- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Email Merges / Templates to be listed alphabetically
would anyone else thing it would be incredibly handy to have the email template list in alphbetical order?
when we send mail merges out and select the template list, we find it incredibly frustrating to have to scroll down the list to find the template we are looking for, especially when there are several of the same type but to be sent to various people on the property and the templates arent listed together. surely it cant be that hard for Rex to come up with, what surely must be fairly simple, a solution to listing alphabetically?1 vote -

Owner & Vendor
Owner and Vendor is the same thing. Suggestion would be to enable Vendor to be selected from a Contact, with also the Vendors Solicitor in the field. We use repeat vendors using the same solicitor and having to double entry this all the time.
Also would be beneficial to be able to select Solicitor from dropdown or autosearch section

Auto fill Contact name when searched & they are not there
Just like when you are adding related contact or Property - you type in the name or Address and if they aren't there you can Add and it auto fills with what you have already typed there to search for... Add this same feature to the main search bar because now when you type in a name, its not there, you add it, you then need to write out that name again... I have older salespeople so the less typing for them the more they will actually use the system. Thanks!

Rental property 'per night' rate (holiday homes)
It would be great if there was a way of adding a 'per night' rate on the appraisal tab and when you list a property for rent.
