Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Shortcut to add tags on the dashboard while looking at reminders
Currently while you are on the dashboard within reminders you can through quick view add the following to a contact

Have a general owner of some contacts that all agents can access eg office contacts
Have a general owner of some contacts that all agents can access eg [office contacts]
This way we wouldn't have to add each and every person in the office to the contact so they can access it. (time consuming).
This would make lawyers etc available and not clogging up an admins contacts list.
Also this would be useful when an agent has a contact on a listing we could add [Office Contact] to the permissions temporarily while listing is live - as at the moment we have to add all the agents one by one to the permissions, and then…3 votes -
enable Bulk Buyer Management, by Property/Listing, by Rating
Enable Agents to bulk-manage buyers for a specific property.
Enable agents to record buyer Interest (eg Cold / Warm / Hot), at a Property level (not at a contact level).
Enable agents to show all contacts for a Property/Listing, including their rating for that property, plus Notes and Feedback for that property. This would be useful for tailored callbacks, etc.
Enable agents to sort resulting contacts (at a Property/Listing), by rating. And ability to select some/all for bulk communication, by email or SMS. (eg agents may want to remind Hot buyers of auction details, etc)
Enable agents to create reports/extracts…

A page that will autofill the details you already have for a client
It would be great to have the opportunity to be able to send emails to prospective/existing clients and have a link that they could click on to bring up a page that will auto fill the details you already have for them, so they can have the opportunity to update and add any information necessary.

change phone reminder's default "note type" to phone call
it would be good if the default "note type" for a phone call reminder was set to default to phone to be able to track the number of calls made.
It currently is set to default note, which doesn't add to the calls tally

Add hide option to custom brochure templates
In Tracks, Merge & Brochures - Have the ability to hide the duplicated/custom brochure templates like you can the Rex default templates.

client login
Hi,
It would be great if there was an ability to give out a client login when listing a property and when it goes under offer. From there the clients could see due dates, status updates, see what VPA is spent or anything else that would help inform the client. Not all clients are available during the day or evenings to speak to someone.

RP data connect thru pocket
We currently connect to rp data login via rex. Would be great to be able to access rp data via pocket. This increases rex use as team have to connect to rp for soi and property data updates.

Data base privacy.
We would like individual agents to only see the data they have entered and company contacts (eg solicitors, etc).
It is very messy and creates issues when each agents can see every appraisal, and contact from the whole business even if they cant edit this info.
If it were a privilege option business owners could restrict who sees what. Agents would still have the ability to share info with other agents if desired or retain their contacts as their own.

Ability to assign leads to an agent at the listing level
Could we please have the ability to choose which agent receives the leads from the listing page?
Currently we like the 2nd agent to process the leads for most listings but are having to manually reassign leads and change contact ownership as the leads come in.
At times this can be very inefficient if the 1st agent is not sitting at the computer to do this straight away as the leads come in.

View Documents without having to Download
It would be great if there was a document viewer built into Rex. Most of the time, all we need to do is check a detail on a document and to be able to do that at the moment it fills up a downloads folder on your computer.

Default/Long/Short Ad Exports
When exporting to brochures from external sources (LJ Hooker Promote) we would like to export the Long Ad not Default Ad as the Default Ad is too long for brochures, however, this is good for the internet adverts.

Commission Worksheets to be emailed
Commission Worksheets to be emailed to the salesperson with their statement. Each month, i am asked by the salespeople if they can have a break down of the commission split & any deductions as the statements don't show this. I have now started emailing these separately each month, as you can imagine with 7 agents in our office & more to come, this is very time consuming

Only see the correct tracks for the correct module
Right now you can see all tracks for all modules even if, for example, you're trying to assign a track to a contact, you can still see all the tracks for all the modules (contacts, listings and properties). It's annoying to have to sort through them all and it seems like an easy fix.
I think this will impact the learning curve for new agents and new users.

Non admin users to see only their data
It would be great if sales agents could only see their personally entered data.
We can do this through filters but there is unnecessary mess when a new agent can see everyone contacts, properties and listings.
Ideally each user would only see the data they have personally entered and this could be done easily with a privilege setting. By only seeing personal data you could watch your database grow with relevant contacts that you have met or entered personally.
This would prevent agents marketing to others databases and allow new agents to build relationships with everyone they meet.3 votes -

Filtering buyers by price range on Pocket
I need help to win the listing. So how do I pull up my buyers per price range on pocket whilst I’m sitting with vendors asking for the listing? The new feature of reverse matching on Pocket is handy but I want to show a list of potential buyers in their price range to them without choosing the listings option?
I’ve tried filtering the “looking to buy” under my contacts but I can’t specify a price range there

Bulk Merge Emails - Attachments
At the moment when sending a bulk merge email, i've noticed that when attaching a document only the first recipient is receiving the attachment.
A new feature where the document attached to the bulk merge (overall) will be sent to all recipients would be great.3 votes -
Landlord or Seller Enquiry
Rather than simply book a Reminder, the system needs to register an enquiry with consistent data points that all staff can consistently follow. This is because a great initial contact engagement will assist conversion of the appraisal. Key questions that need to be in this Enquiry template :-
1. Why/who directed them their contact to us(Lead source-already mentioned).2. Why are they looking at selling.3. Where are they off to(may be interested in our stock)4.
