Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Reverse match sellers with properties you have sold keeping them updated and touched
Just like the buyer match with the automatic email or SMS that is sent out, I would like to be able to do this for all the tagged sellers in our system that have property attributes and details listed against their property to match against just sold properties.
For example we just mark as sold a property at 123 Swan Street in Melbourne which was a three bedroom 2 bathroom double garage on 800 square metres, all sellers in our system that have a property that is within the same suburb (or if possible a radius of that sale location),…

When offer accepted, make that buyers match profile inactive
It would be helpful to automatically mark a buyer as 'inactive' in the match profile once an offer has been accepted from them. E.g. when we change the status of the offer to 'accepted' in the legal tab of the Listing, this then marks that buyers match profile as inactive, so they don't get sent matches for future properties we list.

Send match alerts and new listing alerts from the Listing Owner and not the Record Owner
We would like the ability to send match alerts/new listing alerts to contacts from the 'Listing owner' and not from the 'Record owner'.
The listing owner is going to be the person building the relationships with the potential buyers e.g. it could be just the office junior who took the buyer enquiry and therefore the record owner is them rather than the Sales Negotiator. Therefore, the listing alert should go from the Sales Negotiator/listing owner.4 votes -
Have the date field blank when adding an open inspection
Currently, the field defaults to today's date, as it is pre-filled it is easy to go to the next box and not change the date to the correct one which is very frustrating.

Change default reminder defer options
At present, the default reminder defer options, aside from custom date, are quite limiting. I would like to suggest the following default options:
Next day (Tomorrow - currently an option)
Next Week (7 Days time)
Two Weeks
Four Weeks
Eight Weeks
12 Weeks
Custom DateWith the above, I believe these would be more appropriate timescales which would also remove the 'this weekend' and 'next weekend' options which I think are pointless.

Docusign integration synced with "contacts"
This would allow eg other areas of the business (if you had eg a buyer's agreement) the ability to use docusign

Pipeline feature also under contacts
The pipeline feature looks great but limits usage to only selling property - as agents are increasingly moving towards buyers agency - this should also be copied over as a feature to "contacts"

Pre Register for OFIs so communication can be sent
- Self-service open home/inspection pre-registration
- Automated SMS and email alerts for upcoming open homes based on pre-registration or match profiles
- Automated SMS and email alerts when a new open home is scheduled based on pre-registration or match profiles

My Appraisals Pipeline
My Appraisals Pipeline - PENDING Appraisals Column. You can't always get immediate access from tenants so having a column for appraisals you haven't completed yet, will help to not have uncompleted appraisals fall through the cracks and get forgotten.

E-Brochure Required Info - Tax Band/EPC/Leasehold Rates
The ground rent/service charge/lease remaining information as well as the EPC and actual Tax Band should display somewhere on the E-brochure if entered into the specific sections allocated in the record, whether as part of the Key Details or a separate section, especially with the increased regulations coming into the UK over displaying this information. Currently this has to be duplicated into into the description text to have it appear in the e-brochure.

Need the ability to add two agents to OFI's to ensure that it is synchronised with the two calendars

Work Orders and Quote Requests
Work Orders and Quote Requests: I would love to be able to raise work orders and quote requests for sales properties, similar to raising invoices. The work order would be an authority document requesting a trades person to carry out maintenance work at a property with relevant contact and billing details.

In building view, order properties & listings in number order (ie: 101, 102, 103 etc)
Currently the properties show in the order they are added to building which makes finding them difficult. Please display them in logical numerical order

Building List View - All Buildings, Number of Properties in Building, Number Listed, Number OAB, Number Appraised
In the list view of buildings, add columns so that you can see total number of Properties in a building, number listed, number appraised, number of OAB boards, Suburb that the building is in

Ability to create a report of ALL listings in a period
We need to be able to create a report for ALL listings in a period (eg. financial year). Currently if a property is Listed AND Sold in the same period (which is pretty much all of them) it doesn't appear so all you are left with is a list of current listings.

Locking Marketing Credits to a user
To avoid agents using marketing credits to send SMS it would be ideal to have the marketing credits locked to a user so that they cannot be accessed by everyone.

STOCKLIST - Better sorting capabilities
I note that others have suggested that stocklists need to be sorted in a way that makes it easier for customers to find what they are looking for.
Example
Most agencies have rental stocklists for people to collect and take with them.
Our stocklists are still created manually because of the inability to sort easily. They are sorted in the following way
Available Now
Post Code (locally known areas - Northside or Southside or Gracemere)
Then by price in category of
House
Units ETC
Other - Farms or acreageComing Soon
