Floor Plan to be a square 1:1 ratio file?
I know you do it as a "happy median" as your clients sometimes use A4 landscape and others have suppliers who give A4 portrait, but condensing it into a square makes it squishy and hard for buyers to interpret.
Additionally, Floor Plans don't traditionally look good in a square template anyway because of house layouts. It would be great if we could have the option to nominate a Floor Plan as either…

Ability to re-order photos using Pocket App
Would be great if agents had the ability to reorder photos using the Pocket App. They can then do this efficiently whilst out-and-about instead of needing to log into a computer and do it through the Rex program. I'm surprised this isn't a feature already to be honest.

Email alerts
I would like to receive email alerts when certain things happen in the stream. There is a lot of changes in the stream with all agents changing things and rental properties as well.
I would like to know specifically when a new sales listing goes up, a property is withdrawn or a price changes in sales.
I think it would be great if you could be notified immediately about these things and not have to keep checking the stream constantly for changes.
Especially when the feed contains things I don't want to see.

Have the listings on the KPI Report separated between Current Available Listings & Listings Under Offer
The KPI Report currently includes Under Offer listings under 'current listings'. I believe there should be a separate section for under offer listings & listings that are currently available.
