Rather than simply book a Reminder, the system needs to register an enquiry with consistent data points that all staff can consistently follow. This is because a great initial contact engagement will assist conversion of the appraisal. Key questions that need to be in this Enquiry template :-
1. Why/who directed them their contact to us(Lead source-already mentioned).2. Why are they looking at selling.3. Where are they off to(may be interested in our stock)4. When would they like to see qualified buyers through the properties5. Will you be meeting/interviewing other agents 6.How long have they owned the property 7.Tell me about the property-basic desc(beds,bath,car ,air etc8. Recent improvements/renos etc to add value9.What do they think it's worth10.If you are happy with our meeting are you ready to start me working for you today 11. Is it ok to send you some info before we meet to save time for when we meet(permission for pre-list kit)
