We find sharing details of the appraised properties between agents is a very handy tool as quite often an agent will have a buyer for a property that another one of our agents has appraised.

But they often don't get the time to actually sit down together and chat about it, it is an opportunity that gets missed.

I know you can perform a reverse match on the appraised property. But I think it would be much better if the appraisals showed on the stream so all of our agents are instantly aware of anything that has been appraised and it will then prompt them to have a chat with the appraising agent and potentially set up a listing and viewing for the property.
