Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

When loading documents into a property, can they be transferred across to the next listing?
When loading documents into a property, can they be transferred across to the next listing? E.g my agents load their CMA reports, agency agreements, POI sheets etc into the doc. section on the property however when I then list the property, the documents don't pull through. Then I have to download them all, save them to drive, delete them from the property and then re-load into the listing.
Would save printing if they could be dragged across.. even just a tick box for which documents you want to copy over to the listing and which ones you want to stay…

Set default tracks to records
It would be really useful if we could set default tracks to different records.
For example, as soon as I set a property to "list" a track full of tasks for the agent to complete between listing and publishing a property automatically populates.
This could also apply to properties for "pre-list track" etc.
We have about 24 tracks and to make it as easy as we can for agents (and to ensure nothing is missed/messed up) just the single track would already be there, eliminating the risk of errors by agents.

Key register report
Key register report to be printable in alphabetical order of address, as well as, key order. A1, A2 etc

The "my contacts" list to have the address attached to the name so this can be printed.
When making calls we print out the contact list, however, we want to have the property address next to the persons name so we know which property we are talking about when speaking to them.

Click on Email Address and Mobile Numbers to send Merges to
It has been suggested before to be able to click on the email address you wish to send an email to, I think this is important, but as well with mobile Numbers. My office keeps couples in a single contact record, so we regularly have 2 emails and 2 mobile numbers on the same record. I think we should be able to mark for example, Daniel and Maddison, whose email is whose and whose mobile number is whose. and be able to decide to sms Daniel separately, or Maddison separately in the contact module.

Search for clients via their Location rather than Related Properties
When you have not connected a property to a client via Related Properties, but they have a street address in their Location, We need to search for those clients based on their street or suburb. We need searchable fields like House Number, Street Name, Suburb, that you can search individually.

Adjustment Reports
This is a report that should be available for print on meetings. It should show appraisals conducted, converted, lost, properties listed, under offer, unconditional and accepted for the previous week so the team is up to date with what is happening in the office. It is ridiculous to print 6 separate reports for one meeting.

Enquiry Monitoring
It would be great to be able to generate an in house report that shows the various enquiry sources and how much each source generated. Being able to analyse trends and monitor which sources are generating the most enquiry would make life a lot easier when creating and adjusting company marketing budgets.

Date examples next to merge selections
To make the process a little quicker, could we have an example next to each merge field selection when trying to create a new template. Or have selections where it shows the whole date?

Ability to save and print full REX email message
Occasionally it is necessary to send people a correspondence trail for a property. So the ability to be able to save a REX email message content including the to/from/date/message content & list of attachments would be very helpful. Currently you can only screen capture parts of the message which is both messy and time consuming.

Investment category
I would like a sub-category of 'Investment' or a checkbox for 'Tenanted' property so that it appears on commercialrealestate.com.au under the investment search.

Pocket Inbound Calls
If a customer is already in REX/Pocket, we want the ability to be able to raise feedback/add notes for an INBOUND call, just like you can when you initiate an outbound call.

Suburb or Agent Dependant Stocklists
Could you please implement a category of suburb or agent to the stocklists so that users are able to create stocklists for clients to browse through their individual listings in that suburb or for that agent without showing all listings for the entire agency. This would be healful for individual agents as well as clients looking in particular suburbs or areas. Even an option to select the listings which display and those that don't would work so that individual agents can select their listinsg or those that pertain to a particular suburb. Thank you,

Option to make the sold price not disclosed.
When marking a property as sold there should be an option to mark the sold price as not disclosed for those who do not wish to share this information with the public.

Icon for Car spaces on Holiday Rental Brochures
Please add a car space icon to the rental brochures
ATM the brochures don't allow a car space icon only bed bath and sleeps.
We think people also like to know that they can secure a car spot whilst on holiday.3 votes -
put vpa on a commission invoice and still process separately in Rex
Currently, if there is a VPA overspend or the VPA is paid at settlement, there is no way to combine a VPA and Comm invoice correctly. You can add a line to a comm invoice and manually put in the VPA but that doesn't reduce the un-invoiced section on the VPA screen and it over calculates the comm split during the pay run

Contingent Reminders
A reminder that is contingent upon a certain action taking place. For instance, when I mark a property as sold, I would like to be reminded to contact other properties in my database (in the same suburb) to let them know.
As we know, a lot of the moves we make in real estate are dependant on certain events taking place. Therefore, it would be great if our reminders had this functionality.

Can we please have the ability to print internal stocklists that include listings that have not yet been published.

Split records function for separations and divorces
As so much of the Real Estate sale business is based (unfortunately) on separations and divorces, it would be good to have a button/function where you can duplicate a record after settlement has occurred which will split out the records so that the former Mr & Mrs will now be two separate records meaning no awkward correspondence to the previously happy couple. :-)

Create permissions on the Marketing Tab so not all users can edit
Our marketing team is responsible for producing the marketing copy. With a large Sales & Property Management team, we would like to reduce the likelihood of any changes being made to the copy.
We would like a feature that would enable a read-only function for the Marketing tab.
