Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Add a contact's postal address when adding new contact
To save having to go back into the contact to add a postal address before raising an invoice for VPA when adding new listings

Filter for "unconditional" Contract Status
Currently REX is able to filter all Contract Status areas, except the "unconditional" status. It would be most helpful to be able to filter the list of current "unconditional" status Contracts along with all the other ones currently available.

Search Notes
It would be helpful to be able to search through notes.
We have a fair bit of information on our notes and the ability to search through these would help us greatly.
Some of our older contacts have notes with old property information, being able to do a keyword search through these notes would help us to find these records..3 votes -
Google Docs Upload option for Documents tab
The ability to link to shared Google docs in Rex would be very helpful. To be able to put a file in your own google docs account and then have Rex able to send the link to contacts.
This way there wouldn't be any issues with files/links expiring.

unconditional
UNCONDITIONAL CONTRACT STATUS PORTAL FEED TO REA:
It would be great if consideration could be given to the default portal feed for when a property is updated to unconditional in REX, to match the policy requirements of the REA portal feeds (i.e. REA policy requires them to be notified within 72 hours of an unconditional property that the property has been "sold", however REX currently doesn't provide this update to sold in their unconditional portal feed to REA, so the property remains as Under Offer on REA (when this is actually against their policy). Have IRE Book Inspection Button on E-Brochures
It would be extremely helpful to be able to have the InspectRealEstate Book Inspection Button possible on the E-Brochure of a listing. This would allow our clients to book directly into property inspections when we send them a copy of the E-Brochure instead of once they have viewed the brochure having to then contact us to book in for an inspection.

Office KPI's
Currently I can not get monthly or yearly reports on agents performance ie Appraisals to listing ratio, listing to sale ratio, under offer to to unconditional ratio , price variations, settled sales and withdrawn listings. I would also like to look at these results from an office report. At present I have to use a separate data base to achieve this. Double entry and very time consuming

Automate Vendor Reports
The ability to automate vendor reporting either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly would really help to show our clients we care. We can save time and money if the reporting feature was automated. I can see it working similarly to Property Alerts for buyer's/tenants. By setting up an email template and attaching the automatically generated report this will allow us to provide a service many agents can't or don't provide. It also means at inspections we can add feedback to a vendor/client and know that they will receive it upcoming.

Electronic
Hello, I would love to have electronic checklists for the properties from the appraisal point to the sales point. This would allow for less paper, a much faster way to see where the file is up to and other offices can help assist if need be.

A Sound notification to prompt you when Feedback has been entered on a property after a property inspection
The ability to Enable/Disable a Sound notification in Pocket App to prompt you when feedback has been left on Listings by colleagues, like we have set up in Slack would be great.

Accounts on Invoices
Is it at all possible to have the sales listing accounts generate invoices with the sales trust account number and the rental listing accounts generate invoices with the rent trust account number??

De-duplication of single agent contacts
Is there any chance you could add an 'Owner' criteria for searching duplicates?
Our agents like to list duplicate contacts so they can own them but I have found that there are duplicates within there own contact list.3 votes -
Tags to be added to System Lists
I thought it would be great to see Tags be added to reporting or system lists. For example if I wanted to run a list on previous buyers so I can quickly go down the list by clicking on the highlighted contact name rather than exporting a CSV which what is available now.

Shortcut to add tags on the dashboard while looking at reminders
Currently while you are on the dashboard within reminders you can through quick view add the following to a contact

Have a general owner of some contacts that all agents can access eg office contacts
Have a general owner of some contacts that all agents can access eg [office contacts]
This way we wouldn't have to add each and every person in the office to the contact so they can access it. (time consuming).
This would make lawyers etc available and not clogging up an admins contacts list.
Also this would be useful when an agent has a contact on a listing we could add [Office Contact] to the permissions temporarily while listing is live - as at the moment we have to add all the agents one by one to the permissions, and then…3 votes -
enable Bulk Buyer Management, by Property/Listing, by Rating
Enable Agents to bulk-manage buyers for a specific property.
Enable agents to record buyer Interest (eg Cold / Warm / Hot), at a Property level (not at a contact level).
Enable agents to show all contacts for a Property/Listing, including their rating for that property, plus Notes and Feedback for that property. This would be useful for tailored callbacks, etc.
Enable agents to sort resulting contacts (at a Property/Listing), by rating. And ability to select some/all for bulk communication, by email or SMS. (eg agents may want to remind Hot buyers of auction details, etc)

A page that will autofill the details you already have for a client
It would be great to have the opportunity to be able to send emails to prospective/existing clients and have a link that they could click on to bring up a page that will auto fill the details you already have for them, so they can have the opportunity to update and add any information necessary.

change phone reminder's default "note type" to phone call
it would be good if the default "note type" for a phone call reminder was set to default to phone to be able to track the number of calls made.
It currently is set to default note, which doesn't add to the calls tally

Add hide option to custom brochure templates
In Tracks, Merge & Brochures - Have the ability to hide the duplicated/custom brochure templates like you can the Rex default templates.
