ie Dear ( Bob) and (Helen), Hope you are well. Your property has attracted (xx) visits on the internet this week bringing the cumulative total since listing to(yyy) for "on-line viewings" -Then edit individual comments.
This should be easy as each vendor has this data already populated. If you are doing vendor reports for 50 clients it is a drag to have to keep checking all this stuff. The Sales Secretary need only populate the views section and the vendor gets a great value intro that is warm and relevant. Agree that we need to edit"look what we've done" ..sounds arrogant and may not represent everything anyway.
