Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  2. OFIs included in Automatic Updates

    It would be great if OFI dates/times were sent automatic to any buyers in that buyer field.

  3. Edit property requirement in the email subscription

    it would be great if rex has a function which clients can update their property requirement in emails/newsletter/brochures

  5. Change layout of auction merge field on brochures

    Currently, they are shown as 03 Sept 2015, 01:30pm. I would like to see it set out Wednesday 3rd September 1.30pm.

  6. To be able to enter a created date for listings & contracts so they fall within the monthly reports.

    When you print EOM reports if a listing or contract is entered in new month but dated previous month eg: listed 28/8/15 entered 1/9/15
    then it will not show in the required months report.

  7. Different ’Listing Alerts’ to send to potential buyers

    When I send a mail merge to contacts attached to feedback on a listing, it is sent as a plain email and is not recorded on the listing.

    It would be great if we could send updates to contacts attached to feedback - like we do with price changes or match alerts but for OFI time or Auction times.

    Say if I wanted to send them an alert about an auction, it would come through like the price change emails or match alerts, with a blurb, photo and info about the listing.

  8. Default auction time on REX newsletter

    I have just created a newsletter for weekly open homes/auctions. It defaults an end auction time an hour later than the start time.

    Auctions should not have an end time and we want to remove the end time for an auction on the newsletter and we do not want to give people the option to attend after the auction.

  10. Displaying Appraisals in Dashboard Stream

    We find sharing details of the appraised properties between agents is a very handy tool as quite often an agent will have a buyer for a property that another one of our agents has appraised.

    But they often don't get the time to actually sit down together and chat about it, it is an opportunity that gets missed.

    I know you can perform a reverse match on the appraised property. But I think it would be much better if the appraisals showed on the stream so all of our agents are instantly aware of anything that has been appraised and…

  11. Activity Reports

    Could the vendors email address and price be put on these as it would save time looking them up and price is a moving target so it confirms where price is at.

  12. AUTOMATED EMAIL TRAIL:

    You have a new client.

    Perhaps they're a buyer for one of your new listings.

    So Rex has a box where you've got numerous email trails set up and you tick the correct one for this particular property allowing you to automate your communications with the buyer to some extent.

    There'd be a first email that perhaps thanks that person for registering and provides an extra detail about the property that's not been revealed to the public yet.

    Email 2 might be a snapshot of the queue waiting to get in at your first open house.

  13. Under Newletters the order of listings needs reversal - new to old

    When creating Newsletters when we put in the current listings the drop box lists the listings with the oldest listings first. This means scrolling/uploading pages and pages before getting to the latest and new listings. To save time this should be reversed so that the most recent listings come first.

  14. Printing Different Reports

    It would be good to be able to print different reports for the different portals we advertise in.

    I work for a real estate company, I put up advertisements on 5 different portals via REX, will be 6 shortly however I can only print one report for all listings.

    We are going to start advertising in China on the Juwai portal.

    When we want to send a listing to the Chinese investors, we only want a report on the Juwai and TPSS portals, pricing is different and clientele is different.

    The other report needs to go to the local public…

  16. Lead Types increased

    Currently we have General, Appraisal, Enquiry. To build a good database to see what buyers are interested in it would be a great idea to add CLICKS. So this is not an actual enquiry but it shows interest in a particular property by clicking on newsletter images etc. This will then allow us to build a profile of what buyers are possibly really interested in by their actual actions.

  17. Making the Pocket Agenda customizable

    When we print off the pocket agenda it shows the contact name and number only - there should be a way we can show the relative property, the current track assigned to that contact, etc. There should be an area we can select what to show and what not to show.

  18. Email Alert , when property is marked as with WITHDRAWN

    Set up Rex to send a automatic email to a specified address or addresses when i property is marked as Withdrawn / Or have a generated list that is automatically emailed with a property is marked withdrawn every 24 hours or / 48 hours .

  19. Allow Assistants to Select the Agent they are Assisting as the Owner of Records They are Inputting to Rex

    If our administration team are entering the data for multiple agents, there is no way to tell in the backend who is who's, unless tagged. Rex default all of their data entered as being owned by the admin person who is typing it in under their login. How about having an option where they can select an agent, and Rex records them against the information, but the elected agent as the owner? At the moment, I have admin use my login to enter all my data to avoid this issue. This then causes problems where they don't see their tasks…
